This is a very good hotel. Staff are lovely, rooms are comfy, showers are excellent, location is excellent for walking to everything. Should you want to use their spa book it online in advance; you can’t just rock up.

Breakfast amazing and not mediocre at all! We used the opportunity to stock up for the day ahead and there was so much variety - cooked eggs, boiled, frittata, various meats (all pork so not for us lol) fresh juices, coffee, pastries, healthy muesli and dried fruits and nuts and more! Breakfast staff so friendly as well!

Location is great once you know your way around. Very close to the Guggenheim, the shopping district, Old Town and the tourist centre, which was handy to pick up a Barik card

From the airport there’s a bus that drops you about 5/10 minutes away from the hotel and it takes contactless payments.

Beds very comfortable, room was always spotless after housekeeping, view wasn’t great that’s true, but not there to look out of the window!

Ate at the restaurant once and the service and food was perfect. There’s a cafe opposite the hotel, huge church and garden a minute away too.

Lovely friendly city and definitely returning to this Hotel, can’t say a bad word against it.

I have not stayed there yet but i really loved their treatment of clients and responsiveness. Planned to stay in this hotel but due to family circumstances had to cancel the whole trip. Reservation was non refundable initially but after explanation of the situation they decided to reimburse me full amount of money. After communication with personal of the hotel i have an amazing impression of the service in this hotel and now i definitely know where i will stay when be there.

Overall the location is what matters which is spectacular but the room was kind of dirty (found an old contact lens on the floor and lots of mold) and the beds were so old you had to sleep in the dent of the guests before (over many many years). And this is a severe issue.

Spa costs 15€ extra for an hour or so and the food looks meh (we didn’t order it but the menu looks like a gas station 😅)

The room is spacious but also the walls are SO thin. I knew always when my Neighbour was showering or on the toilet. Kids screaming and running in the hallways and parties outside (university zone) until 2-3 AM on weeknights.

The hotel looks great on pictures but I wouldn’t rate it better than your average best western or ibis unfortunately. We had higher expectations.

The hotel is located in the city center near to the river. The stuff on reception was very pleasant and helping, they kindly allowed us to check-in earlier in the morning.

Unfortunately, the room itself was pretty outdated and had some problems with the closet and the shower head. The towels felt old and had some weird smell. Furthermore, the bathroom wasn't clean.

Even though it was quite and everyone was nice, the room condition spoiled the impression.

Rooms are big and confortable. Really nice stay. Even the toiletries are good quality. One would assume all four star hotels to uphold these standards. Sadly, that's not the case. The missing star is because the area can be a bit too happening and coming back in the evening is a bit daunting. If you don't intend to join the party ask for a room on the other side. We had to trade a beautiful view for silence.

The hotel was wonderful. Great room with a very comfortable bed and lovely clean bathroom.
Excellent breakfast spread. Friendly staff.
Easy convenient parking.

Nice museum in a very nice area. Great location where you can walk everywhere. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is quite expensive, I would recommend going out and having some pintxos (the Galician version of tapas). The spa and whirlpool are only open if you have an appointment for a treatment (minimum 35€).

Suggest more English speaking and premium channels for TV, a complimentary or less expensive breakfast option.
Clean, concierge service is very helpful for Bilbao navigation, but lacking knowledge of toll road information. Bartender in lobby bar friendly and attentive.
Located near the riverfront, walking distance to Guggenheim, shops, restaurants, parks.
Upgrade from previous hotel as it lacked AC.

We had a fantastic stay. Great location.

The food was lovely. We had breakfast included, you can have a fresh omelette made, good selection of pastries and fruit, tea, coffee, fresh orange juice etc.
I ate dinner there on one night. I had a house salad. It was huge and really delicious.
The team were lovely, they gave us an interior room, far away from the noise of the night club.
And when I was ill on the last day, all my friends went to the museum, they allowed me stay in the room until 1:45pm until we left for the airport, so I felt very grateful.
