My stay at Vincci Aleysa was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, with a lovely scent throughout the property. The staff is friendly, professional, and discreet — always there when you need them, yet never intrusive.

My room was spacious and beautifully prepared, with fresh flowers, delicious chocolates, and thoughtful details like a towel placed on the floor so my feet wouldn’t get cold. The bed was incredibly large and comfortable, with soft bedding that made it hard to leave in the morning!

I was also deeply touched by the farewell gift and the bottle of water waiting for me in my car — such kind gestures that reflect the attention to detail and care this hotel provides.

This was a truly wonderful experience, and I’m already looking forward to returning in October — summertime in Spain is a bit too warm for me, but Vincci Aleysa is a place I’ll gladly come back to any time of year.

An excellent hotel. Great location for beach, promenade and local shops. The room was spacious and well equipped. The staff were both knowledgeable and helpful. A special shout out to Marta, who greeted us from a previous visit 2 years ago and in the Malaga Vincci. Superb!

If there were more 5 stars to give, I would certainly rate this Hotel much higher. From the first arrival with a welcome drink, to wonderful, well-maintained, and spacious accommodations, to beautiful environment you truly feel you are in 5-star resort. The entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly, ready to assist with your every request. And to top it off, breakfast and dinner are absolutely unforgettable, on par with many Michelin class establishments.

We will be certainly returning here again and very soon !

This hotel is one of the nicest places we ever visited. Yes, we were already in really beautiful hotels with wonderful views, but this hotel is special because here you feel like home. This hotel is small so all the stuff remembers you, and you remember them. This makes the communication coming more from the heart than in all those bigger hotels, where you are only one of the guests, among many. Every day, when we got our car out of the garage, there were fresh bottles of water inside, the first day also sand toys for our son. And the day before our leaving - because it was 5 in the morning - they asked us if we wanted to have breakfast prepared, if we wanted to take some sandwiches with, if we wanted coffee or anything for the way. That was so nice! Rooms are really big and with wonderful views, breakfasts are tasty and made with love. I highly recommend this hotel, cannot wait to go there again!

Fantastic hotel, fantastic team.
We were greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The whole hotel smells wonderful and has a great atmosphere. Abundant, delicious breakfast.
Everyone in the whole hotel was very nice and helpful. Really everyone.
Fresh water was waiting for us in our car every morning. When it rained, we were given an umbrella for the day. They were very attentive.
We have stayed in many places in the area, but from now we will always stay here only.

PERFECT! There should be more stars to give. Both myself and my Mum have thoroughly enjoyed every single second, could not find fault in anything. The room was amazing and every single member of staff made us feel so at home. Do not change a thing, keep doing what you are doing. Will be back for a third visit very soon.

You really get a lot for your money here. The nicest staff, a great atmosphere, a very large well-equipped room and a fantastic breakfast - all right next to the sea.

I loved staying at this hotel. I travel for work a lot and have my criteria for hotels. Not only the room condition was satisfying, all staffs (shoutout to Borje) were kind. I loved welcome snacks, food at the restaurant inside the hotel. I still cannot forget the view and piano music at the restaurant.
I might go back to this location only to stay at this hotel! Highly recommended. Absolutely a must go place!

We have been travelling Europe for 12 weeks
This was our favourite that we even extended our stay. Staff, Location and facilities made us extend our stay. We had to room hop a couple of times due to peak period but we experienced all the different rooms. Staff were great assisting us with this and added to the experience the hotel was just great. All rooms are spacious even the standard room. We stayed at a few different Vincci hotels but they don’t come close to Benalmadena

A Spectacular Stay at a 5-Star Hotel in Benalmádena, Costa del Sol, Málaga

Booking our stay at this hotel through the chain’s website was smooth, though I recommend calling the hotel directly for exceptional service. From the start, the experience was outstanding. They contacted me twice before arrival to ensure everything was perfectly organized, from our arrival details to any special requests. They even sent an email with all necessary instructions.

Chapter 1: The Reception Upon arrival by car, we were immediately treated to an exceptional experience. After handing over the keys, we were escorted to a comfortable seating area for a refreshment while our check-in was completed on the terrace. Our luggage was taken to our room, and the car parked in the garage. Valentina’s explanation of the amenities was flawless; her level of attention was unparalleled. I stay in hotels over 100 nights a year for the past 15 years, and I’ve never encountered such service.

Chapter 2: The Room The room itself was spectacular, with a huge, incredibly comfortable bed, an impressive bathroom, and a fully stocked minibar. The tranquility of the room was remarkable, with not a single noise to disturb us. The amenities were top-notch, and they emphasized that we should not hesitate to request anything additional, making us feel truly at home.

Chapter 3: The Facilities The hotel’s facilities were impressive, offering everything you could imagine: stunning views, comfort, a spa, gym, bicycles, private beach loungers, pools, a jacuzzi, and much more. The list is so extensive that it’s easy to forget some of the available amenities.

Chapter 4: The Breakfast The breakfast was a delicacy, featuring top-quality products representing both local and international cultures. The highlight was the à la carte breakfast, with freshly prepared dishes catering to all tastes. It was impossible to leave unsatisfied.

Chapter 5: The Entertainment The hotel offers high-quality activities and themed events, such as barbecues and flamenco shows. It’s advisable to book in advance. We were fortunate to enjoy an authentic flamenco performance while sipping a special cocktail recommended by the staff.

Chapter 6: The Team The most important chapter is dedicated to the team: Valentina, Isabel, Borja, Marta, Carlos, Fran, Pepi, Cristina, and Lucia, who, despite it being her first week, performed as if she had been there for years. Their smiles, warmth, and respectful approach made our stay exceptional. Their dedication to making our stay perfect was evident.

In conclusion, investing your time at this hotel is absolutely worthwhile. On our first day, other guests told us they had been coming to the hotel for 10 years, which initially surprised me. However, as we were packing to leave, I understood why. Like them, I will definitely return. Congrats to the Vincci team, and keep up your fantastic work.
