Really nice stay. Rated 4* locally. Very clean and tidy. Very helpful staff. English spoken.
Room with good Aircon. No kettle or tea and coffee making kit. But room did have a fridge which was very handy. Bath in shower which was nice for a soak after a hot day.
No restaurant but nice buffet breakfast. Loads of restaurants in El Campello.
Good location, just a few minutes walk from beach and main shopping area.

Beautiful just quiet place .The beach is close and clean.Lots of restaurants around.No much to do here.Small fishing village.

Maybe harsh to do a review. Only stopped for a drink with friends who were staying there. Very dark bar. Apparently toilets worse! Asked for non alcoholic beer and was given ordinary beer. Both the beers served were way out of date! One expired a year ago! To be honest a strange location though convenient for sea front. Wouldn't be rushing back!

Good hotel for one or two days, not the most comfortable beds. Positive is that it is very close to the beach and Tram station within a small walk.
I recommend to skip the breakfast and have it somewhere else outside in a nice bar.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The price & location were ideal.
The hotel is easy to get to and there is a parking facility for a small cost.
The hotel staff were welcoming and check in was easy.
The room itself was spacious and clean,although I was disappointed that it didn't have tea/coffee making facilities.
The mini bar was empty but the fridge was useful to keep our water cold.
The beds were comfortable but we would have appreciated some extra pillows.
There was a view of the sea although it was mostly obscured by buildings.
Breakfast was a cold buffet style that was fresh & plentiful.
The hotel is well located for the sea front and also the many restaurants and bars.
We have no complaints and had a pleasant stay. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay in El Campello. We did not use the swimming pool but it looked clean.

Just arrived back from La Familia ,Gallo ,Rojo. Covid aside we were very disappointed to find most of the advertised facilities were not available at the hotel ( We were not informed of this before we travelled ) . We had only booked room only, the room was nice with good views and was clean and with comfortable beds . The pool and shower was in need of serious maintenance ie tiles coming off the pool bottom, painted over tiles in shower and rusted shower controls .
Also due to the failure of the lighting for the gated access to the pool/ garage area both my wife and myself had a fall down the 3 steps ( A nice young lady who worked there got them put on the lights the following night) however we had to report the lights out a few days later .
So we will not be booking a return to this hotel .
We love Ell Campello itself and have been many times.

The breakfast as for 4star hotel is more than basic, a bit shocked and disappointed, its actually max 2 star. Also TV in the room is very small (I think just 17inch) and old as well, the staff average, not much friendly. As for me this is not definitely 4star hotel, max 2star.

Excellent hotel. Lovely staff... couldn't have done more to help. Very nice experience. Nice pool too. Very close to the beach. Approximately a 1minute walk. Lovely area very close to town centre on tram (15mins) plus 3 mins to tram station from hotel. Variety of shops close by including mercadona which is like Tescos. Also hotel has a gym downstairs. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Lovely location just a short walk to the beach and around 10 minutes walk to the tram station with direct lines to Benidorm and Alicante. Small fridge in room was a plus.
