Super location and i had room with balcony which i recommend. I put label on outside 0930 for them to clean but it was not done.
The receptionist was friendly.
However, the room smells every day. It's like a sewer, and it's not very pleasant. There's only one small elevator for the entire hotel (6 floors), so don't be in a hurry going up or down: it stops at every stop! If you're unlucky, you have to wait for the next one. But overall, it was great—expensive, but great!
Overall the staff were friendly and approachable. The room was relatively clean and two bottles of complimentary water was provided. The appeared to be an electrical fault with the bathroom light but aside from that it was a basic room for a reasonable price.
Unfortunately I paid for something I didn’t get and Juan at the front desk was very rude and has made me regret booking this hotel.
-I booked and paid extra for a room with *1 queen bed*
-Prior to booking, I called the hotel to confirm it was one bed and not 2 beds placed together
-I arrive to two beds pushed together where I continuously fall between the beds
-I nicely explained this to Juan. His response was rude, unapologetic, dismissed that it was a problem, suggested I lied about calling prior to booking and concluded the conversation by expressing nothing could be done. He encouraged me to leave a negative review if I wasn’t satisfied.
Upper management also unpleasant.
