Amazing place this was our second time there and it was much better than the first. Simply because we knew our way around, (welcomingbis quite vague its more a case of find your own way) we knew to book Bali for better location. We knew to book restaurants in advance and what times suited us. We were able to use the app more this year and it was more updated. We didnt have any rain this holiday which was amazing because it is a bit poor here when it rains. Buffet is fab all food is labelled and they accommodate allergies Bar and cocktails fab they even had gluten free beer Restaurants fab...nice change from the buffet and again accommodated for sin gluten Delivery pizza great if you can't be bothered to get ready also sin gluten option which I'm told was lovely Entertainment staff fab Poolside Entertainment and facepainting Magic carpet Games Foam party Evening entertainment i would say hit or miss to be honest, but nice relaxing area where kids can play and dance while adults chill 🍹I would say for half hour/hour just put music on and let the kids dance on stage they had this one night and the kids absolutely loved it...I think maybe the entertainment cancelled but it was much better than some of the singing acts that have this slot. Water park and zoo facilities fab we made so much use of those. Ice cream car fab Games room fab Cleaning staff fab Cup system a little annoying...just bring your own For a family with young kids there is just very little to fault at this resort.

Currently Here – Last Night, No Sleep – Think Twice Before Booking I'm writing this on my last night at the hotel, lying awake because of the noisy guests around us. If you haven't booked yet, please read the most recent reviews carefully — and reconsider. If you’ve already booked, try to change your reservation, or at the very least, upgrade to the Premium and Ultra AI level. Standard rooms and service just don’t cut it here. The Good Water Park – Fantastic, although it’s a 15-minute walk away. That may not sound bad, but in this heat, it’s a real challenge, especially with kids. The Zoo – A nice bonus and surprisingly well done. Food Quality – Genuinely good. One of the few highlights of the stay. Drinks – Decent selection and availability. Games Room – Great for kids and a good way to escape the heat. Children’s Activities – Foam parties, entertainment, etc. – really well done and the kids loved them. The Bad The Hill – The hotel is built on a steep hill, making everything feel like a workout. The train (which is supposed to help guests get around) was out of action all week. Popping back to the room? Not an option. It makes relaxing feel like hard work. Bar Staff – just completely uninterested. Getting a drink or even simple service felt like an inconvenience to them. Room Cleaning – Our room wasn’t cleaned for the entire week until I complained to reception on the second-to-last day. Paper-Thin Walls – If you value your sleep, this is a major issue. You’ll hear everything from the rooms around you. Pools – Far too small for the number of guests. Always crowded and noisy. Rooms – Old, small, and very dated. Nothing like the photos. Dining & Entertainment Areas – More like a 2-star budget hotel. Very disappointing and not well-maintained. Plastic Cup System – Constantly swapping plastic cups is frustrating and not very hygienic. Reception – Incredibly frustrating. I tried to upgrade before our stay — was told to do it upon arrival, then was told there was no availability. Long queues, unhelpful staff, and a “text service” that’s completely ineffective. Overall: Disappointing. There are a few good things, especially for kids, but the basic experience – the accommodation, the service, the layout – just isn’t good enough. I wouldn’t come back, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re going for the premium experience and don’t mind putting up with a lot of hassle to get a few highlights.

Rude bar attendants, lazy life guards and were also very rude, fan in room leaked and nothing was done when asked, food bad, pool hygiene not great, water park good, zoo good, unorganised bus service into Benidorm.

What a holiday this was. First time staying here and would happily stay again just because of the staff alone. The animation team themselves went above and beyond for our son to experience his first live gig. We went for a holiday and our boy got on stage to dj, and with help from the entertainment team they smashed it out the park. They went above and beyond to make sure it went off without a hitch. The resort itself was lovely, plenty to do, food went down well with loads to pick from every night. Different entertainment every night and loads of laughs. Foam parties, water bingo, friendly staff everywhere. Can't wait to go back.

The hotel is a shambles, Check in was an absolute nightmare and nobody knows what they’re doing, the rudest staff on the planet in all aspects apart from 1 of the male pool attendants/ cleaners and the entertainment staff. Food was below par and restaurants were always mobbed, undercooked sausages at breakfast and the place is filthy. The lodges were also filthy and I had to complain several times to even have the floors cleaned but they never seemed to actually clean them. The pool areas are small and I had a pretty horrific experience when trying to fix a parasol for my baby (10months old) and was screamed at by staff out of nowhere and still don’t understand why when 30mins later same member of staff moved and actually put up the umbrella for others. The Astro turf under the beds by the pool absolutely stinks of cat urine. But there are plenty beds available. There is an onsite water park it is very busy and the ‘free’ beds for hotel guests are broken or in sad state, and there are very few and far between so lack the options and unless you want to pay an extra €8 then it is a nightmare. There is also limited shade in the waterpark which is ok for those without children but it’s difficult when taking along children and need some shade. The entertainment was good, and the entertainment staff are very good and helpful (the only saying grace). The air con has also given myself and several others hoarse throats and sinus problems. If they can’t mop the floors then I doubt the air con filters have been cleaned ever. Booked the medieval show at Robin Hood (10min taxi ride from this hotel) Hotel offer their own transport for a few euro so I thought perfect when it’s just me and 3 children then I could do that, But they don’t say it’s a 1.5hour bus journey picking up at 5 different hotels there and back!! So definitely do not book their version of transport unless you want to be on the bus longer than All in all I would never stay here again and would never recommend. It’s a 2* hotel with a zoo and water park, a ridiculous price to stay in such a shambolic establishment and when you spend so much money on a holiday it should be amazing!! Honestly not worth the hype and I’m really disappointed with having spent so much money to go and be let down. I’ve contacted jet2 my travel provider for my various complaints throughout the trip and raised many of these issues as there is so much false advertising and it horrifically disappointed that I booked this place. We will never be back and definitely don’t recommend. Pictures of sausages and a baby wipe from the floor after it was supposed to be cleaned.

