We just stayed at the Boutiqye 15 hotel this weekend. Things started out well enough but soon worsened. Positives- the hotel seems to have been refurbished fairly recently. - the staff at thevrestaurant are kind and courteous Negatives- at midnight, number of drunk guests wandering through the corridors - at 1AM, a staff member who called himself Abdel (or Abdoul), burst into our room whilst my wife and I were sleeping with one of said drink tourists accompanying him. - Abdel seemed to think it was hilarious the sight of myself and my wife running to the door in our underwear to stop them from entering as during this entire episode he was opening smiling and laughing in my face - clearly this drunken guest had forgotten their room number and stated that they needed yo access our room to the front desk. Very clearly, Abdel either didn’t check the hotel’s register or had received no training on how to use it - on top of the absolutely disgraceful nature of this intrusion, the unwarranted and uncalled for breaking into our room was performed whilst ignoring a do not disturb sign on the door and, more importantly, without knocking or any form of notification - we checked out immediately

My first impression was good,lady on reception was nice,hotel is very clean with all the way nice small everywhere.Rooms and hotel are so clean and quite.My husband and me were stayed there for 3 nights,just come back from trip and I can say that was really good experience been there.Beach is short walk about 5 min.There are lot of restaurants,bars, shops...

Only one think I find that was missing and that is coffee.Thing is that you can't get coffee before 7 :45 because from that time is breakfast.

Kitchen has very nice food,fresh juices and general very good service(not all staff know English but we always try to understand each other.

Definitely I will recommend this hotel for relaxing and enjoying place.

If you you come in October like we water in pool is very cold,because was open.

Lovely accommodation, friendly staff and an all round good holiday.The rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily. Food was very good with so much choice. We ate breakfast and dinner. Swimming pool and sun deck were clean and tidy. Bar area was a nice relaxing space.

Mr R Hart. The hotel room's were very small but cleaned every day i stayed in number 413 the safe was free aircon was free the view was terrible looked into people's back yards. The food was always cold the staff were to interested in the Spanish so you weren't noticed + if you wanted water you had to pay for it I could go on and on long story short . I definitely would not go back to this hotel. Yours.mr R Hart

We chose this hotel because they were supposed to have a "vegan corner" in the buffet and they assured me they had plenty of options for vegans. I even reminded them a couple of days before getting there. The first night we ate there it was a complete disappointment. The only vegan things they had were 1 spaghetti dish, boiled/stir-fried veggies and fries. Nothing else. No protein, no elaborate dishes, and while people in the kitchen seemed to know the ingredients, the woman serving had no idea what vegan meant (she even asked if I ate chicken). We have paid for 2 nights including dinner and breakfast and although we had a discount on our reservation, this is quite expensive for the quality they are offering. Tonight we are skipping our already-paid dinner and going somewhere else. For breakfast the only vegan options were churros, beans and mushrooms. The coffee was bad and the "juice" was just water with sugar, not nice for a "4 stars" hotel, to be honest. At least the people are nice. Also, the bed is kinda short (wtf) like 1.80 so tall people do not really fit.

Second day here and the hotel is lovely, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Don’t ask for a pint of beer as most of it is a large head you are better off getting a small beer. The food is great but if you are a vegetarian like myself the choice is just carbs. Chips rice pasta and a few veggies. Breakfast is better as you have eggs and beans and mushrooms. Luckily we did not pay much more to go half board so we will be eating out for the rest of the week. Spain so far is not the place for vegetarians ! Hopefully we will find a good restaurant tomorrow.

Spotless Food was brilliant as normally don’t rate hotel food but this was really good Waiters were brilliant Pool area lovely just lacked someone of an evening to sit as no evening atmosphere but loads local Rooms cleaned daily In the middle of everything but a quiet hotel x

Pretty cute hotel, there was a variety of food for half board, a lot of options and very tasty. Room was nice and big and cleaned every day, and we also had a nice view. It was a bit noisy but not like in the city center. The bus station is very close which is awesome. For the beach you have to walk a bit, but you can also take the bus to more nicer beaches like Cala Sa Boadella or Cala Treumal. You can also easily get to Girona or Barcelona. Overall it was ok, the only negative aspect about this hotel is that you do not have the water included at dinner in case you book a half board option. I think this is kind of weird considering that you do have water at breakfast. This leaves a bad taste especially when you do not know about this and want to leave without paying. I think that the customers should be informed about this when booking a half board option.

Overall experience is OK but not WOW as I was reading in the reviews. I had booking with HB - variety was average, food was good, sometimes excellent. Food court staff was really nice, while reception desk was more official.

My room had a balcony (without view). Bathroom was really narrow, I would not fit if I were bigger in size, also flooding. Hand wash sink was directly in the room - which was OK for solo traveler but would not feel comfortable with someone else in a room. Toiletries - really awful quality, same liquid for hand / body / hair wash.
Bed quality was good - not very soft mattress, which is my favorite, but the bed itself was really short - I was hitting the edges with my 159cm hight. Double bed would be hardly enough for couple (again - I was feeling perfect being solo).

Overall, expect good 3* hotel (not 4*)
