What a great little hotel this is. Fantastic location in the middle of the Old Town, surrounded by bars and restaurants, a two minute walk to Tapas Alley and only a short stroll to both beaches and the 'Mirador del castell - balcó de la mediterrània'. Jaime on reception is fantastic. He gave us such a warm welcome and great advice and tips. All the other staff we met were also extremely friendly. The rooms as very comfortable and include a safe and mini fridge that contains water and some soft drinks on arrival, all free of charge. As well as TVs in the rooms, there is also a communal TV lounge. Breakfast is continental, with plenty of choice including some great pastries. We also really enjoyed looking at all the old photos of Benidorm hanging in the corridors that I believe were taken by the owner. Such a great find and will be our first choice on any future trips.

Stayed from 24/12 - 31/12, Lovely little hotel, stayed in room 104 with a super king size bed was soooo comfy! Little fridge with complimentary water and soft drinks in room is a nice touch. Lovely little breakfast area on 2 floors with coffee, teas, hot milk and juice. The pastries were the best I have had in a hotel, plus any left got put on a tray nr the drinks station on floor 1. Jaime the hotel manager was really friendly and came to speak daily.
As we were on floor one there was a little noise from outside due to being over bars and restaurants but it was nothing to bad, we have had the same everywhere we have stayed in the old town. Stored our luggage until we were ready to go, all we had to do was buzz and someone was there to let us collect it within a minute, great service Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

The staff are really welcoming and helpful.
Rooms and all areas are very clean to a high standard..
The beds are very comfortable.
Breakfast is continental style.

I've been in 5 star hotels, and they're not even close to this little hotel in benidorm. nice staff, truly professional, real care for the guests. great room (we took the #500), clean and comfortable. strategic location (in the center of the city) with all the shops and service nearby. beach 2 minutes away from the hotel. i can't expect more, and I can't wait to came back.

just the best hotel in old town benidorm, great location just of the main shops a hidden gem in every was, very friendly staff with a fantastic decor, very clean and well kept, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants, look forward to going again well worth the money lovely family hotel.

Excellent little boutique hotel in the old town. Staff very friendly, rooms immaculately clean and lashings of hot water from a powerful shower. Free continental breakfast, with a good choice of food. Would recommend thus place for a venue to explore.
