Hotel & Spa Ferrer Janeiro

Good experience overall. The entertainment is one of the best we’ve experienced and we visit quite a few. There is something for everyone. There is variety of food, the rooms are clean always and the bar staff and hardworking and friendly. The hotel is close proximity to the beach. There is also good transport links if you want to go to Palma or the Old Town. Truly nothing to fault. We had an amazing and relaxing experience and it was definitely good value for money. -Bianca

We enjoyed our holiday in this hotel, the staff were all very pleasant and the hotel was immaculate. Personally, we wouldn't return to Picafort because there wasn't enough to do with teenagers who would have liked more nightlife. We upgraded to All Inclusive when we arrived for 36 euros per adult per day & 18 euros per teenager, which was definitely worth it to have lunch & and drinks, although we still went out for our our evening meal because the food was repetitive.

This is an easy choice of a hotel for us, when it comes to Mallorca. A quiet resort, not too busy. The staff are very accommodating. Rooms are a very good standard, comfortable and clean. The entertainment programme is fun, varied, with the animation team offering great shows (and fitness classes). Mini club for little ones. There are several pools, from the shallow one for the youngest kids to a sport (heated) pool with lanes and a disabled access. The spa is included and is open 6 days a week, offering great value for money. The food is really good, catering for many tastes, we always find something for everyone in our party. The sea is only 1 min walk away. Local mini train is running past which takes you to the centre of Can Picafort where there are markets and shops, clubs and restaurants.

Recently returned from a 10 day All Inclusive stay at this hotel. Anyone looking at these reviews, about to go to this hotel, I am so jealous. I want to be back already. All staff are fantastic, from the reception team, cleaning staff, catering staff, bar/waiting staff (including Fiaesal (dodgy spelling ?) the manager) and the entertainment team, Larissa and Maria (who we talked to mainly). A special personal shout out to Abel, Pedro and Pepe from the bar. Everyone, could not do enough for you. Hotel room had great air con and we thought the food was lovely and good choices. Thank you to everyone for providing us a fantastic holiday.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ferrer Janeiro with my friend for a girls’ trip, and as a travel agent, I can honestly say this hotel exceeded expectations in every way. We opted for the All Inclusive Plus package, and it was absolutely worth it – from the variety and quality of food to the drinks and amenities, everything was top-notch. Farsal, who went above and beyond to recommend places for us to go to and was really helpful. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed – perfect for a stress-free getaway. I can confidently recommend Hotel Ferrer Janeiro to clients, friends, or anyone looking for a sunny escape with great service and a personal touch. Not a single complaint – we’ll definitely be back!

Currently in the hotel resort After a bit of an error on accommodation and not been in the actual hotel but in the apartment annex across the the street that are really nice however really unsuitable for my family for a number of reasons , the hotel staff and management worked with me to get me moved as quick as they possibly could not easy when u have a family of 8 however they managed to move me today into x3 rooms jet2 had some input however the hotel manger was absolutely great resolved my issue very quick , hotel is lovely not to noisy on a night ,food is more German food however no problem in finding something plenty of choice , overall great hotel

Brilliant hotel stay. Went as a triathlon group. The entertainment was fantastic especially Shakira and Augustine for games and karaoke! Spa and pool a brilliant way to relax and recoup from cycling miles. Food a great spread every time. Would reccomended :)

All the staff are super helpful and kind, even when my Spanish is... not the Best. The activities put on throughout the week were so entertaining especially the karaoke which got everyone dancing. The rooms are spotless and I really can't find anything to compalin about, the mini fridge in particular is a very useful addition. The Spa is perfect and the view in the morning is gorgeous
