Hotel Cap Negret

Just back from weeks holiday. First the good points and they are mainly good. As u walk in to hotel u are met with an amazing view of the sea. Staff were very good and had quick check in. Room was good with excellent shower and good balcony. The facility’s included gym and wellness centre both first class. The area looking out to sea is beautiful and spotless with bar and outdoor seating area. Breakfast is good but room for improvement the problem was always busy and I think it was down to the lack of coffee machines and also the time at toasters was crazy and everyone we spoke too had the same two points. Think if tea and coffee where served to your table be a huge difference to the clutter at breakfast time. Now my main complaint is the beer was not good always flat can’t understand why and was never served in correct glass, ended up drinking bottle beer in hotel and instead of sitting in hotel we spent most our time in Altea bars and restaurants where the same beers where excellent and cheaper. Hotel is approximately 10 minutes walk to Altea town which is a beautiful place. I will return to this hotel as overall impressed just those few things sorted would make this hotel so much better

I don't even no where to start other than this hotel is perfect.
And every part of our stay was 5 star.
The hotel it's self are gorgeous everything about it the entrance the surroundings, gorgeous water feature in the lobby.
We used the gym a few times and had everything you need.

Food was amazing, something different everyday, was always something to enjoy.

The pool was extremely clean and we're plenty of sunbeds throughout the day. The beach is just a few foot steps away from the pool area.

There were plenty of seating areas around the hotel.

Designated smoking areas which I loved for a none smoker.

The rooms were very spacious, plenty of space in the wardrobes to store your clothes etc. Beds were extremely comfy.
Altea is about a 10 -15 minute walk which we did everyday as myself anf husband like walking, you can even walk along the beach, just bare in mind it's very pebly and will require appropriate shoes.

All In all I would highly recommend this hotel. and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Visited in April first class beautiful hotel. Staff excellent loved it so much coming back in October. Highly recommend this hotel.

We’re currently staying at this hotel. It’s so beautiful. Clean. The staff are lovely.
It was my boyfriend’s birthday yesterday. We travelled to Benidorm which is only a 20 min drive in a taxi from the hotel. When we got back there was a cake and note in the room wishing my boyfriend a happy birthday. We were so surprised.
The location is amazing. The views from our room and the pool are stunning.
We’ve been on many holidays where we struggle to get a sun lounger but every day here we don’t have to rush to get one. There are even some free throughout the day.
Only 10 min walk to altea town, which is beautiful.
Very quick service at the bar. Every has very good English which we worry about coming on holiday to somewhere new.
We have the bed and breakfast package. Lots of variety. Not one complaint about it. Even Prosecco at the door!
The cleaners have left our room spotless every day!
Such a lovely relaxing place to stay. I would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely breathtaking. A little piece of heaven right there in Altea. The hotel fresh and clean. The staff - all of them rock stars. The entertainment great. And very close to the prominade and Old Town Altea. And if you don't want to walk then there is a free shuttle!

Staff were very friendly and helpful . A mini bus from the hotel goes into the old and new town and various times of the day .Not many children were there so it was quiet .Great selection of food for the breakfast buffet something everyone would like .Entertainment was good every night .The beach infront of it is rocky so bring rock shoes .Very clean hotel no rubbish anywhere and toilets left spotless .Overall very happy with my stay .

This is a fab hotel with the friendliest staff who really look after the guests and the quality and variety of the food is excellent. The only negative was the closing time of the bar as I was with a bridge group and some nights after bridge we could not get a drink which is v unusual when you are a resident. Overall I have no hesitation in recommending Cap Negret to all. Bernadette Tynne

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The room had all the facilities and more with added extras such as coffee machine, free use of safe, free WiFi, private terrace, every complimentary bathroom provision you could think of including razor, shave cream, 2 dental kits and more. Pool area stunning and lots of seating areas both in and out. Staff always on hand. Food surpassed by far that of other recent experiences. Our package also included wine and water at the table.
