Great hotel, right on the beach.
Nice staff
Breakfast is buffet style, everything you could want hot or cold food.
One criticism is the plates are cold so the cooked food goes cold quickly.
Nice room with a great view of the sea.
No kettle 😒 you have to hire from the hotel.
English tv if you want to catch up.
There's a free to use iron in the laundry room in the basement.
The roof terrace and bar is the star attraction, wow absolutely fantastic views!
Outside space is nice with a huge pool, the pool is not heated.
There's plenty of sunbeds .
I don't understand the negative reviews of some people but we had a nice 4 day break and all the staff were helpful inc the lovely housekeeping senora on floor 6.
Definitely worth a visit.

Clean rooms, we didn't pay for sea view so ended up on the side of hotel that gets no sun on balcony at all but does have a sea view as do most rooms, if you want sun you need to ask for pool view. Staff were nice, great staff, lots of bars to choose from and literally on the beach. There was lots of different things to choose from at breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I spent 6 days in this fabulous hotel in early September 24, From the time we arrived until the day of our departure we both really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff in the breakfast area was so friendly and warm. We spent a lot of time each day around the pool area and we really enjoyed Frank who was the entertainment manager , who organized various games in the pool and around the pool area. He made our stay so enjoyable and he was so friendly and professional in what he did.
The pool bar / restaurant was very reasonably priced with a good menu choice. Can't wait another year to return to this hotel . As we both came away at the end of our holiday saying we will definitely be back again .would recommend this hotel 100 percent.

Was worried after reading some of the reviews. But i have to say, Amazing hotel. Amazing and such friendly staff they made my wife and our baby son so welcome everyone went above and beyond. Our baby will miss all the attention from staff he was always looking out for them in their uniform to give a smile and a wave. Rooms lovely and clean each day. The service I'm this hotel is amazing it is just spot on. Food is good with plenty of choice Would recommend to anyone. Great location in the middle of everything and right on the seafront. The massage is highly recommended, had feet done for me and the wife, wow amazing! Would recommend paying the 20 euros for the beds for the day waiter service is exceptional Great.

Visited here for 4 nights in August with my husband as an early birthday trip for him. We were greeted at reception by a kind, smiling lady. She checked us in and informed us that though we hadn’t booked one, we had been upgraded to a pool view room. The room itself was bright, airy and clean. The large balcony was unbelievable with gorgeous views. The cleaning staff were so courteous and did an excellent job.
The pool area was well maintained with plenty of staff around the area to monitor sunbeds, lifeguard, serve drinks, etc. our absolute favourite was the cabana beds facing the sea. The male staff member who looked after these was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. He actually made our holiday. He looked after us and gave us 5 star service.
A lot of work has been done to the hotel since we last visited and it really really shows. The facilities are immaculate and we already cannot wait to return in May 2025.

The best thing about this hotel is location, and happy hour. A gentle warning for kids, they don't allow inflatables in the pool and they have a life guard which is great. Our room was basic and had twin beds when we requested a double, i brought this to there attention and all they could offer us was a family room with the walls covered in cartoons. So we stuck with what we had, the breakfast is not great (personal choice). The outside area is lovely. We would stay here again for the location.

It is what it is, 3* hotel. You get what you pay for at the end of the day. Would I rush back? Definitely not. Was it ok accommodation? It did the job on a budget. The beds were hard as a rock, like too hard, not firm. Suffered with a lot of neck ache. Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Rooms were tired, need updating and no wardrobe space to fold clothes and put them away. We lived out of a suitcase mainly. Breakfast we ate a few times but it was pretty poor overall. Very surprised to see no fruit at breakfast? Just a canned fruit salad swimming in warm juice. Needs more fresh fruit. Much better off heading down the beach and finding a little cafe. Parking is free on the street but slightly difficult to find but we managed most days after moving the car around a bit. Didn't go see any entertainment as it looked naff. The staff didn't seem overly happy when I signed drinks to my room to pay at the end. Like I was doing some major injustice to there life.The hotel is mainly for the elderly and reminds me of a retirement home. The location is good though, right on the beach. I am not moaning just feeling very indifferent about the place. We only paid like £600 for 2 weeks so I am happy enough. I have seen it advertising for £1000+ which it is not worth.

Great location for a mid budget hotel. Not the whistles and bells of the upmarket counterparts but the sea view rooms and balcony views are hard to beat. Cleanliness is great and staff are always polite and helpful

I was a bit skeptical about this hotel as there are a lot of bad reviews, but i was pleasantly surprised. Yes there was some drilling work going on that we wasn't told about but it wasn't disruptive. There were 8 of us on my Stag do at the weekend and the only niggle was that the breakfast could of been better. The location is great, right on the beach and only a 10 minute walk to the marina. The hotel has 2 for 1 drinks between 17:30 - 18:30 which was handy. The shower is really powerful too which is a rarity on holiday. Don't be put off by the bad reviews. If your after a cheap weekend away then this is ideal
