Hotel & Spa Ferrer Janeiro

Absolutely fabulous time. Hotel was spotlesly clean. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. It is a little way from the main area but there are a few good bars and shops close. There is also a little train which comes by every 45 minutes and it is well worth a trip on this. The bus station is close and there are regular buses to Alcudia and other parts of the island. Food was excellent with huge choice and I defy anyone not to find something they like. Olympic swimming pool plus a good second pool. We will certainly remember our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel.

Comfy hotel. Nice bed and shower in room. Helpful smiley staff. Buffet food good, bread and fresh fruit and salad wonderful and huge choice.. Feel very chilled at half way through our stay on a gold package so all inclusive. Good value deal . Buffet hot food could be warmer .little else to grumble about . Beach nearly only short stroll. clean seafront to stroll along. Market on Thursdays on seafront . Gold deal get these wrist bands with a door key which were so much better than a key card for the door of your room amazing! Animation team really lovely and great linguists but the bingo and Karaoke nights were pretty poor sorry chaps you were much better being quiz providers! Bingo just dragged too slow put the numbers on a screen don't repeat in multiple languages!

We had a great week enjoying the hotel facilities on offer.The staff showed a great attitude towards us and were always ready to offer service with a smile.A special mention must go to Adrian working in the bar area who was constantly on the go serving people with a smile.Lola who worked in the dining area was very attentive also. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to the Ferrer Janeiro in the future.

This is by far the best all inclusive experience i ever had . Food is delicious, there is always a great choice to please everybody, and staff is incredible, so hard working and yet always smiling and friendly and happy to help. Worth mentioning Adrian, Elena, Faysal, Jenny, Jolly and Rosa. I will definitely return, my only regret is this might turn into a 5 star hotel pretty soon and i won't be able to afford it. Big thumbs up to the people behind the scenes who create such amazing dishes for us to enjoy.

We were here as a group for a triathlon training camp and had a really good time. The food was good, as well as the accomodations. But Shakira and the Animation team really put the cherry on top with their entertainment program, especially in the evenings. They did a really good job animating the guests into participating and having a great time. Overall the stay in the hotel was wonderful.

Shakira was amazing, we bonded so much over our love for the Netherlands, especially vlardingham, I’m sorry I spelt it wrong. The karaoke was amazing especially Augustine with his Spanish song. The masseuse was amazing she really got my aches and pains all rubbed out. Cycling in Mallorca was great and will definitely be recommending to everyone I know and especially staying at this hotel

Staff are very friendly, food is nice - different options every night! Quick service to take away your plates when finished especially Adrian. Spa is very nice too. Overall it’s a really nice place to stay and pool is nice. I recommend this place!!

Brilliant hotel stay. Went as a triathlon group. The entertainment was fantastic especially Shakira and Augustine for games and karaoke! Spa and pool a brilliant way to relax and recoup from cycling miles. Food a great spread every time. Would reccomended :)

All the staff are super helpful and kind, even when my Spanish is... not the Best. The activities put on throughout the week were so entertaining especially the karaoke which got everyone dancing. The rooms are spotless and I really can't find anything to compalin about, the mini fridge in particular is a very useful addition. The Spa is perfect and the view in the morning is gorgeous

We have just come back from a week's cycling holiday and highly recommend the hotel. The food is fabulous with so much choice to suit everybody's taste. The lane swimming really suited me too, usually had a lane to myself. We will definitely be back next year.
