Reviews
The rooms are super, enough space and a little terase. All places were clean so far. The food for such a big hotel was also fine and you could always find something you like. There are two pool areas and they are absolutely fine.
The stuff was not really friendly especially at the main reception. The wifi you have to renew every four hours which is a bit annoying and quite often it is not working properly (it is annoying when you need to work a little). The app was not working properly as well. We could not properly book the restaurants and the spa.
The Kidsclub was super cool and they took good care. In general the team of the animation was ok but did not convince completely.
Cleaning the room was just superficial which is not okay if you stay a whole week and 2 days they forgot our room completely. But the women who were cleaning the rooms were super super friendly and polite. Especially in comparison to the rest of the stuff.
Our daughter loved the vacation and for us it was okay. Most probably we would not repeat it as for me the service is one of the most important points for creating a holiday mood.
Question: what is happening with all the food the guests are not eating? Is it thrown away or can you somehow reuse it afterwards for the zoo etc. This was quite shocking how the guests were overfeeding and just eating the half of the plates.
Thanks, Dankeschön
The zoo we loved and went about 5 times.
The pools were fab very cold but once your in your fine and im a baby with cold water.
All the staff were lovely and polite, they were all constantly cleaning even washed down the floors outside, the food was lovely and a massive selection of food.
The lodges were really clean but only downside was the walls were mega thin and the people next door was having a massive argument and then the next night they had hangover and heard them being sick and really upset my daughter but the next lot were really quite.
overall Fantastic holiday
We had a Polynesian lodge for 5 and all inclusive.
Overall we were pleased with our holiday and would go back.
The lodge we were in was nice but quite tight for 5. They were cleaned to a decent standard daily and drinks refilled as part of all inclusive.
Our lodge was close to the main square and pool but many are up steep hills.
Throughout our stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were comfortable engaging with us in English.
There are two pool areas on site with their own bars. The water is extremely cold though and probably did reduce our enjoyment of the pools.
The food was plentiful and had plenty of options with set times periods for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The zoo was literally next door to the resort and is a great feature and was a regular visit for us. The water park, you had to either walk through the zoo or get a shuttle bus - it had a huge assortment of slides and features which were great (but the water was also very cold)
There was night entertainment on most nights from 9pm which was usually some sort of dance/ music performance.
There are regular coaches to Benidorm which are easy to get on to.
WiFi was terrible. You had to get codes from reception which lasted 4 hours and then barely worked.
Information wise, it wasn't fully clear what was going on, so I'd definitely recommend asking questions at reception.
There is an app/ website that you can use to find things out and book things which is easy to use.
