Stayed in this hotel from the 31st October for 7 nights. Rooms were clean and tidy and towels were changed every day. Hotel is nice and quiet and within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. We were checked in by Mercedes who couldn’t do enough to help us and nothing is a problem for her. Will definitely be staying here again.

The room was too small to walk around in the room. From the first day, the next door was making noises like insane. I could not rest and had a serious headache. I asked to change the room at 8pm. The guy at the hotel said to come tomorrow morning to talk to the receptionist. At 4am, the next door were behaving nasty talking very loud, Making racial slur and pounding wall. The morning they hit floor with metal stuff in the room which is violation. I cannot believe such a mentally screwed and criminal people are staying at this hotel. The hotel lady did not listen and told me the next door people were just walking stairs in the middle of night and they are quiet people. She was also shouting to housekeeping lady which I could hear in the room. The old lady kindly refunded the rest nights.

Spotlessly clean hotel in a fantastic location. Lovely pool area and garden to relax in, but close to all the amenities in LA Carihuela, Torremolinos and Benalmadena. Very friendly, helpful staff who made our stay such a joy. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Needed a room for one day and Mercedes at the Hotel Carmen Teresa could not have been more helpful and kind to my family. Extremely professional and gave great clear information about rooms and amenities in hotel and area , hotel in great location, short walk to beach and restaurants. Hotel itself very clean and great value for money. Many thanks again Mercedes, you are a credit to your hotel.

Stayed here a while back and loved it! The staff was super friendly, and I enjoyed talking to Mercedes! Hotel was clean and was in an amazing location, a quick walk away from the beach! The staff really made my trip, very nice and kind!!

I loved staying at this hotel and would definitely stay again. It is a small family run hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, special shout out to Mercedes who helped me identify and book trips. But really all staff were perfect. Rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious. Lovely garden and bar. It is just perfect if you prefer the small family oriented and friendly experience. Location great in a quieter bit in-between Torremolinos and Benelmedna and a 5min walk to the beach. Bus stop outside and train station up the hill. Not a fancy hotel but perfect for me.
Only issue on room was that there was no fridge for cold drinks but now know you can rent one for 5 euro a day and would have if I had known.

We have stayed in this hotel only for one night, and I regret it. The staff very, very friendly and helpful. Rooms look like from previous decades, but still clean and cosy. A lot of plants around, which I loved. And beautiful garden. BEAUTIFUL garden 🌹🌺🌸 The man who is taking care of it should get a raise! ;) Breakfast also tasty! I recommend if you want to rest next to the swimming pool among the flowers.

We were warmly welcomed by Mercedes - such a friendly lady! All staff were helpful. Our room was spotless. Small pool surrounded by beautiful tranquil garden. We had breakfast out as options were very limited. Short ramble to beach front and lots of restaurants to choose from. Bus stop outside door.

great place for adults just arrived fab location 2 mins to beach you could actually lick the floor In your it's so clean and that goes for everywhere in the hotel 🏨🛏️ it's a pleasure to stay here don't bother with chain hotels I am 66 going on 20 love the place will be back has you see spotless credit to all staff and the owners

Just back a 6 night stay at Carmen Teresa Hotel. Location excellent close to beach, bars and restaurants. Bus stop outside very handy for day trips. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hope to be back soon Eamonn & Concepta
