Great hotel with an ideal swimming pool for kids.
Very beautiful hotel. However, they advertised sound proof rooms, but they aren't. The dinner in the gastronomía was okay. It looked very good but the flavour was average. Not bad but nothing to write home about. The live jazz was very good. We enjoyed the sauna and hydro massage in the spa, but the jacuzzi was cold and the jets were very soft. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. ...
It was recommended by friends and they were right! Although my friends profile is quite different, because they go to play golf, it is also a good place to go with kids because of the different activities you may find everyday: aqua gym, waterpolo, spa. It's a quiet place, and everyone (customers and staff) was very polite. The bed was comfortable. I have a back injury and a good mattress is essential...
I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my fiance. It is set in a lovely area, the pool is large and very nice with plenty of space for sun loungers. Another thing that striked me about the hotel was that the clientele ranged from families, couples, to groups of friends and it felt like we were all in the right place so you can go here for any type of trip. It's not too far from the airport...

Very quiet neighborhood. Room are a little outdated but for the price they are ok. Friendly staff. For the beach you need to go way down the steps, for that one star less.
Stayed just one night to meet my friends staying in resort. Great room with sea view. Deep bath to relax in after long drive. Comfy bed air con in room. Only 5 mins walk to the beach and scores of restaurants.
Somethings wrong , which is why i have to do my own review. We must have stayed in a different hotel. Firstly the staff from house keepers to the lovely lady who greeted us at Breakfast were so polite and helpful. As for the reception staff nothing to much trouble , no one behind the bar il be straight there to serve you sir. Our last day had problems with transfer. lad on reception took my phone because...
Friendly, accommodating staff. I was only staying for a night between destinations and they were very kind to let me check in early, store my luggage in the morning, and use facilities. Had everything I needed, clean room, pool, great location.
Beautiful just quiet place .The beach is close and clean.Lots of restaurants around. No much to do here.Small fishing village.
It’s good location around it the several shops

Felt comfortable there. Bath is a plus. Rooms are quite pleasant . Breakfast buffet is fine to me too, bit untidy. Beach the other side of the road. Trams 5 minutes away up the road. Tourist information just there down the road. Beautiful local mountain footpath ( badly signed ).Quiet area. Would come back again the same place.
Very good for what we paid. Nice clean rooms. Reception and staff couldn't be more helpful. Only criticisms, needs more choices for breakfast and the pool area needs refurbishing, other than that, very pleased. D.B, Wolverhampton
I stayed in this hotel in room 310 on the dates :10/12/15 - 14/12/15. Polite staff and though slightly basic and a little worn, seemed too have all my needs covered, beds were made every day. I didn't use the pool so can't comment. Overall a pleasant stay in a great location. May even stay for months at a time while I'm travelling.
Never ever in room 307. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever sleep on. The room is little like a cage and dark. The pool area is a joke. The entire hotel need updating. Breakfast was very simple and the restaurant don´t work in the evenings except in the weekends. In general it´s okay for the price. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Top service, top staff … I recommend this place
Hotel is average OK for 3 star. Food well overpriced, buffet breakfast at just under 20eur rip off!! Won't be returning much better hotels with proper cooked breakfasts.!!!!
We stayed there for the second time since the staff, location and food are amazing. We had a baby with us and therefore asked several times to have our dinner on our balcony instead in the restaurant. They fulfilled all our wishes and have been so kind and patient with us. The food is delicious and the location a dream. We cant wait to return to this very warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Lovely staff, best cocktails and food in el campello. Room basic but clean. Beds uncomfortable but you get more than what you pay for. Fantastic location. Would definitely come back
Service was excellent. Staff were brilliant. The rooms were excellent apart from the beds it was like sleeping on concrete. Each morning I woke up with a bad back which persisted throughout the day. I’m afraid we won’t be coming back. A holiday is meant to be relaxing I certainly did’nt get that.
Fab hotel practically on the beach. Was able to fall asleep listening to the waves. The bed was huge and comfy. The road outside my balcony was a carfree zone so was very peaceful. Loads of places to dine along the seafront. Perfect for a semi quiet getaway

