The hotel is situated right by the golf course but 7 minutes walk down to the beach. We stayed just only one night the checked in went very smooth staff at reception was very friendly and informative. The dinner buffet was good quality it's a plus that there was separate zone for children' s buffet the equipments on the buffet were very child friendly I was in peace to see my 7 & 9 year-olds children helped themselves on the children's buffet. Overall we had a good stayed even though just for one night but definitely thinking of choosing Vincci Hotel again for our next stay .

They lied to expedia about us using the full meal to not refund us the lunch and dinner which we requested in check in to remove it from our room. It really doesn’t worth the price. We paid around €1000 for two nights and I can’t imagine ever going back to same place.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and food is just great. Beach bar and very beautyfull beach. We loved our stay and highly recommend this place

I see here a lot of good reviews, however my 1 night experience is more negative than positive. I have arrived alone with 2 kids, however, nobody had attended us to the room which was far away and I was looking for it with all the stuff in my hands. no parking place "complete", then I was searching all around the streets where to park the car, in few circles in front of me one car had left the place, so I was lucky. Then in the hotel there were at leat 3 big private festivities, so a lot of people, big noise, and later on loud music. no information about other pools, spa and sauna! i didn't even know about them!! I did not even know that they had sunbeds at the beach. in the room for 3 persons are served only 2 glasses for water, no cups for tea, oh well, there were 4 paper cups… not so comfortable pillows. Pluses: very clean! Spacious rooms (family suite), I took the room with terrace and it was nice to go on the grass, wide choice for breakfast, fresh orange juice, cava.

The staff is very friendly! Tasty food in breakfast and dinner buffet (half board). Very cosy hotel which is not too large with genuine Spanish vibe. Spacious rooms although I wish the terraces would be better closed off from other terraces. Easy street parking. Large swimming outside pools and one tiny indoor swimming pool (a bit too small in colder months). Nice environment with beautiful golf course, parks with maritime pines and playgrounds in the immediate vicinity and the beach at a small walking distance. The location offers a fantastic base to discover the wider region (Cadiz, Vejer, Jerez, Tarifa, Gibraltar, Sevilla, Pueblos Blancos, etc).

Lovely hotel. Modern design. The rooms were spacious and well kept.
There is an indoor pool as well as the outdoor which was great as the outdoor was a bit cold during the first weeks of April.
The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We had half board, so breakfast and dinner. There was a great choice with non dairy and gluten free options. There were activities during our stay that were free to attend.
Over all we had a great stay and would happily stay again .

I had an amazing stay at the Hotel Vincci Costa Golf in Novo Sancti Petri! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the stunning La Barrosa Beach and right next to the golf course. The hotel itself is surrounded by gardens, and the pool area is a great spot to unwind. The rooms are spacious, modern, and super comfortable, with a nice terrace to relax on. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s an ideal place for a relaxing getaway in Andalusia—highly recommend it!

The good.. the staff, the food, the service, the Halloween evening, it was clean.
The bad….the rooms have damp problems, smell of damp and must, wardrobes and furniture smell of damp.
The ugly… we were very unlucky with the weather but stayed safe and dry and that is all that matters.

From the very generous and high-end breakfast, to the very spacious room with a balcony, lounge, mini bar.
several swimming pools including an adult-only for more peace and quiet, a gym, a spa, really the perfect place in Chiclana. special mention for Cristina who welcomed us wonderfully!
