The hotel is situated in a quiet location near the centre of the resort of Calas de Mallorca. Suitable for families with children: spacious rooms, animation and entertainment for children and adults, and the magnificent beach favorably distinguish it from the local hotels.
Located: on the island of Mallorca, close to the centre of Calas de Mallorca and 64 km from the international airport. The famous caves Cuevas del Drach are less than 8 km from the hotel. In front of the hotel there is a bus stop.
Consists of two buildings: the 8-and 3-storey.

We've just spent a week at this hotel. Beautiful and clean, overlooking the sea.
Staff were all so friendly. The reception staff had knowledge of buses to get to locations and had a bus time table printed off and gave recommendations.
The entertainment staff were first class. So many activities throughout the day. So fun and inclusive. Many of the staff being multilingual!
The evening entertainment was brilliant and different every night.
The restaurant food had a theme each night and plenty of variety.
The snack bar was great for the kids, producing fresh pizza all day with plenty of fresh fruit.
The bar had a huge selection for all inclusive and we never had to queue.
A wonderful week spent in a beautiful location on a great hotel.

The hotel is lovely & well maintained in the communal areas, the floor is so shiny, you can literally see your reflection.
The rooms are OK, but a little outdated and worn, but fine enough to sleep in each night - clean & tidy.
There is a lot of noise during the night of comings & goings & i could hear the guy in the next room snoring all night.
There is only 2 lifts with a capacity of 4 each for a massive hotel, so you had to wait everytime you wanted to go back to the room.
The snack bar is better than the meal meals, but not by much. The food in general was just not good at all, but I'm possibly being biast, as i am a very fussy eater. Dining area was lovely though & well set out.
Waiters would literally remove your plates if you moved off the seat for a second, which sorta gave me the fear to move.
Entertainment was absolutely appalling - if your from the UK, dont waste your time using this hotel, the entertainment was in french. There was no structure or point to it & people walked out during it.
Staff were all absolutely lovely, from reception, the bar, to the cleaners.

We were there with a family and my 6 y.o daughter didn’t have what to do cause for children there was only disco in the evening and that’s all. The program is on French language that makes difficult to understand it.
The food is various but breakfasts were the same all the week. I can’t say that the food is not tasty but we didn’t enjoy it. When you eat and it left 10-15 min till the end of lunch for example , the personal literally takes a plate from your mouth and all the time reminds you that you should go away . You don’t feel comfortable during meal.
Our room was cleaned only 3 times !!! Despite of that thing we put a sign about cleaning . So we had to come and make our beds by ourselves.
The elevator is another story. All the time there is a queue near it and if you want to get to your room you may wait for 10 minutes. We went by foot mostly on the sixth floor.
The pools are without warming so when we were they were very cold.
You don’t have where to go except market and some restaurants.
The hotel is for 50+ but not for families with children or for young couples . We really wanted to go home . The only good thing is a picturesque view from the room and sea.

Fizzy juice was flat.
Entertainment was absolutely terrible.
Spent every night woken with others noise.
Location was fine.
Literally no other English guests.
Wouldn't return - was not an enjoyable time.

First time in Mallorca, and everything has been a big plus.
The food is delicious,
The staff is friendly and helpful, and they speak several languages — which we truly admire.
The rooms are relatively clean, with working air conditioning.
Great location for people who don’t like tourist crowds. You can rent a car just across the street for a reasonable price and go on a trip around the island.
I honestly recommend it to everyone!

Excellen service, excellent hotel and experiance in general. I could not complement more of a serivce as all emplayers was very nice and proffesional.All the best to the crew. Keep doing good job.

Great localization, next to local shops, supermarket, restaurants etc. 5 minutes on feet to the Beach. Even though there is only one pool it was enough for everyone to have fun during pool animations or to swim as one half is like 1,2m and second 2,4m. Food was fine, but we were bored with it after few days. Drinks - some were just fine, some were not so good. Big plus for that rooms were cleared everyday, all towels were changed, overall hotel is very clear.

Good place to stay, for reasonable price. Originally we wanted go to Globales America, that is next Samoa, but close the sea and 4star, but they sold out. Staff of hotel very helpful. Food ok, everytime fresh. Beach max 5mins walk, very nice one. Shops & restaurants a few metres from hotel.

Stay in the hotel was very pleasant. We have really enjoyed time spent here (one week), variety food every day, very kind staff, especially the barman Antonio. Lot of activities, aqua gym, different shows/games during the evening, clean pool, hotel close to the open beach. Hotel added to the list of places to revisit :)

The Hotel is nice and clean,
Great location,just few minutes away to the stunning Cala Domingos.
With 1 tennis/basketball/futsal court,
Beach volley,golf court, the hotel is plenty of space for the people who likes sports.
The staff is very kind and attentive,
From reception to housekeeping,
Bar and restaurant,you will find plenty of people ready to help you in all your needs.
Food and drinks are average maybe the only weak point.
The entertainment is mainly in French,
Because French presence is the majority,
But they are still few people that they make announcements in different languages,
English,Italian, Polish,Spanish and they work to entertain the others .
It wasn't a problem for me,
But I notice that someone suffered for the lack of entertainment for not French groups.
Personally I'm happy for my time spend here,
And just want to say a big Thanks to all the staff that worked tirelessly to make ours holidays unforgettable.
