The stay at the AR Diamante Beach was really good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was lovely. The rooms were excellent and cleaned every day. I would definitely come again and recommend this hotel to family and friends. Can i get a discount please as I want to come again.

Lovely week stay at the Diamante Beach Hotel. Very clean and tidy. Rooms felt a little dated. It is in a great location, very close to the beach and shops. Enjoyed the local land train tour for just €5 each to see further around Calpe. Staff were all so lovely and catered to all our needs. Food was fab although it needed to be slightly warmer and would have been nice to have a wider variety of vegetables...

We came for a wedding. The hotel is amazing and the staff are brilliant! Manuel, Alfredo and Ivan made our trip! They gave us great service and are fun and friendly. Next time I’m in Calpe I will return to see them.

This is a very lovely hotel. Clean, modern and with good facilities. 3 different pools makes it ideal for different holiday groups . The staff are friendly and the spa is very well equipped .4 jacuzzis, sauna, steam room and cold plunge pool. The only negative I'd say and it's very minor is the gym isn't very well equipped. Very limited machines and weights , but people don't really go on holiday...

Good for young children (over 4). There was a mini club that our 4 year old enjoyed. Minimal activities for our 2 year old. Indoor pool was great for wintertime. Close proximity to beaches and Ifach rock made it a great place to stay.

Hotel SH Ifach is a really friendly, relaxed place to stay. The bar area is pleasant with daily English newspapers. The prices of drinks are very reasonable. Good live music most evenings. It's a perfect location with the promenade very close by.

Large rooms with a large balcony where you can sit in the evening and chat over a bottle of chilled wine or beer (the room has a small fridge). Excellent Breakfast with champagne. Helpful staff. The hotel is nice, clean, spacious, but the most important-the service is 6 stars, the people working there are lovely and friendly and made our short holiday really valuable. My 3 year old girl was feeling great, so do we! The restaurant staff was outstanding!!! The seeside was breath taking!!!

First important fact first, the staff is amazing. The lobby crew, the restaurant and cleaners, all cordial, kind, helpful and hard working. We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution. Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Reason why i gave 5 star is because of the asian chef. I was having difficulty time eating food as there not much for vegitarians. Very nice 2 bed apartment, perfect for a family. The breakfast was nice. The Swimming pools lovely, 3 to choose from. Small terrace at the top of the flat. No TV in the living/dinning room. But there was a TV in the main bedroom. The air conditioning did not work so the bedroom upstairs was an oven. Good kitchen area with everything you need. Very clean and comfy beds.

I adore this hotel, it's very clean, welcoming and friendly. The food is very good also with lots of assorted choices every day. First visited this hotel in December 19 then returned June 24. Will definitely visit again in the future! Highly recommend this hotel 💙💙

Really nice hotel, professional and curtious staff. We can only rate the food as a B&B, but breakfast was plentiful with a good variety. The hotel did a nice thing of presenting my daughter with Presseco, chocolate cake and mineral water for her birthday. All in all value for money. 5*

What a fabulous hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The restaurant is great and a great selection of food. The restaurant staff work tirelessly to make sure you have everything you need. The pools are set in a beautiful surrounding & the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the centre. Highly recommend this hotel for couples and family’s too.

We had a lovely 1 week break here. Lovely hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly. Wee felt well looked after. Facilities were good, great swimming pools. The meals were superb. If there was any negativity, it would be to comment on noise transference from rooms above and next door, could be improved. Also, tea/coffee faclities in the room would have been welcome.

Just spent short of a week at this wonderful hotel. Superb location and very restful tranquil grounds in the midst of the Benidorm action. All of the property is delightful albeit a little tired in places. All of the staff encountered were welcoming and helpful in particular the staff in the ‘level lounge’ with a special thanks to the ladies on the reception there. Came here for 4 nights with my 2 sisters and daughter we paid for the all inclusive plus. Got to the hotel took ages to check in as only 1 person on desk. Got our rooms charged me for my safe. It definitely felt more like a 3 star plus hotel I think. About 7 or 8 minutes walk to new town strip. Pool is nice,rooms are nice,spotless, though our double bed was just 2 singles pushed together. Staff are nice and courteous,the food is always buffet and a little repetitive,also some snacks and ice creams cost money even if your all inclusive.

