Location: Benidorm, 60 km from the airport of Alicante, close to Benidorm Palace and a bus stop.
Consists of four 2-3-storey buildings.
The hotel has 194 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 1500 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses–for a fee. Beach towels - for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade.

This hotel is on the outskirts of the town, a 20min walk in. The hotel is a nice place to be. The surroundings are very well planted and green. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities to use, the main one being the pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'm sure we'll be coming here again.

Lovely hotel, rooms were large and clean, beds were comfortable with nice pillows and bedding, terrace was large, lovely bathroom with hot walk in shower, beautiful pool area spotlessly clean, nice children's play area and shallow pool, inside heated pool, food was well cooked and good quality, staff were all pleasant.

We have literally just checked out (myself, my wife and my 5 year old daughter) and are already gutted! We have had the most amazing 8 days.
I’d firstly like to thank the amazing catering staff, every day, we have had the most delicious food, with so many options available.
My wife’s favourite meal was a freshly cooked steak with a beautiful salsa Verde along side a great selection of gorgeous salad, finished off with a sweet red velvet cake.
Ava’s, (our daughter) favourite meal was was the excitingly cooked In front of you prawns, sizzled on the plancha and sprinkled with salt, with pasta and chips of course!
My favourite meal was pork kebabs, I’m a complete carnivore so had a huge plateful!
A few honourable mentions - talipia fish, pork fillets, duck breast, roast lamb.
The he entertainment was really good, kept all the children smiling and having fun.
The cleaners did a great job too.
Would certainly come back! In fact, if anyone can kindly pay for us to stay one more week so we don’t have to go home today we would gladly and kindly appreciate it!

We have just stayed here for a week and it was such an amazing stay!
Food was great, I'm not quite sure what the other reviews about food were on about, there was always something we could eat.
Room was nice and spacious with a balcony, pull out sofa bed for the kids wasn't the comfiest. Hotel was very clean, only thing I didn't like is the shower towels being put in the bidet, not very hygienic.
Always sun beds, the hotel doesn't open the pool doors until 10 which prevents people reserving which is great!
Staff mainly all friendly minus a few bar staff which I feel shouldn't be working in a hotel if they don't want to deal with people.
Animation team were good, my son did get upset as he couldn't understand what they were saying sometimes.
Mini disco for the kids was so good!
Overall I highly recommend this hotel and would come back!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The buffet style food was terrible. I’m vegetarian and was looking forward to a variety of well cooked veg and selection of sauces and salads but what little was there was not good. I lost weight while staying there as I couldn’t eat much and had to fill up on crisps. Coffee was help yourself from a vending machine (free) and n horrible. I doubt they have a chef. Only access to water was at breakfast. Some of the staff could be unhelpful. Ignoring me. Preferring to talk to a child on occasion who wasn’t remotely interested. It was annoying. Top pool closed early to suit staff.

We really enjoyed! We will definitely be back! Our goal was for our 3 and 1 year old to have fun and we certainly achieved that and so did we. Very good facilities and unbeatable staff. The only thing that will change is the opening hours of the playground as being near the pool they also close it at 8. If there was a separation the kids might be able to enjoy the slides a little later. Otherwise everything is perfect. Highly recommended

Good for families with children. Good swimming pools, entertainment and close to many parks like Terra Mítica. Time well spent, I recommend it. Wifi and parking is paid.

Lovely clean rooms meals are great with a huge selection 4 pools and a roof pool and bar very friendly and shops and restaurants near by 10 minute walk to beach
