This time of year, there are lots of large bicycle and retirement groups. Good entertainment every night. The bar staff were very nice and Mojito was very good. We wanted some ice by the pool at one stage and were charged 10c, which felt a bit weird. We’re currently staying at this hotel. It’s so beautiful. Clean. The staff are lovely. It was my boyfriend’s birthday yesterday. We travelled to Benidorm which is only a 20 min drive in a taxi from the hotel. When we got back there was a cake and note in the room wishing my boyfriend a happy birthday. We were so surprised. This year, we stayed at this hotel for a few days with our two children for the third time. It’s a classic with good service and a very peaceful atmosphere. I love the location, and it’s always a reliable choice. However, I believe a renovation and proper maintenance of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, is necessary.

This is an excellent luxury hotel! The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Everything was perfect, from the moment I’ve made the reservation with a special request to the final goodbye after the check out. This is an old school hotel on the seafront with a good and busy dining room. We had lunch and it was very good. Nice hotel above a busy restaurant, basic but very comfortable room (1st floor with balcony and sea view) on the beach front. Good location for tourists, a short walk to the town centre etc. The bar in the restaurant is reasonably priced, with friendly helpful staff. Would recommend a stay here.

Maison Condesa is an amazing place! We rented the 2 rooms appartment and stayed there a couple of days.. The hotel was absolutely terrific with its panoramic windows and its gorgeous views on the sea. The quality of service and hospitaly of the people working there are also to be mentioned! We will come back as soon as our schedules allow it!!

Very noisy, no sound proofing between rooms, said it had a restaurant but it was closed on Sundays and every other day too, wouldn't have booked had they told us this

Been 4 times over 6 years. THIS time the room was overlooking N332. If you are a light sleeper - good luck! Passing traffic, even during the night - is quite frequent. Fortunately for remaing 2 nights we were given a quieter positioned room.

Amazing staff, helpful and familiar. The food is really good (well worth a visit even if you dont stay in the hotel). The breakfast buffet is in itself reason enough to stay in the hotel. Very enjoyable experience. The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The room was very clean. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference. Maybe a heat probe would be a good idea. Perfect position.

A large pleasant hotel situated just across from the beautiful beach in Albir . There is a large bar and outside Terrace facing the bays .Staff are pleasant and efficient. Drinks are fairly priced and there is a wide range of cocktails , wines etc . This hotel is also surrounded by a good choice of bars and restaurants

A delightful 2 night stay at this charming hotel. We walked passed it many times during previous stays in Albir. Although built in the last 15 years, the interior does have a 'retro' vibe.. eg wall2wall tiles&dark wood. All staff excellent. Beautiful terrace with fabulous beach- view. Barstaf all have attitude problems. Room was no good, so upgraded to sea view £10 per night. Food was exelent. Management did not want to know. Won't Won't be back.

Stayed here for a summers break/family visit.Hotels in a great location,beach opposite,not far to shops and restaurants.Hotel clean,rooms big,but bit old fashioned.Bar area nice but only catered for spanish bullroom dancers every night.Sitting on the terrace looking over the sea was great.Food was buffet style breakfast and evening meal,always something to eat,choice of fish meat salad etc.

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine. A hairdryer was available in our bathroom. Would certainly recommend..

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room..I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well. Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool.

The actual resort is fine but the apartment we stayed in was lacking in a few areas. We actually had to purchase several things just to manage the week. Definitely needs to be addressed.

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that. Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution. Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem....

Highest season room rate of €150 a night is far above similar hotel offers in the area. Breakfast not included. The room, while clean and comfortable, had maintenance defects - entrance door and shower. Suggest you look elsewhere first, and only stay here as a last resort.

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm. There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable. The shower was a hand shower and there was no tea towel and dishcloth...

Lovely place to stay for a family of four in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms a little small but quite adequate. The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. We’ve been going to Albir hills apartments since they opened, we can’t get enough of the relaxing pool area and amazing service. We bring our dog with us and they even provide us with a cute pet package with Multiple useful things for our pup 😊 10/10

I read some aweful reviews but couldn't cancel as I had paid my deposit...thankfully so! To start with, the environment and surroundings are perfections, beautiful plants rocks and water everywhere. Yes they offer things over and above your plan, but they are not pushy at all. I added a few services, and was glad to have those options...I had a ful cardiovascular check up wich I knew I'd never get...

