This is a great hotel with a very friendly and kind staff. Rooms were super clean and it was very close to Alhambra place. Really satisfied strongly recommended.
It was good experience to stay in well-maintained facility. The desk staff lady was very beautiful, friendly and professional. My room was also very nice by the roadside with bathtub.
I am traveling Spain and France now, and this hotel is highly recommended 👌 😌 for travellers especially you are interested in visiting Alhambra and Albaisin where are the top destination in Granada. The bus took me all...
Superbly located hotel, practically at the entrance to the Alhambra. No worries about parking; there's parking at the Alhambra.
Spacious room, king-size double bed.
Friendly staff, generous and varied breakfast.
It's really close enough to get to the Alhambra Palace ticket office within 5 minutes. Just go down the stairs across the street from the hotel. Breakfast opens at exactly 7:30 (. They also store your luggage. Anyway, the location is the best (you have to get to the Alhambra Palace ticket office by 8:20 am).
The hotel feels good.
The room I stayed in didn't drain the water in the sink and there was white powder dust on the bathroom door handle.
Other than that, it's good.
Lovely rooms, clean, quiet and bright. Staff on reception were exceptional also staff serving breakfast extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast options excellent. Perfect location.

This is a strictly 3-star hotel that doesnt claim more than what it does and is perfectly adequate if you are spending not too much time in Granada. Our room for 3 was huge two level room, and the sound proofing was fantastic for a 3-star. The front desk staff is extremely nice! After check-out, we left our bags there for 2 hours - in those two hours, they had found a few things we had missed packing...
I didn’t choose this, was booked as part of a group tour. And judging by the pictures on here and the room I had, and my fellow travelers described, we were definitely given the smallest/cheapest room which is surprising on a $3k “comfort” rated trip.
Nonetheless, I would say PROS - Great location & water pressure. Lovely friendly US-born lady on reception. Smells great when you walk in and delightful...
My dad got injured in Granada and had to go to the hospital. The staff at hotel Anacapri were so kind and helped my mom and I while we were waiting for my dad to get out of the hospital. They extended our stay and we're very flexible because we weren't sure when we'd leave. I was wowed by the kindness from everyone and am so thankful to them for helping us in this difficult situation.
I stayed here with my family (2 children) in the family room. It was perfect. The location was outstanding, a very short walk to everything (up a big hill to get the Alhambra). The staff was very kind. The rooms were clean and quiet. The family room was ideal for older kids and made the trip much more manageable. I would absolutely recommend staying here again.
Located in the city center, it is convenient for transportation and dining. The room is also large, but sometimes you can hear the sound of the machine starting up.
I had almost no complaints, but the WIFI was often out of service, which was inconvenient. If that could be improved, I would have been satisfied with the room.

Hotel was at center of Granada and all the attractions are accessible within 30 minutes walk. Staff was really helpful and guided us briefly.
Location was great and room looks like the photo. The main issue of this hotel is the breakfast. I paid extra to get breakfast but they only start the breakfast from 8am so I couldn't get them in both days. Alhambra opens at 8.30am so there are tourists need to leave hotel earlier. I have travelled a lot but haven't seen any hotels offering breakfast only after 8am. This was a big waste of money.
Very happy about our stay. #1 the location was spot on! It was a quick and easy walk to centro but was not loud at all from the street noise. AC in the room was cranking so that was very nice to be able to comfortably sleep! Staff was super friendly and for the price the rooms were excellent. Would definitely recommend.
Keep in mind that this is a 3 star hotel and so the room is very simple. Having said that, the staff are helpful and friendly, the location is exceptional, the room was very quiet (double glazed) and had two opening french doors. The bed was very comfortble - we slept very well - and, this is worth a star in itself, there was a top sheet, blanket and coverlet to let you control the temperature you...
At first we found used towels, that wasn’t a problem, they switched.
When showering the drain seemed to be clogged, not a comfortable situation.
Breakfast was good!
We took 2 rooms for a one night stay. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious with a large bathroom. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. It is located in a nice food street and only a short walk to the Cote d Ingles and numerous other cafes and restaurants.

The beds are terrible, the TV is small and not Smart, there is no parking, the elevator is small and you have to wait.
This hotel is in the city, close to all shopping, restaurants an sovenier shops. Trams close. Hotel is very accomadating, staff goes out to make ur stay a pleasant one. Only negative thing is breakfast very small an limited, basic. Rooms nice
Excellent location. One of the 5 best located in the city. Nice staff.
Very comfortable hotel to walk around the center.
Note that the soundproofing of the windows facing the street is somewhat deficient. It would be something to improve.
Unbeatable location. Correct room, uncomfortable pillows and a lot of noise from the slamming of the rooms.
Nice and clean room, great convenient location, polite and efficient staff. Only minor maintenance issues in the room. Overall, a very good experience.

Ideal location to the center and the Alhambra palace. The room is a bit small and you get what you pay for.
The location is great and the staff are warm and friendly. The facilities are a bit outdated.
Very good, especially breakfast
The hotel is located in a very central area, it is less than 5 minutes from the cathedral and you can walk to all the points of interest in the city. But it's the only thing that stands out.
The first day we found the sheets with dried blood stains in one area. And the next night, with the beds made and the sheets supposedly changed, the blood stain was still in the same place. The rooms are not soundproofed...
Really nice hotel with a great, friendly and helpful staff. For the price it is a good value. It is on a small street that is close to the cathedral and a lot of restaurants and bars. We are going back on our next visit.

