This time of year, there are lots of large bicycle and retirement groups. Good entertainment every night. The bar staff were very nice and Mojito was very good. We wanted some ice by the pool at one stage and were charged 10c, which felt a bit weird. We’re currently staying at this hotel. It’s so beautiful. Clean. The staff are lovely. It was my boyfriend’s birthday yesterday. We travelled to Benidorm which is only a 20 min drive in a taxi from the hotel. When we got back there was a cake and note in the room wishing my boyfriend a happy birthday. We were so surprised. Absolutely breathtaking. A little piece of heaven right there in Altea. The hotel fresh and clean. The staff - all of them rock stars. The entertainment great. And very close to the prominade and Old Town Altea. And if you don't want to walk then there is a free shuttle!

This year, we stayed at this hotel for a few days with our two children for the third time. It’s a classic with good service and a very peaceful atmosphere. I love the location, and it’s always a reliable choice. However, I believe a renovation and proper maintenance of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, is necessary.

This is an excellent luxury hotel! The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. A big plus is the free charger in the paid parking garage, which is very convenient for electric vehicle owners. The location is perfect, close to many attractions. The hotel is a little far from Altea (15 minutes from the old town), so it allows you to completely disconnect. The room was very spacious. The staff was attentive and willing to answer any questions you might have. The buffet breakfast is highly recommended.

Charming hotel on the outskirts of Altea. Very quiet and thoughtfully designed. It is an old oil mill and the decor is designed in that sense. The view from the pool is breathtaking towards the mountain. The food is very good, with local spices. The perfect place to switch off and relax. It is not expensive.

Everything was perfect, from the moment I’ve made the reservation with a special request to the final goodbye after the check out. We went for a spa day with dinner included. It was beautiful! The spa is like no other in the area. A very relaxing & unique experience. They had a bottle of water and OJ, lots of fruit, slippers and bath robes all at the ready. Only slight issue was that we were ‘late’ leaving the spa. Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The location is great with a short walk to all areas of interest in Altea. There is a very large, free parking lot 5 min walk away if you don’t manage to get one of the few spots adjacent to the hotel. If you park in the large lot you don’t have to squeeze through the extremely narrow old town streets.

Nice hotel above a busy restaurant, basic but very comfortable room (1st floor with balcony and sea view) on the beach front. Good location for tourists, a short walk to the town centre etc. The bar in the restaurant is reasonably priced, with friendly helpful staff. Would recommend a stay here.

Maison Condesa is an amazing place! We rented the 2 rooms appartment and stayed there a couple of days.. The hotel was absolutely terrific with its panoramic windows and its gorgeous views on the sea. The quality of service and hospitaly of the people working there are also to be mentioned! We will come back as soon as our schedules allow it!!