I don't give all the stars because of the window that was inside the shower that never quite fit me... but in terms of location and space, in terms of price, everything is fine.
It is a very quiet area, close to the beach, and the apartment is very well decorated in addition to the beds that are very comfortable, that's why I give them 3 stars. As you hit, I have several. First, they relocated us from the room we had because, supposedly, there was overbooking and they gave us a better room (ground floor, with a huge terrace, and separate entrance to the other floors), but...
Excellent all a spectacular view and close to the beach I loved it I would return without a doubt
Normal apartment, it does not have a terrace, you have to go up to the roof which is very quiet at night and first thing in the morning. Perfect place to rest, very quiet area with its small pool and the beach of Las Maravillas a five minute walk or less, no problem for the first line at any time. Restaurant area and promenade next door. If you go with children perfect place.

Amazing hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday. Although not much shops nearby.
Many reviews said the Almerante could be a 4 star and having now stayed there I agree. It is modern, well maintained and very clean. Staff were all polite and helpful. Breakfast items were all good quality though the choice is not as wide as I have experienced elsewhere. Still it was more than adequate. The pool was nice as well, no problem with sunbeds. It is a quiet hotel, which for us was fine...
Good hotel, near beach and tram into the city. Hotel restaurant was overpriced for the quality of the food.
Excellent place to stay. Breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff are “top shelf”. The only issue is the water in the rooms. When you have a shower, the water turns from warm to scalding hot to the point it can cause injury. Would not recommend children or elderly as this could cause a serious burn if children are left unattended attended in the shower
Excellent place to stay, feels like a 4-star hotel rather than a 3-star. Their hospitality is amazing.

We spent 5 nights at Hotel Alicante Golf and had an amazing time. The staff were so friendly, always available to help and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is very good. There are various small shops around. The beach is just over 100 meters away. The facilities are old. Everything else is OK.
Clean and comfortable.  Close to beach.  Need to get the tram into centre of Alicante.
Great first solo trip away. Hotel very clean and comfy Would highly recommend
The staff is professional, helpful and speaks English well. Rooms clean, well stocked. Cleaned daily and the cleaning ladies very nice not imposing. I highly recommend this hotel.
Very nice hotel close to the beach. The rooms are big, the beds comfortable, great shower. Great breakfast and nice staff. I would have given 5* when they put some paintings on the wall and more moody lights instead of the very white walls and lights.
Needs an updated, the beds were not very comfortable and moves alot. The air conditioning system in our room wasn't functioning so we were move to a different room. The channels and entertainment on the TV was only in Spanish. Aside that, it had a lovely swimming pool. Kudos to the handyman he keeps the area tidy and clean. Finally, its in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach.

I stayed at Port Alicante City & Beach for a week with my family and we really enjoyed it. The hotel was very clean, the staff were always friendly, and the location is perfect, just a short walk to one of the best beaches. It made our stay easy and relaxing. We’d definitely come back again.
Lovely hotel. Some mix up with rooms when we arrived but got sorted quickly. No issues with food whatever good choices. Only negative was that the bar on the roof top doesnt open until 12.30pm but everything else was great, friendly staff and very clean.
We stayed at the Hotel Port Alicante City & Beach for four days over the summer. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. The family room was spacious and clean. After a long search for a suitable hotel for our first visit to Alicante, we found this hotel. It's a beautiful hotel with many rooms, two swimming pools, one on the rooftop, and a children's pool. Great stay, enjoyed the beach. Overall good. Thank you!
When traveling by car, the first thing to consider is parking and convenient access to anywhere. This hotel is OK
The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Alicante Airport. There is a bus line 23 to the city 20 meters away. The breakfast is buffet style and the taste is average. There is a KFC nearby that has not yet opened. There are no commercial areas or restaurants around.
Very clean hotel and friendly service, breakfast was a buffet, and lunch and dinner were served from the menu
The hotel is quite good in general, services, cleanliness. Etc.. But when you are assigned a room that faces the street, it is impossible to sleep, it is on an avenue that has a lot of vehicle traffic. You pay for lying down unable to sleep.
It was very correct, the service and location were quite good. Everything under the norm