The hotel is centrally located, clean, and modern. The bed and bathroom were spacious. The breakfast was great! I would stay here again.
Excellent property in a nice area 5 min walk to metro. Good restaurant's and grocery close by.
Very friendly staff Highly recommend !!!
I felt at ease as they guided me through various activities, such as watching flamenco, making reservations for the Alhambra Palace, and arranging taxis.
Nice, clean, affordable and excellent place, they needs to add such a staff to the room, like a refrigerator, safe box, boiler for coffee and tea then the tv its too small.
Advantages: Good location, in the center, nice personnel.
Disadvantages: the shower was not working properly, the hotel was not providing slippers and shower caps
Clean, simple accommodations. Convenient location within walking distance to everything to keep you busy for a few days.

Location of the hotel was very convenient. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and the center of Granada. The reception staffs were very welcoming and gave us great suggestions of what to see in the city and a flamenco show.

The staff, they were amazing and helpful, the location is great. But , the Ac in the room not working as it suppose to be, the room were hot , we trying to avoid going to the rooms because of the temperature.
Great location, close to the cathedral and main sightseeings, quiet place to sleep, restaurant on 6th floor, friendly staff.
The staff were very kind and I was able to ask for advice when I had any problems, and they gave me good answers and support, which I am grateful for.
This property is centrally located. Everything is just around the corner (other than the Alhambra). You must reserve the parking ahead of your check in otherwise you are risking not to have parking space available.
Excellent clean place to stay close to everything and walking distance to all. Staff were great. Room comfortable and nice to have a fridge. A nice little sandwich place up on the 6th floor. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. Cozy. Very nice room.
Unique design of the rooms. Relaxing roof top patio. Service has been good, and the reception staff spoke decent English. Great experience.
Great location, comfortable hotel. Don't waste money on the breakfast, there are tons of better and cheaper options in the vicinity. If driving, recommend calling and asking for directions as google Maps routed me down a pedestrian zone and then down a street my car almost didn't fit.
Very well placed hotel. Rooms on 4th floor have an overview of all granada. You can go walking to "La Alhambra" and rooms are cleaned and comfortable for a nice price
Very friendly staff, hotel is in a fantastic location, extremely central to all attractions + transport links. Nice clean rooms with funky decor and a lovely roof terrace. Great value for money!
Really great for the price. Great staff and pretty little hotel in a good location. Only thing our room had a bit of a weird smell that we asked if they could do something about...but the smell remained.

A very cost-effective hotel, highly recommended!
The sanitation and environment are very good, the room is bright and spacious, and there is no pressure to spread out two large suitcases.

The location is very good, right outside is Grazia Avenue and Granada Cathedral, and there is a street of restaurants at the door. The front desk uncle was very enthusiastic, and gave us a map when we checked in, and also circled all the main attractions, business districts, bus stations, airport buses, etc., which was clear and concise. The room is relatively small, with only necessary facilities...
Good location. There are many restaurants downstairs. It is also convenient to go to attractions. The only thing is that the room is relatively small. If you have a large luggage, I would not recommend it. It is OK to stay for one night. If you want to spend more, you really need to consider it.
Charming hotel with lovely rooms and a top notch friendly staff. The optional breakfast was quite nice as well.
This was our fifth hotel as we’ve travelled across southern Spain, and by far, our favorite.
The only downsides are the all-night weekend partying we could hear all night. And certain rooms, like ours, face a building under construction. So we did give the location a 4 instead of 5. But otherwise...
Located next to the City Hall, it is centrally located and convenient to all attractions. Thumbs up for the very enthusiastic front desk staff
Neat clean room. Size was good. The bathroom is very clean & spacious as well. The reception staff is very helpful. There is a kettle & core packs but no water. Clean and spacious. The complex looks as though it is in the process of being renovated from a large house or block of apartments. The style is modern minimalist. Breakfast was self serve and basic, enjoyed on an enclosed terrace. I would happily return and recommend.

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Old Grenada. Without exception the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were good. Great views from the terrace. Buffet breakfast was 1st class. Based on our experience we couldn't speak more highly about the hotel, location and staff. Highly recommended.
Perfect location near the cathedral with a friendly and helpful staff, pretty nice breakfast, beautiful common area and a nice rooftop. The room itself was a letdown: could be nicer, there was no fridge, very noisy and the hallway seemed dodgy.

The price was very good and the bathtub was clean. It took about 30-40 minutes to transfer from Granada Station using a public pass.
It's perfect, the room we had was facing the highway and we didn't hear any noise. The beds were in very good condition, clean, with two pillows and extra blankets in case you got cold. The most outstanding thing about the hotel is its affordable price. All services are basically in line with three-star standards. There is basically no road noise in south-facing rooms. Excellent location that just requires a short walk from the plaza. Staff was exceptional and made excellent suggestions for food and sightseeing. Breakfast has a wide assortment of quality food. Location was great, breakfast was great, hotel and rooms were clean and functional. Although the rooms had WiFi and flat screen TV’s the rooms & bathrooms could use an updating. Judging from the room & bathroom fixtures maybe they were last renovated in the 80’s (maybe ‘70s)
Good location, is an old hotel but everything look good
It's convenient to go to any tourist spot near the cathedral. It was also convenient to get around because it was right next to the bus stop. I could see a part of the Alhambra from my room. The elevator only goes up to the third floor, so you have to climb the stairs to get to the top floor with a good view. But considering the price and location, it's not a problem at all.
Everything was excellent. The hotel was exactly as described and in the photos. Thank you very much.

Solid room. The style was a little funky but it was nice and in a great location. Service was a bit inconsistent.
