Radisson Collection Hotel

The hotel has an excellent location, directly opposite the railway station and only a short walk from Zazpikaleak. The staff were very polite and attentive. I had a problem making the reservation, but they upgraded me to a superior room. They also recommended places to visit and explained the various events taking place during Aste Nagusia. I really liked the room decoration and design, with a modern aesthetic and warm atmosphere, though a few details were missing, such as a complimentary bottle of water. With regard to the breakfast buffet served in the rooftop restaurant, this could also be improved, as the selection was somewhat limited.

Decent enough experience. I quite liked the spa, which was nicely set out with a good sauna. The rooftop bar and restaurant is a nice touch; we set out for our nighttime activities from here which worked well. Quite slow check in but overall good experience.

Surprised to see the negative reviews here as this was not our experience at all. Very comfortable rooms with a good breakfast buffet and excellent central location. The air conditioning worked very well, despite the heat wave that was tormenting much of Spain (including Bilbao). Nice bathroom and comfortable beds. Great place to rest a couple of nights during our Camino walk.

We stayed with family for three days at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Gran Vía Bilbao and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the check-in process was quick and smooth. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and comfortable.

The staff and service were truly helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention Pablo from the concierge team for helping us perfectly organize our tour in Bilbao. Also, a big thank you to Victoria from the SPA, who was incredibly kind and welcoming to our family.

We stayed at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Gran Via Bilbao, for one night — coincidentally during carnival season.

Check-in was smooth, and we received a warm welcome on arrival. To our delight, we were upgraded to a larger room, which was a lovely surprise.

The room itself was luxurious and spacious, with a large bathroom featuring a bath and rain shower, plus all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay. The only minor downside was being given two single beds instead of one large bed.

Despite the lively carnival atmosphere in the city, the room was well insulated, and we couldn’t hear any noise from outside.

The hotel is centrally located at the end of the main shopping street, just a short 10-minute walk to both the Old Town and the Guggenheim Museum.

As we were only there for one night, we didn’t get a chance to use the spa, pool, or sauna. However, we did notice that access to these facilities costs €20 per person, which seemed a bit steep.

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

The Radisson Hotel in Bilbao is great. The subway and train station downstairs are very convenient. Shopping and Spanish food streets are just a few steps away. I recommend this hotel 5 points👍
