H10 Ocean Suites

Overall nice hotel. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Especially Alessandro at the reception. The breakfast have a great variety of food. The room we had, I know that there are different sizes, was very small for a 4 star, barely fitted their own furniture. In the toilet there was some paint flaking off the sealing and it wasn’t the cleanest. There was dust on the coffee machine and generally on the edges. Light switch, frame and so on. I would go back but definitely I would ask for one of the bigger rooms.

My 3rd trip to this hotel. As in previous trips, the staff is the hotel's most valuable asset. Friendly, approachable, infinitely helpful and when they remember you from previous visits, you feel valued. I was in room 604. The room itself was tired and in need of some care/attention. There was a wee pest control issue but that is not unexpected in a hot country. Housekeeping visited daily and swept and mopped the floors. They kept me well supplied with towels etc. The fridge in the room is a welcome bo us. Primarily because I need to store medication there and also for a constant supply of cold drinks! The public areas in the hotel were spotless and are very welcoming and comfortable. I hire a mobility scooter and this can be charged in the reception area. I also hire a chair for the shower and these aids ensure my independence for my trip. The hotel is located mere minutes from both the beach and the main road/ *****. Yet is set back sufficiently that you are not disturbed by noise. I was bed and breakfast on this trip and to my great shame, I only made it to breakfast once, favouring sleep! Breakfast is abundant in choice I'd defy anyone to come away dissatisfied. As with previous trips, there was a good and varied entertainment package with something for the kids earlier in the evening. The best testimony I can give to the hotel is that I have already booked my 4th stay for next year. Fuerteventura is a part of my heart, my 2nd home and H10 Ocean Suites is my home from home.

Lovely hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating.

I booked a normal double room but to my surprise I was upgraded to a suite!

We got welcome drinks on arrival and got to check in a little early too.

Breakfast buffet is nice, good variety of food which changes slightly each day. We even got cava some days.

Dinner was great too. The starters and desserts are buffet while main course you can choose from a menu. Also very good. Understandably the main course is not very large but still delicious.

For both buffets the food is continously replenished so there is no rush either. Restaurant staff are very nice as well.

We did not go to the pool much at all due to the close location to the sea. The pool was on the smaller side but is decent for a quick swim.

Location is good, just next to the main street and beach. The older town area is not too long of a walk away.

Overall, fantastic hotel that I would come back to again. It is perfect for those that want to relax but also have the option to explore Corralejo.

Pros: Great location in centre of town but up a quiet side street. Great walks all around the hotel for cloudy mornings, recommend to go up the Volcanes De Bayuyo opposite and do the walk to Playa del Mejillón (Popcorn Beach) if you like walking (about 7 mile round trip). Could relax around the quiet pool or have livelier time taking part in activities around the other pool. Plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner, food quality very good for 4 star hotel, fish especially nice Drinks are great quality and lots to choose from if AI - the mango daiquiri was my favourite. Service was very quick at all bars and we didn’t experience any issues with queues. Staff are amazing throughout the hotel, probably the friendliest and most attentive we have experienced across the Canary Islands hotels, and we have been to a lot. From the waiting staff in the restaurants, who are so efficient at clearing your tables, to the bar staff - special mention to José for his fab cocktails. Loved sitting on the terrace in the chill out bar each evening looking out over the gardens. Rooms were clean and tidy with plenty of room for the two of us and ample storage space. Nice balcony to sit out in the afternoon. The atmosphere of the hotel is very chilled and laid back, perfect for us as we prefer a quieter holiday. Cons: WiFi is hit and miss and drops continually; virtually non-existent in chill out bar. I used 12gb of my own mobile data over 2 weeks due to lack of WiFi so be prepared, luckily I have a good roaming data package. Housekeeping is completed at random times every day, sometimes it would be done while we at breakfast and other times they would turn up past 3pm in the afternoon when it wasn’t convenient, so we didn’t get clean towels every day. We also had to ask reception 3 times over 2 days for the sofa bed to be made up. Some maintenance work was ongoing right outside our room every day (renovation of Daisy Club) which reception seemed completely unaware of when we asked how long the generator would be going on for, as this was really noisy. We were told the generator was there for 1.5 days and that noise would stop after that so we said we wouldn’t look into moving as we had unpacked and were happy with all other aspects of room. The generator noise did stop but maintenance went on and one night they were there until 12am midnight resurfacing the play area (we had the hum of the mixer instead) but noise was very minimal. We thought that we should have been forewarned and maybe had apology for any inconvenience but nothing was said at all. The TV in the room could do with being updated to a Smart TV so you can stream, we don’t go on holiday to watch TV but we sometimes like an early night to recharge and chill in the room if on a 14 night holiday. You needed to be up quite early to get a sunbed with shade by quiet pool, usually all gone by 9am. The main problem though is people putting towels out early morning, disappearing and not using them unti

After reading some of the most recent reviews, I was a little worried about this place. I was very wrong. Amazing service ( for me that makes or breaks a visit ) and the team really couldn't do enough. The food was perfectly fine ( it was buffet style, not sure what some expect ) and the beer/cocktails were great value ( we went 1/2 board ). The rooms were of a great size, clean and very comfy with a lovely pool view. Bed was a little hard but straight away they bought up mattress toppers. The pool was lovely, kept clean and plenty of beds. The hotel itself is far enough away from. The centre but close enough to get there/the beach within 10 mins. Really can't fault and we will be back.

We recently stayed for a week at this beautiful hotel and it exceeded our expectations. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were offered a drink and made to feel welcome. We were celebrating our anniversary and they had kindly upgraded us to a pool view room as a kind gesture. On arrival they had left a bottle of cava, chocolates and a lovely note in our room. Everyone was so kind and always happy to help. The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Corralejo for you to venture out to explore the shops, bars and beaches. We would highly recommend the H10 Ocean Suites and we will definitely be returning very soon

We stayed in a beautiful Junior Suite overlooking the fabulous pool area. Everything about this hotel is first class. The staff could not have done any more to make the stay even more enjoyable. This includes housekeeping, reception and restaurant staff and anyone else who I have missed out. Everyone and I mean everyone with a happy smile and so attentive. It would be unfair to single out any members of staf as they are all a credit to this hotel. Food is amazing. A la carte evening meal is truly exceptional. An extensive menu which must contain something for everyone. Breakfast just as good with food replenished quickly. If planning to stay make sure you have your evening meals in the hotel. A wonderful dining experience. Would I stay again. Absolutely in a heartbeat. A huge thank you to everyone.

From late arrival (the only thing that could have been improved) to checking out everything has been fantastic. The complex is spotlessly clean, the staff are helpful and pleasant (a shout out to José in the Chill Out Bar - ever so helpful - as soon as he noticed I was making multiple trips to and from the bar to collect drinks (due to walking with a stick) he carried them over without being asked - and did that every time we drank there). He also made a mean cocktail as I dabbled in them for the first time. The food is all inclusive - if you want more choice don't go all inclusive - the chefs have to cater for lots of different tastes and, generally, make a good job of it (there was one lunch when the meat option was pork (chops, cutlets and loin) - ideally another choice should have been available that wasn't pork). The swimming pool was cold - but refreshing - and it was near the snack bar which was convenient if we didn't want to go to the restaurant for lunch. Huge choice of all inclusive drinks - I'm not a lager drinker but they had different lagers on draft and in bottles in every bar. Decent selection of house wines and soft drinks. The hotel is just a short walk to the main shopping street in Corralejo. The Tuesday market was disappointing (not the hotel's fault of course) - much smaller than when we were last here.
