Nice hotel with bright and fresh rooms. Located in a quiet area of the resort. The climb to the hotel is quite long, so do not recommend it for a stay elderly tourists.

Unfortunately if your British you will be treated like poo. Nightmare Hotel. There is absolutely nothing there that will make us return. We returned home on Friday and I have emailed the hotel privately to tell them my thoughts as I don’t really make reviews on TA but they never responded as clearly they don’t care. THIS IS MY REVIEW , MY OPINION PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SCROLL ON BY IF YOU DONT LIKE MY OPINION. SIMPLES. Fist day got told off from the miserable LG for smoking in the smoking area. Well that was reported to management by me who followed this up immediately and clearly they were not happy as there had been complaints before. . No diving in the pool, no tee shirts in the pool, no eating your snacks whilst on your sunbed , no donut rings allowed in the pool unless they are smaller than a polo mint. No balls in the pool . Unless your Spanish that is . One rule for one and one rule for another. Spanish make up their own rules . Do what they want. So disrespectful. They need to remember that without us British people they would not have a job. Food… labelled very well contains , gluten, dairy etc. cold, bland and tasteless. Some of the restaurant staff are rude but never mind .Again unless your Spanish. Bar staff…..they work very hard, short staffed . Us British always do a polite que whilst in the line for a drink but obviously the Spanish go straight to the front to get served first. Not on. I’ve heard a few arguments regarding this. Pool area was dirty with babies nappy’s being changed on the sunbed and just chucked on the floor and before anything is said I witnessed this for myself and even the cleaner would not pick it up. People leaving uneaten food on the floor . People leaving beach towels on the sunbeds and not even using them and come back 5 hrs later. After 6 days the LG decided he would take photos of the unused sunbeds and peoples personal belongings that was left unattended for more than 4 hrs which caused a right stir when the British came back and I absolutely agree with this. Your allowed 1 hr for your lunch unless your yet again Spanish . Restaurant… why can’t parents stop their children from screaming the place down ?? Nightmare. I could spend at least another 1/2 hour stating my concerns at this hotel but I’m not going to. The list will go on and on. So much more to say as I did send the Hotel a private email to tell them my and not just my concerns but they never got back to me. Would I recommend or return to this hotel ?? Unfortunately Not. But what I will say is that the rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard and towels changed every day.

We are here again for a lovely holiday. The hotel is very busy but that's to be expected at this time of the year. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and work very hard. Nothing is a problem for them. We had a couple of issues with the room but once mentioned to reception they were resolved promptly. It is nice to see familiar faces from Stuart and staff on reception, Julian, Lola and the bar staff and Francesco and the restaurant staff. Hotel is clean, food is varied and there is always plenty to choose from. This is our favourite holiday hotel and we have seen how it has been refurbished time and time again over the years.

Very honest review, it is very much apparent that British ( not just English like some people have written I am Scottish) are not treated great it just got to the point of utter rudeness. No welcome whatsoever, it very much lacks a pleasant manager on site.. The staff are beyond rude the bottom bar at the main pools they were just horrible in all honesty, it’s never open for 11am. One day I entered at 11.05 from an open side door to be shouted at, I said my child just wants water, she was not happy , she was putting a bag in a bin chucked the bin lid on the ground which just missed my son, started muttering in Spanish waving her hand at me . Awful women. No juice or water fountains so Que for juice and water for a bit. Which is unlike other hotels. The restaurant manager was just as bad, favoured Spanish people he was so unhelpful, if eating dinner at night go before 9pm as the que is horrendous, the food however is decent enough. the snack food hardly ever anything ready , the bar at night some of the ladies are just as rude, 2 males though are very helpful and the bar manager is also nice and pleasant . Rooms were clean every day and cleaners were lovely , I did have ants in my bathroom though. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this hotel is not the one it’s mega busy and if your British you will get annoyed at the treatment from staff and Spanish guests , even standing at a bar they just get served before you and us British are not used to this, we treat people with respect, however we won’t stand for being treated like a piece of poo on your shoe . This is a common theme and not just me everyone British was saying exactly the same. Even on leaving we were not even asked if we enjoyed our stay . I def would not recommend this hotel. I said nothing about the rudeness I just accepted it, as truthful they won’t care so it would have been pointless.,

We left the hotel yesterday. We were there for 7 days. Initially, I went on my vacation thinking that we would be disappointed with the hotel because I read a lot of bad reviews about the food and the rooms. Of course, for another year I am convinced that I should not trust the comments 100%. We had 7 amazing days there. The food was varied and delicious, the room was clean and welcoming, the staff was very friendly. Overall, we liked the whole hotel a lot. I definitely do not regret staying there.

