3 nights in room 124 including breakfast. I paid 124 euros per night for the stay from Thursday to Saturday in May. ㅠㅠ Among the beds, the bed by the window kept creaking a little when I moved. It's a 4-star hotel, but they didn't provide free water. The water for breakfast seemed to be just tap water. They didn't even have the natural orange juice that's standard in Spain. It's the same as drinking...
The front desk staff were friendly, but the cleaning and towel replacement were disappointing.
It was a little bit inconvenient because it was a little far from the center and there were no restaurants or markets around, but it was quiet and safe, so it was good.
Nice room, friendly staff and location well connected by public transport. Close to Sierra Nevada
Very comfortable, convenient parking, rich breakfast, large room, not far from the core scenic area, but not far from the core scenic area, quiet enough
Good hotel with big comfortable rooms and a nice rooftop pool. Very bad internet. Breakfast was only ok.

Spent a night there, good choice, walkable distance to city centre, for parking you can use near underground garage for 10 EUR a day (if you pay through parking web sites). Our room was situated into inner courtyard (seems that hotel is made from more buildings), so don’t expect some city view 🙂 but room was clean, a bit smaller shower, but reasonable. Nice hotel staff. All fine 👍
Room was nice but one of the smallest; bed also small and first night was not nice; warm water sometimes cold, in morning noisy airco outside. Breakfast is good with excellent yoghurt. Swimming pool is small but refreshing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is not possible with the hotel and a 3 day stay is expensive when parking in a garage.
Didn't love this hotel - room extremely small and smelled heavily of smoke and the halls were really loud at night. Although they have a parking garage, it is EXTREMELY tiny so anything besides a small car will not even fit in their car elevator. Really annoying. The area is also a bit of a walk from the city center.
Has the basic amenities of a hotel stay but not a "nice" place.
Great Staff!
Nice breakfast.
Only the pool would leave blue marks, a warning upon arrival would be best because it could damage the swimwear.
Not really helpful when ask the Reception for carpark lots and others service that should be provided!
Stayed 2 nights as part of a group tour.
The location is great, just a short walk into the centre, with a metro station and several bus routes nearby. 20 minutes walk into the centre and another 20 minutes up to the Alhambra.
The hotel itself is no way near 4 star though. I was given an internal room overlooking a shaft with ventilators/machines outside which started up at 5.30 am. The room itself...

The photos on line look WAY better that then the reality. The hotel spaces and room decor are OK but cheap and not as cozy and unique as the site photos would have you believe. We were disappointed.
We decided in the last minute to stay there and we couldn’t be happier. Such amazing oasis in the middle of busy Granada! We will definitely go back.
The front desk of the hotel is divided into separate people. The ones I met in the morning were very polite and enthusiastic, but the ones I met in the afternoon were obviously much worse. The hotel room is very small even if the larger room with 1.8m bed is booked. You can just visit the monastery and have a meal. I feel that the 3200 yuan for a night is not worth it.
Gorgeous hotel. I wished we stayed longer here.
The decorations, the courtyard, and our room are very beautiful. Only small problems with the awkward bathtub door and squeaky bed.
The staff was very nice to check us in at 11pm. They did hold our luggage after we checked out to explore a bit more, which was very helpful for us.
The hotel was not very close to the train station (uber 12min), and about...
Inconsistent Staff Hospitality
The property itself is beautiful, and most of the staff were kind and accommodating. However, my experience with Nadine was less than ideal. While I noticed her being exceptionally pleasant and kind to my friend during checkout, my interaction with her was quite different. She seemed standoffish and didn’t inquire about my stay or show the same warmth. This inconsistency...
Lovely stay in a lovely historic hotel. We enjoyed a junior suite in the oldest and quietest part of the hotel. Excellent hard bed! Neat bar with good tapas located in a former convent. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Good but not outstanding selection at breakfast, though breakfast was very good. Did not sample the on site restaurant, which is well-regarded. All Bonvoy expectations...

Probably the best location for the Alhambra, other than Paradore inside the castle. Valet car service was great, all the staffs were definitely 5 stars. Early check in was possible. I gave 4 for service because of breakfast. Quality and contents of food was not upto 5 stars hotel, probably 4, but the staffs working at breakfast time were supurb, kind and sincere. Over all I had great stay for...
Fantastic location
Only issue is that the toilet is a little cramped
Good location. Easy to walk to Alhambra with beautiful park nearby
The towels in the room were really old, so it felt less clean. But service was good, all staff spoke fluent English, also gave us some really good advice in terms of meal choices.
The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was excellent. However, this maybe cultural but for a 400 Euro 5 star hotel room, there was complementary bottle water only on the first day (told this when we asked for another during our stay), no slippers or bathrobe. The bathroom was poorly lit and the phone was broken. The handout we were given at checkin had the incorrect hours...
This is a beautiful and elegant hotel located just steps from the Alhambra. The atmosphere is calm and refined, and everything is impeccably maintained. Our stay was extremely comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Very good value for money. A bit loud from street. Bathroom could be refreshed.
Public parking nearby at reduced cost.
It's located in a very well-connected area. There's a restaurant area, a bus stop, a metro station right across the street, and a supermarket right next door. Everything is very close.
Excellent hotel and excellent staff. Good location. Walkable to city centre.
The hotel room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the bathtub was large, and the hot shower was convenient. It was a place I would like to come back to. However, the distance from the Alhambra Palace was a bit disappointing.
Small room without kettle and its cold at night. There isn't towel hanger but room was clean. There is a good breakfast and bar with tv so u can watch mach at evening but only at one from 3.
The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the train station and the city center. The subway and bus are also close at hand, making travel very convenient.
The overall feeling is still relatively new, but some hardware looks a bit old, such as the bathtub, the bottom is gray.

