I stayed there in December 2025. The rooms were very clean and the service was very friendly. It's an ideal starting point for cycling tours in the mountains. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the old town.

Stayed at Cap Negret for a week at the end of October with 7 other family members. 25 degrees! Hotel was great and very clean. Food was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. A convenient 10 minute walk from Altea and a couple of minutes walk from the bus and tram stops. A lovely hotel in a perfect location. Due to it being an old building it does however bring with it both good and not so good aspects. On the positive it’s a beautiful hotel with a laid back vibe to it. This is a wonderful hotel. The location doesn't get any better. Half way between the old town Church and the sea front. 5mins walk either way. The staff were super helpful and welcoming. Easy to find and check in. Modern clean relaxing rooms lovely outdoors area if you do want to sit with your coffee which is supplied in the room. Water replenished every day in the room. We stayed 4 nights (21 -25 June) They only have 6 rooms so a very calm and relaxing stay. Elena was so welcoming and accommodating and she made us feel we were at home from the moment we arrived. Our group of 15 cyclists enjoyed the service and the excellent staff. The food ranged from good to very good. The rooms could use updating. The mattresses, in particular, are in dire need of replacing. We've booked this for the past 2 years, absolutely no issues with the resort. Always clean, themed restaurants are brilliant quality, the buffet restaurant is equally good. Although I would book the ultra all inclusive as you can skip the ques for the bars which can get busy. Around the pool is always clean and the lifeguards are always on there best keeping everyone safe.

Fabulous hotel. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. We were able to keep our room longer on check out day as a Barcelo member, which was great as we had a late evening flight. Had a suite as 3 of us which was perfect.

We only stayed for one night, but this was enough time to appreciate that this is a high quality hotel at a good price. Lovely lunch and breakfast.

Had a lovely stay here. The star of our trip here was Cristina who was the staff member who went above and beyond to provide excellent service at the pool side restaurant. We are really happy with this hotel; the rooms and pools were amazing.

Very good. Junior suite. Perfect room for family of 4. Beds and linen very good. Large bathroom with separate wc. Patio doors onto garden with private loungers and outside shower. Disappointing stay for a 4 star sup. Air conditioning didn't work. When it rained the lobby ceiling leaked, the entertainment area has no atmosphere, the gym is tiny, outdoor pool was freezing and the indoor pool was too deep.

The hotel is located away from the beach, but everything you need is nearby. The food was delicious, but breakfast was the same every day. Most of the staff in the restaurant were friendly, but one older gentleman was rude. He didn't provide us with glasses for our drinks. Overall, we rate this hotel highly. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff were very nice.

Amazing stat The hotel was stunning. I loved the pools and it was not over busy either. The staff were spot on and ready to help. I loved the snack bar also. The bed was so big and comfy. Gym was not too bad 👌❤️

Very clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Never had to fight for a sunbed there were plenty. The Hotel is quite a walk away from the beach I’d say 20/30mins, when in the heat it can be exhausting. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room however it was only €10 to buy one from a local shop.

Helpful friendly staff in a safe comfortable and clean property. Food was good, fresh and well cooked. No waiting or issues at all. A little bit out of central benidorm which is what we wanted as it was a very family friendly hotel.

Convenient location and a short walk to bars places to eat and town, but also on the bus routes if needed. Really clean, and super friendly staff. Only had breakfast but a nice good choice, drinks at bar cheap too and a lovely terrace/pool area. Nice atmosphere and not rowdy in the hotel areas would return again

The hotel is amazing, food is great especially for me as a picky eater. Did not feel the need to eat out at a restaurant when this all inclusive food was that good! They had steak and kebabs on some of the days! Drinks are great with very generous alcohol pourings. For benidorm night life, it cost 6 euro in a taxi or the bus was 1.30 from across the street. We stayed in a deluxe room in the 2nd block. The room was large and had everything we needed, the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. No problem with sunbeds.would happily stay again.

Lovely stay Staff were helpful and friendly especially in restaurant and at main reception. We stayed in a delux room in a separate block which was modern and spacious. Food was plentiful and replenished often during meal times. All areas were clean. There was no obvious recycling of plastics / glass.

The hotel was lovely, spacious rooms and great views from the balcony. The spa was also very relaxing. We upgraded to all-inclusive whilst whilst checking in, and the quality of food and drinks were worth it.

I didn't use the spa or some of the facilitues, but was really impressed with the hotel. Check in was easy and the rooms clean. The breakfast was really good and catered to multiple nationalities. It was in a good location as quiet at night but walkable to bars and restaurants. Plus, parking was easy. Would recommend.

Disappointed Staff unfriendly, reception lady was rude on arrival when checking in, bar staff in lobby were dismissive. The room was ok apart from mould on bathroom ceiling which was black, one of the sockets/usb on bedside table broken, shower flooded each time of use, hook in bathroom broken and i had birthday bottle of prosecco delivered to me on day 1, day 5 was still in room where it was left...

Great hotel very helpful staff. Good range of food and activities. Good for families. Lifts can be a bit of a problem at peak times, although there are 6 they serve 25 floors and due to needing disability pushchair for child stairs were not an option.

Myself, mum and sister are just back from staying at the hotel for a week and I have good and bad things to say. Just got back from flamingo oasis Benidorm with my partner and son. I adore this hotel, it's very clean, welcoming and friendly. The food is very good also with lots of assorted choices every day. First visited this hotel in December 19 then returned June 24. Will definitely visit again in the future! Highly recommend this hotel 💙💙