I was excited to stay at the renown SHA resort. The highlights were the staff and food. The lowlights were the upselling the the untimely follow ups post stay. Its been 2 months and I still don't have lab results back...The hotel also needs a face lift

Reason why i gave 5 star is because of the asian chef. I was having difficulty time eating food as there not much for vegitarians. I did complain but nothing much happened as there lack of communication. Till i spoke to this asian chef and he understood how me and my family felt. We stayed in garden lodges and it was nice location as we only had neighbours from two sides. But we could hear them pooping as walls were paper thin. I had to complain to one neighbour as their kids were running and screaming until 01.00 in the morning. Was impossible to sleep. I would definitely recommend security to drive around and see if people are meeting 22.00 curfew. Food very poor quality...

Very nice hotel: nice rooms, nice swimming pools and bars! I have been there twice: the first time was just after the opening and there was lack of organization and the dinners were not good. After few months I visited it again and then I found really good dinners and breakfasts and a nice organization! Suggested.

It is a nice hotel with a good SPA and work out room, pretty good 5 star worthy breakfast. However, keycards were not always working well (which means a trip back to the reception). The parking is NOT free as stated here in google. Early morning you need to close the balcony because the music of the lounge area is a bit loud, also the street is a bit noisy. I don't care about TV, but a quick browsing...

I have just asked for room service. I requested 1 coffee with milk and reception called to say it would be 15 Euro’s. I appreciated the call and cancelled my coffee. How do you justify 15 Euros for a coffee. The hotel is so quiet you would think they would be giving you a free coffee to keep the clientele happy

My daughter took me to this hotel for a few days for my birthday last week. It deserves its 5 stars. The hotel, the rooms. the spa, the gardens and pools, breakfasts and the staff were brilliant. The weather was atrocious but we didn’t care. We enjoyed our room. The very large bed was very comfortable. We travelled to the dam near Guadalest which is definitely worth a visit. Lovely hotel, rooms were large and clean, beds were comfortable with nice pillows and bedding, terrace was large, lovely bathroom with hot walk in shower, beautiful pool area spotlessly clean, nice children's play area and shallow pool, inside heated pool, food was well cooked and good quality, staff were all pleasant.

This hotel is on the outskirts of the town, a 20min walk in. The hotel is a nice place to be. The surroundings are very well planted and green. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities to use, the main one being the pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'm sure we'll be coming here again.

We have literally just checked out (myself, my wife and my 5 year old daughter) and are already gutted! We have had the most amazing 8 days. I’d firstly like to thank the amazing catering staff, every day, we have had the most delicious food, with so many options available. We have just stayed here for a week and it was such an amazing stay! Food was great, I'm not quite sure what the other reviews about food were on about, there was always something we could eat. Room was nice and spacious with a balcony, pull out sofa bed for the kids wasn't the comfiest. Hotel was very clean, only thing I didn't like is the shower towels being put in the bidet, not very hygienic....

We really enjoyed! We will definitely be back! Our goal was for our 3 and 1 year old to have fun and we certainly achieved that and so did we. Very good facilities and unbeatable staff. The only thing that will change is the opening hours of the playground as being near the pool they also close it at 8. We spent 9 nights at this hotel. It’s our first time doing an all inclusive and overall we would come again. ROOMS spacious. Plenty of plugs. Cleaned every day if you wanted (we did every 3 days). Quiet at night. Good shower. POOL plenty of sun beds. Usually being so close to others is a turn off for me but we were able to move the beds to a quieter spot. Pool is busy but relaxing. Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us. Just getting ready to fly home. This is our fifth time at this hotel. It's situated in a great area, with lots of pubs,shops and benidorm palace nearby. Great hotel very helpful staff. Good range of food and activities. Good for families. Lifts can be a bit of a problem at peak times, although there are 6 they serve 25 floors and due to needing disability pushchair for child stairs were not an option.

I adore this hotel, it's very clean, welcoming and friendly. The food is very good also with lots of assorted choices every day. First visited this hotel in December 19 then returned June 24. Will definitely visit again in the future! Highly recommend this hotel 💙💙
