Not cheap, but definitely worth it. Great breakfast, too!
I had the pleasure of staying during Asta Naguisa.
The service was excellent and even helped us get a last minute booking at a sister hotel.
The location and the metro station beside the hotel allowed freedom to move around without an issue.
I would highly recommend and look forward to visiting the beautiful city of Bilbao again.
1. On the first night, we used a glass and a cup, but they were not replaced or cleaned afterwards.
2. The pillows were too flat and uncomfortable.
3. We only received a new vanity set on the last night of our stay.
4. Some of the furniture needs refurbishment - even in common area.
5. There was no entertainment available other than the television. If you're hoping for Netflix, this is not the place for you.
6. There were no USB-C or USB ports available for charging devices.
7. We only received one bottle of water for two people, and there was no refill until the last night, which only provided one additional bottle.
8. We heard the noise from other rooms too.
9. Staffs are friendly but doesn't helpful enough.
Overall, it doesn't feel right when it comes to 5-star hotel.
