From the moment I arrived at the Barceló Granada Congress, I was impressed by the professionalism and promptness of the staff. Their attention to detail made the check-in process seamless and set a positive tone for my stay.

The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the rooftop pool, offering some of the best views in Granada. Whether you’re taking a refreshing dip or simply lounging by the pool, the panoramic vistas of the city and the Sierra Nevada mountains are breathtaking.

The rooms are thoughtfully designed with perfect lighting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The comfortable beds and modern amenities ensure a restful night’s sleep.

I rated this experience 4 out of 5 stars primarily due to its location. While the hotel offers a timeless experience that rarely disappoints, it’s situated a bit outside the historic center, which might be less convenient for those looking to explore Granada’s main attractions on foot.

We had a lovely stay at this fine hotel. The room was large and well-appointed with an amazing view. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was courteous and attentive. Amazing value - we would stay here again without hesitation!

Loved this hotel. Room was very quiet with a nice view and a comfortable king size bed. Excellent breakfast especially the made to order egg station service. Great staff and nice location if you are coming to Granada with a car. Hotel parking was a plus with ample of large parking spaces. Food and service at the bar were very good too. The gentleman at the check-in was very helpful and spoke English very well.

Overall, everything was great. The breakfast was excellent, the location was just 15 minutes from the city center, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only area for improvement is the rooms, which could benefit from some renovation. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Juan Carlos, our bartender, was very professional and amazing! The service, atmosphere, and kindness will always keep us coming back to this hotel. He provided lots of local recommendations and advice. Barceló is lucky to have him and the rest of the team.

Great Location with Impressive Amenities

We recently stayed at the Barcelo Granada Congress and overall, it was a positive experience. The location is excellent, easy to find, and having on-site parking is a huge bonus—just make sure to budget for it.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. We booked a Super Deluxe room, which, while it had all the usual features, was a bit smaller than we expected and felt somewhat dated. However, it was still good value for the money.

The rooftop pool offers fantastic views, though the lack of adequate shade made it difficult to fully enjoy during the hotter parts of the day. It’s a great spot, but be prepared for limited cover.

The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options catering to many tastes. The dining area is peaceful, enhanced by the gentle sound of the water features, making for a pleasant start to the day.

Another plus is the hotel's proximity to the city centre—only a 15-minute walk straight up the road.

Overall, this hotel offers an impressive location, excellent staff, and good amenities, with the breakfast being particularly noteworthy.

Fantastic hotel. Very easy to get to as right off the motorway but no traffic noise at all in the rooms. Bed extremely comfortable and room spotlessly clean. Nice bathroom with amenity kit and good high pressure shower. Room service was very nice and not as expensive as you'd expect in a 5 star. Breakfast was good, nice selection of hot and cold options and all hygiene measures were enforced by the staff. The check in and check out staff were very courteous and professional. The only negative I would mention is for the hot options at breakfast the mushrooms tasted tinned and just don't compare to fresh, the bacon was weirdly a bit sweet and the only sausages available were mini hot dog style ones. Overall I paid 80€ for one night including breakfast and free cancellation so what you get for that is unbeatable really. I will definitely stay here whenever I am in Granada!
