Hotel Arena Suite

The hotel was lovely, beautiful modern, large rooms, daily cleaning. Brilliant pool area and activities, well stocked bar and lovely staff. Pool was slightly cold but it was April! The food was brilliant, each night a different theme, really fresh and tasty, even a cocktail to sample from that nights theme! Brilliant location for us and we could walk off our evening mean when heading into town but slightly too far for our grandparents. Only downside of the hotel was the evening bar, great if you’ve got kids but very loud and catered for children.

What a lovely hotel ,great staff especially Benjamin, Blonde girl think spell her name Neale superb . Rooms extremely comfortable and cleaned every day but we said no a few times wasn't needed maids work so hard and very friendly. The daytime entertainment with Emanaul brilliant and made everyone feel inclusive . The pool bar in the day was self serve for sift drinks wine and beer ! In between the all inclusive meals toasties, pizzas ( lovely and fresh). Fruit and croissant. Every night was a theme night but still a great choice of food with permanent show cooking. Entertainment especially Bruno Mars Tribute fabulous. Met some lovely couples . Some people have moaned about the closeness of beds well plenty of room to reposition. As for people meeting around the pool bar and allegedly being annoying no way was adults enjoying drinks and having a laugh. The music could be loud around the pool but just turn it down or move away! Can't recommend enough

Spent 10 days here and had a great time. Our pool view room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Towels changed every 2 days and sheets once weekly. Deposit and daily charge for the safe. We thought the variety of food was good for an all inclusive, there were always several hot dishes available, 2 or 3 things being cooked fresh and plenty of salad options. The pool bar serves snacks in between restaurant times. The pool area was cleaned every morning and there was always a sunbed available. Deposit for hotel towels or you can use your own. The pool bar was well stocked. Beer, wine, hot drinks and soft drinks were all self service which was great as didn't have to queue. Deposit for plastic cups or you can use your own. The animation staff were friendly and did their best to get people involved in games, the dart board and pool table have seen better days but we still enjoyed playing. Other guests were pleasant and the general atmosphere is relaxed. The evening bar area could do with a tidy up and coat of paint but we went into town most evenings anyway. The singer we saw was very good and they had a bingo night, a quiz night and magic show night. A short stroll down to the beach where there are several bars along the front heading around to the harbour. Small shopping centre and a few bars within a 10 minute walk. We walked into town and back several times 20/30 minutes or it was only €5 to €7 for a cab. Lovely town with plenty of shopping, bars and restaurants. On departure day there is luggage storage and a shower room available and you can use the pool and restaurant until your pick up time. Our only negative observation at the hotel was that the patio doors would rattle loudly, whether in the wind, when someone in the block opened or closed their own patio or room door or even when people walked down the corridor. Perhaps some sort of draught excluder could reduce this. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, the staff were all polite, efficient and helpful and we were very happy with the facilities and surroundings.

We went here for the half term break in Feb with all the family about 11 of us in total! We stayed in room 401 looking over the pool area. Rooms were spacious and clean!. And the rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels! Down side to the room was the beds were rock hard but that's my preference, I prefer a softer mattress. The food was good! Your typical all inclusive, but something for everyone with different themed nights. The kids loved the pizza . Beer and soft drinks on tap, self service which was great!! Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us very welcome and when we requested extra pillows on our first night, they arrived within 10 minutes. Location of the hotel was excellent. All flat and only a 20 min walk into the main town and beach. Our lil girl loved the 2 cats which ran about and slept in the reception area. Lol Overall we will definitely be back to this hotel. Made our family holiday a one to remember which we will alway look back on with fond memories

Everything about this hotel is superb. The staff, the food, the entertainment and the location were amazing. It was our first time on an all inclusive break and based on our experience here it will not be the last. Currently staying here for 1 week with hubby, nice hotel, clean. Lucky us allocated bungalow near the pool, great location and full sun till early evening. Snack bar nearby and restaurant, food good, breakfast best meal of the day in our opinion, but plenty of fresh food and options. Cappuccino’s very good. Staff friendly and accommodating. No negatives really, kettle wasn’t working, within 10 minutes of reporting it to reception, staff member knocked on the door with replacement. 20 minute walk down beach to main town, lots of bars, shops restaurants. All in all good value

You are greeted at reception with smiles and we've been lucky to have a room overlooking the pool. The food is good, microwave available if not hot enough for your taste, desserts are delicious. Warm and cold pool. Swimming not allowed before 10am, great that towels are not allowed on sunbeds before 10, some sneak on at 9am! Plenty of beds. Pool bar great and snack foods available. 3rd year here. Pool towels 10€ deposit and 1€ exchange for clean one during your stay. More suitable for adults, nothing for children except small pool. Gentle walk to beach and town. All inclusive includes soft drinks, hot drinks, beer and spirits.

Brilliant hotel. Very clean And well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Large walk in shower with pipping hot water. Kettle and tea/coffee in room. Small fridge and tv with some uk channels. Free WiFi which works well. Meals have been really good plenty variety every night with each night having its own theme. American, Chinese, Spanish and so on. Pool snacks ready and available and a different snack available every couple of hours. Plenty ice cream ice lollies are paid for in addition to all inclusive and all inclusive ends 2300hrs. Entertainment is pretty basic during day and not much better at night . Average age of guests when we visited early March must have been 60 years. Downside town is a good 30min walk away however there is a small shopping centre 10min walk away which has bars shops and a supermarket and chemist
