Rambla Alicante Contactless in Alicante

No staff. Room basic, but clean. Hard mattress. TV very big, but no channels, unless you subscribe. Mini bar with expensive drinks. Quiet. Shower gel, but nothing else.

I recently stayed at Hotel Rambla in Alicante and had a mixed experience. While the room was clean and equipped with basic amenities like a couple of bottles of water, a hairdryer, and everything else needed for a short stay, there were a few disappointments. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, and slippers were not provided, which would have been a nice touch.

On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The access to the hotel was convenient, and I appreciated the timely notifications through email and messenger, which made check-in and communication smooth.

Overall, it’s a convenient option for a short stay, but some improvements in amenities would make the experience much better.

Room was spacious,location was perfect,absence of staff & poor cleanliness.There was fungus in on the walls & corners of bath room.We made complaint but there is no one at reception, they work remotely on whatsapp. Next day they responded but did nothing.
