This hotel has been able to provide all services with distinction. It is the service of hospitality from reception in addition to food and room cleanliness. I advise everyone who wants to visit the Loret area to live in this beautiful hotel, which is located in a very special location near the bus station and also close to the beach and the city center

Tidy rooms, good food and highly recommend the yoga classes ! We stayed one week here and all in all, I al very satisied with our hotel choice. The staff is very nice and proactive, when you need something. Room was nice and clean, only the bathroom could've been a bit bigger. I would come back here

It's taken me a while to write this review because I was so scarred after staying there. I stayed with my husband and one year old son. We met a lovely receptionist on arrival and he was the best thing about the hotel. It went downhill after that. As we arrived around dinner time we went straight down in case our baby was hungry. As soon as we arrived downstairs he ran up to the buffet and I was right beside him we got given out to by the chef for running. I don't know about you but I don't go on holidays for lectures. We went a few more times to the restaurant, and I have never felt so uncomfortable in a restaurant in all my life. I felt like we were the family from outer space because we had a child with us. The hotel had mostly oaps and majority French, they must not have any children where they are from or they must be kept in dungeons. They stared at my son, made faces at him, if he let the smallest bit of food fall by accident they started pointing it out to each other frowning and tut tutting, the chef on his walk abouts of the buffet continued to glare at him but stopped short of saying anything again after I complained to receptionist. The reason I chose the hotel was because we had a lovely experience at Helios in Majorca. We stopped going to the restaurant even tho we had paid for half board because it was a miserable experience. We went to the pool with him once but again I felt uncomfortable so tried stay away as much as we could.

The Hotel is in the center of Lloret Everything is nearby the beach, clubs, Bars, restaurants and the shopping street. The Rooms are clear and good. The Buffet in the morning and at the evening is small but it’s good. The service is also ok. A nice little hotel

Absolutely recomended! The hotel is exeptional clean. All the staff are kind and ready to help ! Food is tasty 🖤Rooms are very clean. Each day we found fresh towels and tidy bathroom. Furvermore when we arrived we have some presents from hotel administration. The most important thing the feeling that people who are working here really care about their work. 🖤

The hotel is wonderful - staff are so lovely, they seem really happy all the time and help with everything. Nothing is a problem, beautiful rooms, lovely balconies with a great view, pool and sauna is so relaxing and the food is excellent and so varied, so much choice each night! Fantastic location too, near the beach with great nightlife.

Fantastic short stay, staff are extremely helpful & friendly. Rooms are modern, clean and beds are comfy. The hotel is centre to everything, it is very lively noisy and busy, ask for pool room. Bus station is up the Rd. Lovely cliff walk at start of the beach also old town and castle down the opposite end of the beach.

I came on holiday with my grandparents, we had a very positive experience with this hotel we stayed there for 5 nights and 7 days, upon arrival we was greeted by the operations manager Juan who was extremely helpful and very pleasant to speak to for any enquiries that we had, happy and lovely staff all around the hotel including the ( bar, restaurants and the cleaners ) everywhere is immaculate throughout I couldn’t fault it at all, 10/10 experience.

We had a wonderful vacation there. The staff is incredibly helpful, they also surprised us for my husband's birthday not once but twice, they are so so kind!!
The food is very tasty, they also a have a fresh food grill where you can get some freshly made meat/eggs/sandwich/omlette. The guys working there are really nice too!
The rooms are clean, cleaning is done everyday which is a big plus. We had a street view room but the noise is bearable.
We had trouble with our hairdryer, which was fixed right away.
I recommend you choose it without hesitation.

Hi this is Frankie and Monica review about the staying in Helios hotel in Lloret the mar . This hotel is super friendly and to stay in . with a good and respectful hotel services and reception in the lobby . The hotel is very clean and the diners and Breakfast ar very nice. The hotel is big and luxury with the spa and Swimming pools. We love it here and we had a wonderful time here. We will surely come back again to this hotel . Hotel Helios in Lloret de mar .
