Very friendly staff. Rooms very quite small, but I think it depends on where you are?
The restaurant is hectic.People everywhere and having to move out of the way all the time. The bread is in one place and the butter is a different room. The same with the milk for tea.
I would've preffered premium drinks as opposed to local wines and spirits.
The staff were all so nice and really made you feel like they wanted you to enjoy.

Myself my partner and our 1 year old are currently here
And it’s probably the worst hotel we have stayed in the food is absolutely vile it made my child extremely unwell with sickness and diarrhoea for 4 days to the point where he had to be seen by medical professionals
We have had to eat out everyday just to get a decent meal
The entertainment is okay but mainly the same thing every night
Items of clothing and our son’s teddy have been stolen from our room too!!
It’s meant to be a family hotel but it’s not child friendly at all
You have to paid 3-5€ for any ice lollies or ice cream the burger and pizza bar are terrible too
Only good thing about this place is that it’s a 1 minute walk to the strip of shops and restaurants

We went to this awesome place with my fam in 2023 and it was totally lit! Everything was top-notch – the rooms were spotless, the food was bomb, and the drinks were killer.
The restaurant had a killer view of the Sea, and the pools were super clean. We didn't spend too much time there 'cause we preferred the beach, which was unreal. The water was crystal clear, and the view was breathtaking. The only downside was that it got a bit packed on weekends.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the programs were alright. The night shows were kinda meh, but we had a good time anyway. We actually went to the Globales Samoa the year before, and their shows were way better.
Overall, it was one of the best vacations ever!

Fantastic hotel. Food and drink all day and night. 3 pools. Entertainment wasn't up to scratch for me of the night time. But plenty too do in the day. Reps were very active. And how they speak that many languages , is incredible.. town centre is 5 minutes walk with shops and entertainment and bars. Beach is 5 minutes walk. Golden sands and a lovely clear blue sea...

We've had a very nice 10 days stay & can't fault any aspect of what this hotel offers. The quality & variety of the food on offer was excellent. all the hotel staff were friendly & so helpful with nothing too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend this hotel as it has everything you need for a nice holiday at a fair price.

Very nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. Such a beautiful location and it's a big plus having a balcony all with sea veiws. Tha food was nice, always displayed well and good choice of food morning afternoon and evening. The snack place isn't such nice quality pizza and the chips are like cheap oven chips but they did have fresh fruit etc to snack on if needed. Drinks are OK, wasn't keen on cocktails as they were made from made up bottles that were very sweet . Spirits are OK as was beer. Good choice of drinks soft or alcohol. The shower is good but take your own shampoo.conditioner and soap as the stuff in shower isn't great and no soap at the sinks to wash your hands which I found strange. The location is stunning but for anyone with mobility problems it isn't easy to get down to beach.
