Hotel Las Costas

Beautiful hotel right by the beach with amazing views. All the staff are really friendly and very helpful. Everywhere in the hotel is exceptionally clean and is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in and will be definitely booking again next year

Fabulous hotel. Less than a 10 minute taxi from the airport (€20) and a 5 minute taxi towards the old town (€5). Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily.. we had a sea view which was lovely to wake up to each morning. Breakfast had a great selection.. gets busy from 9.30 onwards. We also had lunch most days in the hotel too which had a great variety to chose from. Fabulous pool area with plenty of sun loungers.. staff were also very friendly & helpful.. cannot fault it. Direct access to the beach too!! Highly recommend to anyone planning on staying in Puerto del Carmen.

Alehandro our host could not have been more accommodating. Would definitely recommend. Rooms spotless and all necessary individual touches including bottle of wine and chocolates to greet the guests. Thanks again to a perfect host.

Great value for money. Good food, smaller hotel, the building is in a very good condition. Directly located next to the beach.

Best hotel food in the last ten years. Extraordinary salads. Good soups. Almost every day grilled beef like entrecote. Good grilled salmon. Nice personal and live cooking. Only the croissants didn't taste good.

No small boxes of ketchup or soap. Great for the environment. One thing to enhance: Through the water tap in the bathroom and also the shower head runs a lot of water. Water savers would be good.

We had a wonderful holiday at the beginning of January. Outside temperature 21°C - 24°C, pool temperature 25°C to 26°C, the sea 20°C.

Amazing staff, rooms, and location with great food too. My partner and I recently stayed at Hotel Las Costas and we had an exceptional time- excellent facilities and provision were complimented by a friendly and attentive staffing team that we will genuinely miss! Without wanting to spoil anything there were some pleasant surprises from the hotel too. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough and, although I don’t know much about it, I’m not sure what is required to take this hotel to five stars! Massive thanks to the hotel for making our holiday memorable for all the right reasons and hopefully see you again

Currently staying at Las Costas and have been very impressed. Cannot fault this place at all. Would say it's the best place I've stayed in Lanzarote and I've visited the island 7 times.
An added bonus having a heated pool, sauna and activities on offer.
All staff have been friendly amd efficient.

Spent 10days at las Costas , we went half board the food was very good best holiday my husband and I have had for a long time, the hotel was extremely clean and the gardens are well maintained. All the staff were very friendly especially Ellie our cleaner she is very hard working when asked for something it was never a problem for her to sort it out. We have change our holiday dates for next year with our companies, so we can come again as the hotel is closed in July for refurbishment so we have booked in August as we throughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Lovely hotel staff couldn’t do enough always clean and food and no race for sunbeds was great overall a fabulous time and a nice location if you want somewhere quiet but easy to access the bars etc.

Fantastic hotel! Very clean and the services are also brilliant!, Nancy the cleaner was very polite and always had a lovely smile on her face whenever we bumped into her :) the reception staff too were brilliant, always helpful and friendly! The breakfast had lots of choice and it was well presented :) the pool bar was very clean and the chicken sandwich was excellent also very fresh :) although the fish and chips could do with revising :) definitely enjoyed our stay here we would definitely come back :) the location for the beach and walk to town was brilliant :)