Get to see the sunrise at breakfast which is a novelty. The rooms are good, provided you get a sea view, although floors 2-3 are more desirable as there is a garage infront at ground floor level.
Not bad~ but if you eat in the room and don't clean up the garbage, there will be ants
The food tastes really nice and to a very good price. The staffs were so kind, helpful and very quick to make the food. Here we want to highlight Jimmy, Kelvin Monica and for being ekstra kind to us. Overall the hotel was clean, clam and very smiling and sweet staffs. I recommend Albahia Hotel.
The location is very close to a really nice beach. The view from the room isn't great but the food here is brilliant. The staff are lovely, especially the restaurant staff - Monica, Laura, James, Selin, Aleja and of course the chef Naty. My Spanish isn't great but the staff were super helpful and kind. Also the reception staff - Monica, Paola and Sara - were great!
Very nice hotel and room but no welcome water in room / no kettle or access to making hot drinks in room / no mini fridge in room , we could here people in other rooms have bed fun so sound proof is not good , I would book again on my second Choice but would not book on first choice. Unfortunately, the bathroom had mold on the ceilings and bathtub, and it was very old. The room, however, had been renovated. I think a renovation would do the hotel good. The breakfast was good, and there was something for everyone.
Super good morning, I'm here. It has everything close by, bars, shops, the beach, the bus stop to go to the airport. I loved it. Super nice.
It is located next to the Santa Barbara Castle and can be reached in just 20 minutes on foot. There is a bus stop to the airport nearby, just a 3-minute walk away. It takes about 18 minutes to walk to the city center, and you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and the beach along the way. The staff are polite and the breakfast is very rich. The soundproofing of the room needs to be improved.
It near the tram but far from the town centre, but delicious breakfast and friendly staff
Nice staff and clean, functional hotel. Good location close to tram and bus connections
Clean and comfortable hotel. My room was located high up with a view towards the castle. Good overall location however it is around a 20-25 minute walk to the center and promenade. The walls in the rooms seemed a little thin as I could hear some noise from the neighbouring rooms at times. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful.

A great hotel. The staff is helpful and nice. One down side is when you’re in your room, you can hear everything outside in the hall. So I’m a light sleeper, so I woke easily when someone was talking or just walking outside my door. Beside that, great rooms, and the cleaning is very good. The hotel is very easy to find. If you take a bus from the airport, you just take C-6.
The hotel is VERY well located - 1 block from the seafront and a couple of minutes walk to the Old Town (Barrio). Room was clean, bathroom very well appointed and the staff were most friendly and helpful. Very good value. If I'm back in Alicante (and I hope I will be sometime), I will stay here again.
On the plus side the hotel is in a great location - convenient for the beach, restaurants, castle etc. It also has super helpful staff, a decent breakfast spread, and a free coffee machine. Only downside is that because it is central there can be a bit of noise from the street at night.
Beds are comfy and rooms are clean, though furniture has seen better days. Breakfast is great, staff are very polite and helpful. A slight but weird smell in both rooms I stayed.
Nice hotel. Room small but clean and has everything you could need. Ideal for a quick beach and town based break as location is pretty much ideal. Best hotel in Alicante Amazing views to the beach and the city
The location is perfect and the service is professional. However the facility is a little bit old. The bed is also not so comfortable enough for a 4-star hotel.
This hotel is very good. Alicante is a beautiful coastal city in southeastern Spain, located on the Mediterranean coast. It is famous for its sunny beaches, historical sites and food. If you come to Alicante, please stay in this hotel's sea view room. The window opens to the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. You can sit on the balcony for an entire afternoon without getting bored. The rooms were well appointed - though definitely over-indexed on pillows. The room had a little couch, Juliet balconies, desk and spacious though open concept bathrooms. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and speak so many languages...
4.5 stars. We stayed in a room that you had to take the elevator up two floors, then take stairs up to our floor - a little odd and harder with 100lbs of suitcases to carry. But the service was very courteous and helpful. Room was spacious, but could have been a little better with the A/C. Great walkable location. All in all, I would stay here again - especially for the price.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel, the staff were so helpful and friendly - everything was down to an excellent standard. The hotel is very luxurious and high quality and yet maintains such a relaxed and chilled out atmosphere. Location is perfect, central to the restaurants and old town and a mere stroll from the beach. Will definitely go again.
Very nice hotel, large and comfortable room, quiet because it overlooked the internal courtyard; coffee and tea available for free; top-notch staff friendliness. Excellent location, close to the sea and the restaurant and shopping area. I would gladly return
The room is nice, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is very rich and I like it very much👍. The service is very good👍

