Consists of a 6–storey building.

Beach: public sandy beach, 150 m from the hotel (2-coastline). Deck chairs, sun beds, umbrellas – for a fee. The beach is 1.5 km away.

We had a wonderful vacation there. The staff is incredibly helpful, they also surprised us for my husband's birthday not once but twice, they are so so kind!!
The food is very tasty, they also a have a fresh food grill where you can get some freshly made meat/eggs/sandwich/omlette. The guys working there are really nice too!
The rooms are clean, cleaning is done everyday which is a big plus. We had a street view room but the noise is bearable.
We had trouble with our hairdryer, which was fixed right away.
I recommend you choose it without hesitation.

Just returned from a week at the Helios Hotel in Lloret De Mar. We had a great week . Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who all seemed friendly and wanted to help. At check in we received a complimentary cocktail and a gift in our room. The hotel was very clean . The meals were always varied and cooked to a very high standard. We had a free session in the spa due to our booking which was much appreciated.
As I said a great holiday, thanks to the Helios Hotel.

A well deserved 5 stars. People are super friendly, from the check in staff to the Operations Director. Room was like new. Nicely designed with great bed and shower. Got upgraded to a pool view which was nice. Breakfast was good too. Overall we felt very much welcomed during our stay. Thank you.

I was there with family for a week, mid-August. Great location, walking (10min) distance to everything you need on holidays. Super supportive staff, starting from cleaning service, through reception, bar, restaurant. They know how to treat hotel's guest. (regards to Juan and team). Nice, clean rooms. I liked the food service: breakfast, buffet dinner, bar - good value for money. One warning: you need to know what Lloret is in summer and you cannot expect silent nights. If you like or tolerate that- it's the place for you. Cheers.

Perfect owner and perfect location! Marc was SO helpful, he gave us a great map and circled all the important points and recommend places to eat. The rooms were very clean, the location is close to everywhere. Don’t have any doubts when staying in Hostal Mary

The hotel is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is polite and very helpful. It wasn't just customer service, we got customer care. Nice breakfast, every dinner was like visiting the best restaurant.
It is placed in the center, so sometimes it was noisy at night.
The hotel is close to the beach and main tourist streets. I’m looking forward to visiting other hotels of your group.

Hotel personnel is amazing and helpful. They really make the guests feel welcomed. The food is very good, both the buffet and the pool side a la cart restaurant. Be sure to book a room with pool view if you are a light sleeper.

The bar for being a 4 star hotel is extremely low. I would consider this more like 2-3 stars, looking at the food and service.

When I stayed there in 2010, housekeeping hid our jewelry within our room so we would consider it lost and leave without (but we found it). We also mysteriously lost some clothing that was hanging on the balcony.

The food was not 4 star worthy, very average buffet. The dirty A/C filter caused sore throats and coughing.

Amazing service - great location, helpful and nice staff always ready to help, the room had all the necessities and it was getting very clean. I would totally recommend - it will make your trip better!

Spent two weeks at this hotel. Central location, can be noisy at night, but once the doors are closed it's very quiet. Huge comfy bed, staff are very friendly and helpful, the lady who cleaned our room was very friendly. Nice pool, not too busy, bit chilly, but fine was you're in, probably warm up the hotter it gets.