Came here with 20 friends to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. Had an amazing time, the food, the staff, the entertainment was top class. The housekeeping team ensured that the rooms and all areas of the hotel were immaculate. I cannot recommend this hotel high enough.

Great service and friendly staff. We arrived early and rooms were ready. Slightly out of town and hill is quite steep but there is a courtesy bus provided every 20 minutes until arohnd7.30 pm.

Was slightly concerned about limited Parking limited so decided to arrive 3 hours early and arrange parking. A really good hotel if you are staying off peak in Benidorm. They have bits of entertainment in the evenings and the food / drinks are reasonably priced. The rooms are kept very clean and a pretty decent breakfast selection. Though it is at the top of a hill outside they do operate a regular free shuttle bus down to the edge of the town centre.

It's a great value hotel and off the main road. There is a free mini bus to take you down into the town. The breakfast is really good and lots of choice at lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean and have everything you need.

Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. Nothing could be further from the truth Chef and catering staff were excellent in supplying fantastic meals. Animation Team were very good. Nice hotel in a good location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Food was nice, standard buffet type deal but everything fresh and hot. Entertainment is very good, especially for children. Charlie is in charge of entertainment and was top notch!

I don’t know what makes this place a 4 star. We’ve stopped in many 4 star hotels in the past, and this doesn’t match anything like them. I would and as above given it a 3. This hotel is no better than ok. Our superior room was large and clean but the sofa bed was unusable as a sofa as the cushions didn't fit and you ended up sitting on the bed beneath. The spa is good but its €10 a day if you not all inclusive. The food looked like its description but in most cases had little flavour. We we're half board and had to pay extra for a glass of water with the evening meal...

We had a fantastic time Christmas and new year, our room 1006 was clean, large and what we expected. The beds gave a very good night's sleep. The Nereo hotel is in the middle of the new town, This is a lovely bright, clean and modern hotel. We stopped half board, the food was variable and plentiful. Been once but the whole family absolutely enjoyed every minute. Family hotel with loads todo games room swimming pool water slides. Great food we never had to eat out once. Staff are super friendly. Clean and tidy rooms had the option of a bath or shower which is lovely. Not a far walk to the beach or shops. Great entertainment/kids club. Free wifi. What more can I say we had a beautiful holiday.

Absolutely brilliant time! Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. The only reason i put 4 stars on the room is because the toilet is to close to the sink cabinet so you can't sit straight. The toilet seat was loose because of this and it broke whilst we were here. Otherwise, it was perfect. Entertainment was fun and suitable for all ages.

Great place for family holidays. Family of 4 people enjoyed vacation in August 2024. Food was fantastic, staff was very supportive and friendly. Walk to the beach takes only 5 mins. Hotel is vary kids and family friendly. They have ramps and lifts everywhere

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

Had a short break away, the Hotel is well located to the Beach and local night life. Hotel staff and rooms were excellent. We were on half board during our stay and restaurant is clean and spotless and the food is well presented and very tasty. Parking is available at a reasonable price. My sister and I are just coming to the end of a week at this lovely hotel. Plenty of different choices of food. Bar well staffed and pleasant. We were on the 2nd floor so lifts not an issue. Glass bathroom a bit odd but we quickly worked around it. Would definitely return. View from the Terrace is a real bonus.

Great hotel, big rooms and big balconies. Never have to wait long for a lift, there's four of them altogether. Food is fresh and nice. Drinks are fab. Local brands on AI but you can pay for the nice stuff, like Bombay sapphire. Cocktails are made in front of you, not pre made. It's a 10-15 min walk to strip and beach.

Our 3rd time to sandos. We love the location. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm but literally 10 minutes walk to the strip. The rooms are spacious and nicely equipped. The staff are always really friendly. We love the hotel and keep going back when we go to Benidorm.

Room was a bit old fashioned unlike the rooms we had stayed in twice before. Food and drink only average, all cheap local spirits, location is not bad if you are fit, plenty of sunbeds for everyone, The best part of the hotel are the staff who are excellent and will go out of there way to help you. Would not go back unless we got a really cheap price.

Please tell me a better hotel than the Riviera in Benidorm. Spotless and no kids. Staff from reception to restaurant were all 5* Food and ambience to our liking and superb entertainment onsite every night if you wanted. Give it a try even as a non resident, the sun terrace bar at the front is worth a visit.
