Nice hotel, friendly staff and food is just great. Beach bar and very beautyfull beach. We loved our stay and highly recommend this place

The staff is very friendly! Tasty food in breakfast and dinner buffet (half board). Very cosy hotel which is not too large with genuine Spanish vibe. Spacious rooms although I wish the terraces would be better closed off from other terraces. Easy street parking. Large swimming outside pools and one tiny indoor swimming pool (a bit too small in colder months). Nice environment with beautiful golf course, parks with maritime pines and playgrounds in the immediate vicinity and the beach at a small walking distance. The location offers a fantastic base to discover the wider region (Cadiz, Vejer, Jerez, Tarifa, Gibraltar, Sevilla, Pueblos Blancos, etc).

The good.. the staff, the food, the service, the Halloween evening, it was clean.
The bad….the rooms have damp problems, smell of damp and must, wardrobes and furniture smell of damp.
The ugly… we were very unlucky with the weather but stayed safe and dry and that is all that matters.

Fabulous journey in your hotel !

Everything was perfect!
From the very generous and high-end breakfast, to the very spacious room with a balcony, lounge, mini bar.

several swimming pools including an adult-only for more peace and quiet, a gym, a spa, really the perfect place in Chiclana. special mention for Cristina who welcomed us wonderfully!

It was so perfect for me , big room , big bathroom with very soft towels and good smells bath gel and shampoo. The view was really amazing. The best breakfast ever 💥🧚‍♀️👌

I’ve been twice in consecutive years. Place is neat and in good shape. Food is good, rooms are also fine. Everything is clean.
What makes this place different IMO from others is the staff. They are really interested in the work, super nice people and a beautiful big reason to be back!
My son is in love with the kids club. To the point he prefers to go to the club than to the beach :)

Amazing hotel and amenities, staff always help with all the info you need. Marisa from the reception's and Fernando are amazing, They are very friendly and make our stay very confortable. I like very much this hotel! Great experience! Highly recomanded!❤️

I wanted to record the good attitude towards all the hotel staff. It's nice to find people so kind, educated and, above all, with such empathy for the client; ALL the staff go out of their way to make your stay a happy one! The amenities and restaurant service are also excellent.

All of the staff we met from receptionists to housekeeping and restaurant to bar were so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to deal with them. Room was better than expected with a terrace, excellent bathroom and roomy living space. Comfy beds too. As other have said, a refurb is probably due but that said the installations were all impeccably clean.

We only took breakfast which at €16/person was adequate. Eggs cooked to order and a wide range of hot and cold items including some cheap and nasty cava if you need a morning lift. Coffee, as others have said, needs improving.

A 5 minute walk from the beach and one or two decent restaurants.

I will return and am happy to recommend.