Highly Recommend Our eighth stay at Cibeles Boutique Hotel, and it’s always great. We feel very comfortable, we enjoy the breakfast and menus selections. Helpful staff, great location, and a wonderful atmosphere. We’ll be back!
We had a lovely 3 night stay. Very nice room, the bed was comfy and a wonderful view of the sea. We couldn’t fault anything and would definitely stay at a Melia hotel again.
Very good hotel, very beautiful scenery, good environment, good hygiene, good service, very friendly waiters, recommended, I will choose this hotel next time.
The price for the hotel is absolutely too high for this standard of hotel. The rooms have a minimalist finish, no carpets or rugs. There was a stench from the sewage in the bathroom, and every time we drained the water on the upper floors, the water in our toilet bowl would belch. At the pool, wine is served in glasses (no glasses?). Apart from the location, nothing is worth the price here.
Great Location Great Hotel Great Hotel with helpful staff Location is outstanding on waters edge and close to everything u would want to do in 2-3 night stay
We had a lovely big room overlooking the Marina. Amazing views! Bed was very comfortable, and slept really well. Great Rainshower with constant hot water. The only negative was the food in the restaurant, very disappointing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Ideal location yet breakfast is very disappointing with very limited selection
Lovely hotel it was in a great place , no where to chill downstairs and a few things wrong with room shower door was not shutting properly and the terrace door was sticking and making a noise but they were very good and sent someone although the terrace door wasn’t fixed . Also no British TV . Aircon was great ! But overall good stay and I would stay again
Really nice hotel in the heart of Alicante, close to beach and restaurants, shops, buses. There is a parking if you bring the car, wich will have a discount. The rooms were modern, huge, mattress was very comfortable. The toilet was big and modern with all the necessary toiletries. The breakfast was tasty with healthy options. Will definitely come back :)
I had an excellent stay. Very polite and friendly staff. Breakfast is great, a lot of options.
Best hotel with AC The staff was very friendly. Quick check-in. Hotel located at the beginning of Main Street. Amazing cold AC.
Great service and location Great location and very helpful staff. Modern, comfortable room (standard, 2307) with a good bed and nice common areas. No breakfast included. The air conditioning did not work, making the night uncomfortably hot. I was offered a new room for the last night, but it came too late to be useful. I was given a fan instead. A water station in the hotel would also have been appreciated

Room was small but well furnished. Fantastic washroom and shower. Location is hard to beat. Bit confusing on arrival as it is two hotels sharing the entrance.
Definitely recommend this hotel, check in was quick and easy. We arrived much earlier but there was space to store our luggage. The room itself was modern and spacious including a large smart tv, drinks fridge and some really comfortable pillows! The location was perfect right in the centre so could explore everything we wanted to just walking, there is also a lovely gelato place a couple doors down...
No staff. Room basic, but clean. Hard mattress. TV very big, but no channels, unless you subscribe. Mini bar with expensive drinks. Quiet. Shower gel, but nothing else.
Stunning location! Beach, attractions, pubs, restaurant, entertainment and transport few minutes away. Self check in and check out. Good facilities My room was very noisy and floor needed to be cleaned or renewed. But Satisfied bout the journey and the service
I recently stayed at Hotel Rambla in Alicante and had a mixed experience. While the room was clean and equipped with basic amenities like a couple of bottles of water, a hairdryer, and everything else needed for a short stay, there were a few disappointments. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, and slippers were not provided, which would have been a nice touch. On the positive side...
Room was spacious, location was perfect, absence of staff & poor cleanliness. There was fungus in on the walls & corners of bath room.We made complaint but there is no one at reception, they work remotely on whatsapp. Next day they responded but did nothing.
