Cosy hotel in the heart of Torremolinos, near the beach, the Aqualand water Park and Tivoli amusement Park.
Location: in Torremolinos. Malaga airport is located 7 km away and Malaga is 14 km from the hotel. The centre of Torremolinos can be reached in 10 minutes.

What a delight!!! Was a little worried after reading other reviews but was genuinely happy with the hotel. Rooms are a little dated but very clean. Daily room service with daily towel change. Peaceful location but not too far away from shops bars and restaurants. Absolutely stunning views of the Ocean

Start with the cons -
•BED BUGS - thankfully we checked the room thoroughly before we slept/put anything on the bed.
• breakfast and dinner - very very poor choice. For breakfast I had toast, dinner I had chips. We went elsewhere every other day due to the food being so poor. You can’t get anything other than water at dinner (and we weren’t sure we could drink it as it’s served in a jug) at breakfast you can get coffees (taste burnt out a machine), orange juice and pineapple juice.
• NO BAR - there is no bar at this hotel. There is a vending machine with some miniatures.
• very noisy- you can hear everything, all day and all night.
• Pool (more like a puddle really) - pool is very small, located right at the entrance so everyone can see you. It looks like a roof top pool in pics, it is not.
PROS -
•upon reporting to reception about the bugs (keep in mind it’s 1am at this point), the lovely man came up to the room to double check, agreed and straight away went to find us another room. Unfortunately at this time the only available room is what I would describe as a staff room, but we were grateful to get out of the bed bug room.
• after that night, we went to reception early morning and they had a room ready for us - an upgraded one with sea view. It was nice and relatively clean.
• Air con - all the rooms have air con, controlled with a remote.
• laundry airers - all rooms have small airers on the balcony’s.
• Staff - staff are helpful and friendly.
• location - in an ideal location with the centre around 20 min walk, beach/plaza 8-10 mins. Just keep in mind the hotel is up hill, with certain routes taking you up multiple sets of stairs.
Overall, we would not stay here again. Mostly based on the bugs and food. It’s a shame as the hotel has such potential to be amazing but it really is more like a hostel.

Enjoyed two nights here. Arrived after midnight on first night and no trouble at all. Breakfast was good as was the evening meal which was a added supplement.

I travel solo and don't spend time lazing at hotels. This place is perfect. 5 mins to the beach. Amazing friendly staff and exceptionally clean rooms. 10 min walk to town, a supermarket opposite, and Lidl 15min walk away for cheap snacks and drinks.
Local juice called Aquarius is amazing, full of electrolytes, make sure you grab one each morning if you're enjoying the sun and drinks.
Hotel rearranged my booking for me at reception as I'd made a huge mistake and booked the wrong year! Can not fault them, no complaints from me. I'll be returning in March again it is that good!

Great little hotel, not far from the beach and shops. About 15 minutes walk to and from the train station. Breakfast was good with a huge selection of breads, meats, yoghurts and cereals. Rooms were cleaned immaculately every day and the staff were friendly. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a cheap hotel

Found BED BUGS!🪳Stayed here for 5 nights and it was rough. The place is super outdated, had a weird smell from the drainage, and the walls are paper-thin, we could hear everything from the rooms next door and barely got any sleep. On night 3, we found bed bugs in room 212. Got moved to 214 — same problem. Finally ended up in a renovated room, which was better, and the receptionist did give us a discount. Still, dealing with bed bugs kind of ruined the whole trip. Not worth it.

The hotel rooms are nice ,they clean them every day and provide fresh towels. But the food at the hotel is really bad, and almost none of the staff speak English.

Direct booking with the hotel, taking the Renfe train from the airport to Torremolinos. Very centric. At only a 5-minute walk from the boulevard and an easy 10-minute walk from the train station. Brilliant hotel. Stayed at 312 top floor. Rooms are modern, clean and functional and come with a balcony. Everything available from amenities, small fridge, bathtub/shower, bidet, LG smart TV and new aircon for warm days and cold nights, apart from a hairdryer but I’m sure you can get that at reception if you need one. Cosy duvet and 2 types of pillows, thick and thin (thank you for this option). Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Will definitely repeat. ¡Enhorabuena team Natursun!

It’s a surprisingly nice hotel. The rooms are nice, clean. One thing I have to complain about is the bathroom. The bathroom always has a terrible smell for some reason. The balcony view is impressive. The beds are comfortable with memory foam pillows and yes there is an AC with a low fan option if you want less noise at night. There is a curtain and a lock on the door of the balcony. Showers work perfectly fine and they provide small shampoos, body gel and soap.
There is 3 vending machines in the lobby, always fully stocked. Pretty cheap as well- one pack of haribos for €1.95 and one can of red bull for €3.95. The other two vending machines are alcohol and caffeine.
The pool is nice on a hot day- I think it is regularly cleaned as well. There is a hot tub but the water wasn’t too hot. There’s parking within the hotel.
For food, it is buffet style and there’s breakfast, lunch and dinner. They all taste decently good.

We were a group of friends. We enjoyed the stay. It is a value deal. Breakfast was good although not the best. But it goes for me. We had opted for dinner but didnt like it much. Pros: excellent room with sea view, friendly staff with some staff who can speak english, the staff offered us a pack of cards and travel plug adaptor,not much noisy, good price, our room had a very good sea view, elevator, pool but the jaccuzzi was not working, quiet area,
Cons: Hotel doesn't have good parking facilities and can take only 5 cars. So you will have to park on a very narrow street. Dinner was not as good as expected and the dinner timing was from 8pm to 9:30pm so you may not always be able to make it to dinner. Room locks were not properly installed.