Good location and facilities.
Recommended.
Evening staff was really really nice , kind , helpful and friendly. I have stayed in more than 500 hotels in my life but the way he ( I forgot to ask his name ) explained me and planned my Garnada trip was super excellent.
Although most aspects were good, the quality of the Wi-Fi was particularly disappointing, as was the fact that there were no English speaking channels on the TV.
Good location for buses to Central 33 and next to the fountains up to Alahmbra and Alcucin. Friendly helpful staff. Basic usual buffet breakfast. Room clean. Nice to have option of a bath.
Good location . Breakfast wasn’t that great . Rooms were nice and tidy . Room was adjacent to lift which was disturbing as getting squeaky noises when moving .
It was a good enough hotel for a one night stay for a solo traveler. It feels a little old, but it's not something that bothers me. There was only one person at the front desk, and even though I was in line, other guests were shown to the front desk first, which bothered me a little.
Breakfast was good, location was good.

Great place with great personnel.
Had several stays, of several weeks and not a single issue.
They even keeps some things I forgot for several months until I got there again.
Dinner time is late, but that's the case all around.
Food is good, both from the menu and the breakfast. Coffee is great!
Dmitry, the receptionist, truly stood out with his remarkable kindness and extensive knowledge of the city. Our curiosity about Granada's traditional hotspots and noteworthy attractions led us to him, and within an astonishingly brief span of 5 minutes, he crafted a tailored compendium of must-visit locales and culinary delights. Every suggestion was tailored precisely to our preferences, reflecting...
I just ate. Excellent and very reasonable menu price. Top notch staff. Hard to eat in France when returning from Spain. It feels like we’re in another world 😁. What else can I say if I ever have the opportunity to go back there I know where to go
overall, the hotel is good to stay.
Facilities with a lack of maintenance for a 4-star hotel, correct treatment of employees.

The hotel room was sufficient and clean. We arrived at night but there was no problem in check-in process thanks to 24h reception service.
The hotel is nice, there is a supermarket nearby, there are two free bottles of water in the room, the service of the beautiful lady at the front desk is very good, I recommend this hotel to everyone!
The standard is not that great in many ways. The towels are too old. The room intercom doesn't work. It's also difficult to get to the airport.
The air condition is not working properly. I was sleeping in a boiling hot room for three nights. The hotel didn’t send any repairs to the room.
First, room has a thin wall.
Parking needs some skill, car elevator.
Supermarket and restaurants are plenty around.
We mainly stay a a quick night to visit alhambra at 0830h, hotel is 10 minutes away.

Great stay! Incredible location, nice rooms, good service & delicious breakfast. Pretty lobby. You literally walk out right into town. This ended up being one of the larger (& cheaper rooms) for southern Spain. They even had gluten free options at breakfast. Would definitely return.
Nice clean hotel, not bad breakfasts, convenient location!
Exceptional location . The staff demonstrated remarkable cooperation and attentiveness, consistently exceeding expectations ( especially the reception ). Good value for money, the property expertly balances comfort, service, and affordability. Without hesitation, I would choose to stay here again on future visits to Granada.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were fantastic—especially a trainee whose name I can’t recall; she was incredibly friendly and helpful, as were the rest of the reception team. At the restaurant, a lovely lady named Maria took great care of us and made us feel very welcome.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and everything was wonderful. The location was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Central location within easy reach of all points of interest: cathedral, restaurants, shuttle buses to specific areas.
Perfect hotel service, clean, good breakfast service, attentive and friendly reception, taking care of our needs.
We have no doubt that, if we decide to return to Granada in the future, we would choose this hotel (as long as there are rooms available).
The location is OK, not too far from the Alcázar and the cathedral. The hotel is relatively old overall, and it feels more in line with the city's temperament of Granada. The surrounding restaurants close early, and it is very deserted at night. I am not used to it after traveling all the way from Barcelona, Madrid and Seville. The price-performance ratio and overall experience are pretty good.
Very nice hotel with characteristic architecture in a very convenient location near the center. Very clean, comfortable and well-furnished room, spacious bathroom complete with all products. The only flaw is the lack of windows to the outside (ours overlooked the internal patio, with a glass ceiling but closed). Rich and varied breakfast, kind and helpful staff. Excellent experience
The hotel is a bit old, the space is quite large, the facilities are too old, there is no mineral water and slippers
Very good hotel, the big bed is very comfortable, clean and spacious, I slept very well for two nights and woke up naturally. The location is also good, right in the city center! Next time I come to Granada, I will choose this place again
The building seemed to have been made using old-fashioned elements.
Although it was a four-star hotel, there were almost no amenities and only one pack of tissues.
Also, you can hear a lot of noise inside and outside the hotel, so you'll need earplugs if that bothers you.
There was still no shower curtain, so the floor got quite wet.

Location - perfect location if you want to visit Alhambra. 2 mins walking distance to the entry. Highly recommend the night visit to the Nasrid.
Transportation - with Freenow app we can easily call a taxi and get around
Very good hotel. It is located in the Agong scenic area and is a good choice for visiting Agong. The hotel was converted from a monastery. The interior environment is as shown in the picture. The rooms are generous and clean. You can enjoy the scenery of the distant mountains for dinner in the courtyard, but remember to make a reservation.
Because it is located inside the Alhambra, it is okay even if you get tired from walking around. The historic interior was very beautiful. The air conditioner in our room was broken, and no matter how much we turned down the temperature, it never got cold. As a result, it was hot at night and difficult to sleep. Dinner at the restaurant was very delicious.
Directly into part of the Alhambra Palace, elegant, comfortable and convenient. The breakfast selection is not as rich as that of a chain 5-star hotel, but it is sufficient and of good quality. The room rate is just a little higher.