Rude, dismissive staff. I emailed ahead to get a cot for our 6 month old baby, then I asked when we checked in. No cot, so I messaged on the park app. Still no cot. I went to speak to reception, and they said they would send a cot to the room - this was 8pm so past babies bedtime. At 8.45, still not cot, and when I asked reception I was 'shooshed' by the receptionist, before the supervisor Theresa came and was equally dismissive. She might be the rudest person I have ever met, and not suited for a customer facing role. Avoid!

Busy Family Resort. Tahiti Lodges are clean, with everything needed. Aircon x 2. Nepresso, kettle and fridge (stocked for arrival) Food, very busy in restaurant 3. But plenty of choice for breakfast lunch and dinner. Few flies but nothing like mention in prior reviews. Pools are small but clean and no issue getting lounger for the biggest one. Smaller pools like infinity pool not for small children, no lounger to watch them. Bar at pool great, but always small que. Zoo visit was brief but was plenty to see. Water park made this holiday. It was brilliant, we ended up going 3 of the 6 available days. Also can you get food and drink in bar upstairs part of all inclusive l. The resort is big, the downfall of this holiday was lack of internal transport. Only for signs, we were not made aware wasnt running. Heat and hills not a great combo. But worked off the extra calories. Staff all very helpful and pleasant. It's very remote, up a hill so no shops closer than 1.8mile. (ALDI) Great week spend here. Would recommend.

We’ve just returned from a week here. Overall it was pretty good if you can accept that it is not a 4 star experience. The buffets are a nightmare if you’re not in the premium area as it’s horrifically busy, kids screaming, running round and touching a the food etc. we had to go in there once or twice as we found some of the pate/salami etc fresher in the main buffet as it’s obviously busier. It’s not a nice experience in there though due to it feeling so cramped and so noisy. The food is ok in the buffet but the Italian restaurant was really good as was the exotic meats. Service is generally polite and friendly particularly at reception and in the eating areas. Some but not all of the bar staff are rude and make you feel like an inconvenience, some are lovely and friendly. Big bonus at this resort is you can ask for bottles of wine/cava to take back to your lodge!! The lodge’s were great, the aircon worked a treat even in the 38 degree heat outside. We found them to be clean and comfortable with towels changed daily, shower was powerful too. The main advantage for this resort is the water park and zoo, both were excellent. Lots of lifeguards on duty keeping everything running well and safely. The pools at the hotel itself were nice areas and had pools overlooking the elephants! No problems getting a sunbed either.

We spend 8 days there as a family and in total we had a great time. The place is truly made for families and has a lot of activities for kids. The zoo and the water park are really great. And the big playground in the zoo is a huge plus.
The rooms are super, enough space and a little terase. All places were clean so far. The food for such a big hotel was also fine and you could always find something you like. There are two pool areas and they are absolutely fine.

The stuff was not really friendly especially at the main reception. The wifi you have to renew every four hours which is a bit annoying and quite often it is not working properly (it is annoying when you need to work a little). The app was not working properly as well. We could not properly book the restaurants and the spa.

The Kidsclub was super cool and they took good care. In general the team of the animation was ok but did not convince completely.

Cleaning the room was just superficial which is not okay if you stay a whole week and 2 days they forgot our room completely. But the women who were cleaning the rooms were super super friendly and polite. Especially in comparison to the rest of the stuff.

Our daughter loved the vacation and for us it was okay. Most probably we would not repeat it as for me the service is one of the most important points for creating a holiday mood.

Question: what is happening with all the food the guests are not eating? Is it thrown away or can you somehow reuse it afterwards for the zoo etc. This was quite shocking how the guests were overfeeding and just eating the half of the plates.

Thanks, Dankeschön

came hear for a week all 11 of us the place is fantastic.
The zoo we loved and went about 5 times.
The pools were fab very cold but once your in your fine and im a baby with cold water.
All the staff were lovely and polite, they were all constantly cleaning even washed down the floors outside, the food was lovely and a massive selection of food.
The lodges were really clean but only downside was the walls were mega thin and the people next door was having a massive argument and then the next night they had hangover and heard them being sick and really upset my daughter but the next lot were really quite.
overall Fantastic holiday