Lovely this place we went for a family wedding,my husband and I stayed here with a few in- laws ,it's was lovely nice sized room, balcony, tv ,mini fridge ,even able to rent a kettle for the week at 2euro a day,we only had breakfast included and it was amazing so much to choose from no one could be unhappy with it, pool area is awesome. Love to go back

Were to begin, family room was good over looking the pool, plenty of space but when the missus went to make a brew the cups were still dirty from previous guests!! Rank!! Kids pool was Baltic, but thats not the hotels fault!! Breaky was ok, what they didn't tell us was the pool area was getting re-painted and parts of the pool was closed off and they used majority of the sunbeds to block the area off!! That got on my t#ts!!

Great location. Staff lovely and friendly and Hotel nice and clean. Breakfast was good not sure on lunch and dinner if I'm honest
We had room 1705 and had a lovely ocean view.
Downside No inflatables in the pool area No ball games in the pool and always a long wait for the lifts as only 2.

Positives Hotel and rooms are very clean Plenty of sun loungers , no need to reserve them. Food was really nice , plenty of choice , very pleasant to sit outside when it’s busy . Bingo and kids disco at night were fun . Nice firm beds Really powerful shower in room Great Chinese shop up the hill and to the right from the hotel that was really inexpensive ( reception staff told us to go there for pool towels ) Little all inclusive area where you could get crisps , make a sandwich and get a hot drink from 10am till 11pm ( only discovered this on our 2nd day ) short steep walk downhill to the beach Fabulous views from our balcony on the 7th floor Very quiet at night Negatives Arrived at 2am- nowhere to get a drink of water or a tea Silly green card you have to hand over to get a drink in a glass Very weak all inclusive alcoholic drinks - mainly ice and soda. You can’t get a tea or coffee at lunch or dinner without paying for it . No kettle in room Extortionate charges for safe and pool towels Only 1/3rd of staff were friendly

We booked a quick 4 Nights at this hotel, Flying with TUI but booking our room direct through the Medplaya website, we arrived around 12 and our room was ready, We were in room 1723, and we were upgraded to premium all inclusive through our Amigo card, the room had a fantastic sea view, From the moment we arrived we were so looked after, check in was swift, All the staff in this hotel, cleaners, bar staff, restaurant, entertainment managers are all so friendly, they always smiled & said hello in passing, Nothing was too much trouble. The food, Amazing quality, choice, always fresh, we were all inclusive, drinks were superb choice and quality, Top brands included. Entertainment was superb, every night, quiz, free prize bingo, followed by professional singers / Dancers, karaoke and dancing. This hotel has had a makeover, to a really high standard, it is so clean looked after. Special mention to Patricia on the bar. So friendly and makes sure everyone is happy. We had such a special happy holiday and we would like to thank the hotel, all the staff and management. Special thanks to Maribel who makes sure all guests are Happy. We have recommended this hotel to friends and we are looking forward to returning soon.

From the welcome at check in to all the bar staff, restaurant staff and the cleaners I was made to feel special. The chefs in particular deserve a huge pat on the back as the food offered daily was incredible with so many choices, from delicious salads to a choice of about half a dozen hot meals. They are hidden away heroes. My room was spotless on arrival and that continued every day throughout my stay, so a huge thank you to the cleaners. The bar staff do an incredible job considering the number of people they serve on a daily basis but to be remembered as the lady who enjoyed a glass of sangria before each meal was something special. I have had a fantastic week and would definitely return again. Even cardiac hill isn't that bad and I'm 77 years old
