Lovely hotel, great location. We had a sea view room which was quite small, with a very small balcony, but the views were superb.
The staff were absolutely first class, couldn't do enough for you. Only downside was the evening meal, it was always quite cold, and the vegetables tasted as if they had been previously frozen. The breakfasts though were very good, with a very good choice. Would stay again, but maybe not bother with the evening meals. Overall a lovely hotel, with great staff.

The shower was full of mold. On our last day, the heating in the pool didn't work.
We have been recieved just one towle each, and always needed to ask for more..
You can RENT a bathrobe for 10 euros deposit 😳
In order to get into the spa erea, you need to pay 15 euros each just to enjoy there for one hour and a half!!!!
I felt like it was all about money! This hotel doesn't even deserve to be a one star hotel. Only the location was good. Everything else was cheap.

Our stay at Hotel Marsol in Lloret de Mar was truly wonderful. The breathtaking views from our balcony were simply mesmerizing, providing a constant backdrop of beauty. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The hotel's prime location was an added bonus, allowing us easy access to all the attractions and amenities that Lloret de Mar has to offer. We highly recommend Hotel Marsol to anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing vacation.

Only an overnight trip by coach so very brief stay. Very up to date, modern, clean, very good dinner and breakfast. Staff very helpful. Only downside- which was very unfortunate - was the luggage lift taking cases up and down to reception wasn't working but staff quick to do the necessary and carried the cases for us.

Absolutely fantastic choice, my Irish coffee was excellent and my sea bass done to the chef's taste was phenomenal. Both of my guests enjoyed their food, one saying the tuna was the best she's ever had in her life. Wonderful view from the outside seating area, lovely service and positive atmosphere. As night falls there is ambient lighting which is a really nice touch. Inside area is good too and the toilet facilities are clean. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Excellent hotel, very good location. It's right across the beach. The staff here are really helpful. The hotel is clean, well kept and definitely worth going for a stay. The breakfast spread is really good. Parking is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Great experience overall. Most of the cafes supermarkets bars etc are walking distance from the hotel.

I stayed 12 days in this hotel. It was impeccable. You cannot beat its perfect location. The room furniture is modern. The hotel is clean and its breakfast is delicious and varied. Some details make all the difference: like the shower's water pressure (very good). Like the shower soue itself (large). Like the tiles, shower glass, sink and toilet seat (all modern so you have a "feel good" feeling when you enter the bathroom). Also, the sink is a half a sphere. Very deep. Very practical because This allows you to wash stuff in it. And in the shower, a line for hanging the clothes to let them dry is available (smart!)

Great hotel right on the promenade. Good restaurant with nice selection of food and drinks for breakfast and dinner. The pool and jacuzzi are a bit small, but since you are 20 meters from the beach it did not really matter. Make sure to book the room with the balcony and sea view as they are great size, light and roomy with bathrobes and slippers provided, proper size wardrobe. The standard double rooms are overlooking the narrow street and look quite small and dark.

Hotel Marsol gave both my daughter and myself exceptional care from the moment we arrived, accommodating us immediately with a room as my daughter was feeling unwell. The reception team were friendly, efficient, kind and welcoming. The hotel foyer was beautifully clean and well presented, it smelled really fresh, and set the scene for the standard of the hotel. Our room was clean and bright with a large window, you could hear the wonderful sound of the sea when the window was open. The bathroom was modern, clean and had a large shower. The twin beds were comfy, there were extra pillows and blankets if you needed them. The cleaning team were excellent providing any additional towels or bed linen if we needed anything, the lady who serviced our room was so helpful and friendly we looked forward to seeing her, nothing was too much trouble! The buffet breakfast catered for every possible choice, excellent food in a superb setting overlooking the beach. The bar and outdoor eating areas were very good and the menu offered a wide selection for evening dining at the hotel. The roof-top pool was a really nice warm place to relax and take in the stunning views. It was a great hotel, suited both of us perfectly, so much so, we have already decided to return along with my sister too, so a definite 5 stars from us!

I stayed here one night and was pleasantly surprised to find this nicely kept and well run hotel, with friendly staff in a town so heavily focused on package holiday makers. The gym was quite small, but just about adequate. Breakfast on the other hand was plentiful and of decent quality.
