Staff were very friendly and helpful . A mini bus from the hotel goes into the old and new town and various times of the day .Not many children were there so it was quiet .Great selection of food for the breakfast buffet something everyone would like .Entertainment was good every night .The beach infront of it is rocky so bring rock shoes .Very clean hotel no rubbish anywhere and toilets left spotless .Overall very happy with my stay .

This is a fab hotel with the friendliest staff who really look after the guests and the quality and variety of the food is excellent. The only negative was the closing time of the bar as I was with a bridge group and some nights after bridge we could not get a drink which is v unusual when you are a resident. Overall I have no hesitation in recommending Cap Negret to all. Bernadette Tynne

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The room had all the facilities and more with added extras such as coffee machine, free use of safe, free WiFi, private terrace, every complimentary bathroom provision you could think of including razor, shave cream, 2 dental kits and more. Pool area stunning and lots of seating areas both in and out. Staff always on hand. Food surpassed by far that of other recent experiences. Our package also included wine and water at the table.

I came for a few days to do sone cycling and enjoy the rest of the day. Great rooms, the buffet is great, good variation and quality ingredients. Have garage for bikes fully equipped. My flight was late in the evening so they provided courtesy shower and access to pool. Great service

Great hotel for a cycling trip! Buffet was great and varied. There is enough variety for fuelling even in the mornings. Staff is so nice and helpful, we had lots of fun at the pool and the setup is perfect. Bike storage and amenities are great! 10/10

Only down is we had no AC in the room (I assume they only start it in summer but we still had some warmer days) and there is no water fountains for bottle refills.

Loved this hotel. Right on the sea front and a 15 minute walk into old Altea town. Rooms are stylish, food good, some entertainment in the afternoon and evening. Great area for cycling. Lots of sport and cycle teams stay here.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. From reception to maintenance the Service was very good indeed. The food served buffet style was hot , varied, and good quality. We were there for only 3 days, It was far to short. We will stay longer next time.

Stayed with my cycle team for a week
Absolutely brilliant hotel with great facilities, and lovely staff. Great buffet too. Really impressed with the facilities and we were able to take a shower in the courtesy room after our room on the last day. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff. 5 stars for them!!!! They were all incredible. The morning buffet was fine. Reason for less stars is only because the dinner buffet was really bad. For some reason everything had a bad taste or no taste as if it was all boiled. We were really looking forward to it on our trip from Valencia since Spain has such good food. Otherwise just skip the dinner buffet and very nice Hotel too book!

We stayed here for my birthday in November the experience from start to finish was amazing.the hotel is beautiful, the staff were brilliant. They even put a slice of cake in my room on my birthday. I would definitely be going back here in the future 🙂🙂🙂
