Where to stay with pets in Calpe

As I'm a Pescatarian , the range of fish was superb!! But other veggie /vegan options were limited. A couple of my friends were gluten free and they were specially catered for very well

The new renovations at the AR Diamante are great, the hotel is comfortable and clean, the staff are professional and the food is excellent. Cannot recommend it enough.

We are staying at the AR Diamante Beach Hotel in Calpe. This hotel has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The bar area in particular is fabulous and the staff are attentive and friendly

The staff are all so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. The showers are amazing!!! The barman, Alberto, that worked the circle bar was super friendly and attentive

The staff at the AR Diamante hotel in Calpe are extremely friendly and professional, even at busy times. Alberto and Jose deserve a special mention

A very nice hotel but on the expensive side. If you pay for sea view with balcony, then your views are spectacular

Breakfast is also extra which we did not pay and went to a lovely bar in front for a fraction of the price. You can park in the hotel, also as an extra cost. And it's dog friendly also at an extra cost

What a lovely hotel, the location was perfect for a walk into the old town and down to the port. The views from our balcony were beautiful. The beach was clean and well staffed with lifeguards

Spent a lot of time around the pool area with our Granddaughter and it was spotless and beds were always available. This was our fourth year staying here and it gets better every year. We have already booked for 2026

Overall a wonderful stay, Outdoor pool was too cold for us but imagine lovely in summer. Loungers were a little dated but a minor issue. Book here and you will not be disappointed!

We have just returned from Hotel Ifach and it was excellent. The bedrooms have been renovated and the quality and choice of the food is second to none

When we arrived it 21:00 we were met by a very happy Ray on reception, we were given our room on the15th floor, he said just drop your cases off and have some diner before it closes (Thanks Ray) The restaurant is on floor (E) the food is really good with plenty of choice

There are two bars, one the lobby and one by the pool. There were loads of staff, so you never had to wait long to get a drink, or they would come to you (Thanks Ivan) At any bar you could order snacks and or ice creams

The restaurant staff along with the bar staff and the reception staff go beyond what is expected to help you in anyway

Hotel was excellent, staff were super helpful. Rooms were big, enjoying a self catering flat as part of our room. Train and bus stop just outside hotel. Situated in between Port and main town.

Would have been even better if they catered more for vegetarian and halal diets

We had lunch which had plenty on offer even for my picky husband! Once the room was ready, we went on up. There is a lift, but it can be a little slow. All the basics of course, but loads of space and lots of storage

We were greeted at reception by a lovely lady who was happy to let me practice my Spanish! She said the room was not quite ready, but we could use any of the facilities and she sorted out an interior parking space

Had a lovely sense of humour and was accommodating for all ages, from us, late 20's/early 30's to the slightly older, and the far younger, all her games are fun and she always has a smile on her face

The restaurant staff were all kind and friendly especially Saroj and Nadeen who made us feel so welcome. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The dining seved delicious food

Super location. Really kind, helpful and considerate owners. Lovely and clean. Great value. What's not to like! Free of charge snacks and drinks on the terrace is a really nice touch too. Recommended!

An incredible place to come with children but very little accessible to carry baby strollers, the attention and service is excellent, the rooms are very good the animation for children is Very funny, Ingrid, David, Esteban and Lucía have made the children have a lot of fun, the hotel spa is very good, the facilities are very clean and the spa girl Marta is very friendly , the buffet food is acceptable...

All inclusive family holiday for one week, great resort with good range of facilities. Apartment was clean and well presented and pools were well designed and good fun for the kids

Loved it. A bit far from the sea, but with 7 pool and 2 bars, who cares.... apartments a little run down but perfectly fine to use... 5 stars for price and staff....

A wonderful place for kids. Rooms a little dated but only sleeping in them so wasn't a major problem. The town is buzzing at night so make a trip down.

Food was plentiful and good quality and the dining area was quite large with plenty of tables available

The guests were mainly Spanish, but again this isn’t a bad thing and we had a lovely quiet week here. Right on the beach which was a lovely beach. Food could be repetitive but was all fine, we only ate out once

The lion king show was amazing ( the part we seen because our 6year old was tired) Overall we had a nice quiet week here and we probably would come again if we were visiting calpe

He did remove towels during the week but this was people who had been gone for hours and we never struggled to get a sunbed during the week as it was quite quiet

No big inflatables in the pool as there just isn’t enough room when it’s busy but the beach is right outside to use them anyway

Very friendly animation team who made our granddaughter so welcome to join in all activities, also a shout out to the pool guy who was very helpful, friendly and watchful over all the children using the pools

The location of this hotel is perfect. Within walking distance to the beautiful beach, shops & Restaurants of Calpe The rooms are a little dated but were spotlessly clean. We had fresh towels every day

Well this is my 4th visit to this brilliant friendly and exceptionally clean hotel. We use the Galetamar as a base for going rock climbing in Costa Blanca and each time we've been we have had a fantastic time

We have been a week and we have been very comfortable, everything very clean and the treatment of the owners is excellent, totally recommended

To go to the beach you need a car but it is worth it since the area is very quiet

The house is very good and it is also the ground floor. Many amenities and close to the beach (although it is better to go down by car that is 2 km away). The owners are very friendly and willing to help with anything

I don't give it 5 stars because the pool from the end of the stairs covers a lot (I'm 1. 72 and it covers my eyes) and my son couldn't play well but otherwise highly recommended

The mattresses are horrible, my spine was terrible, the kitchen utensils were dirty with grease, the bathroom was poorly sanitized I had to clean it with bleach, the house has air conditioning but you can't use it, this is just ridiculous, on top of that it has a very high cost, and only at night, it was not easy to sleep with the unbearable heat, there are no towels, another huge flaw, because all...
