Located on the Costa Dorada, 100 km from airport of Barcelona, in Salou, in 500 m from Park Port Aventura.
Consists of one 6-storey building.
The hotel has 327 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy, 400 m from the hotel, 3 line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee. Beach towels are not.
Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade.

It's a nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are basic but clean. No tea/coffee facilities, but you can hire a kettle if you want to.
The buffet meals were very good, with a good variety of food on offer. Some of the serving staff were rather abrupt while others were very helpful.
Weather conditions were very poor while there and the staff made every effort to provide indoor entertainment.

Rooms were very old and outdated, only one socket, no tea or coffee making facilities, had to rent a kettle for €3 per night (cheaper to buy one at the supermarket next door). Some of the staff were really nice, others not so friendly. Food was average buffet style, nice enough. Pool was nice and terrace, loads of sunbeds. Average age of guests was above 50, hardly any children although it was mid-Sept so maybe to be expected. Hotel was in an ideal location, 5 mins from beautiful beach, close to everything.

Been here before this was the 3rd time. Great for the kids 2 pools one large and a small kids splash pool. Rooms are very good large balcony to sit on and enjoy. Food is nice and dining room big. There's stacks for kids and adults to do. Very friendly and clean. Well worth going to. Adults pool on the roof also a pool indoors. A gym and massage room.

Just got back from a lovely holiday at this hotel. It is lovely, in a great location and nice relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh bedding & towels on request which is nice. The reception staff are welcoming and very helpful. If any issues they send someone to the room within about 5mins to sort it. Will definitely be staying here again. Also Michael the waiter is very good and efficient at taking drinks order and clearing the tables he works very hard. However in the dining room was a rude waitress Juani she spoke very abruptly to us and made us feel uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of the dining room. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Great location just 5 minutes to the beach. Lovely pool area with good entertainment team (not too pushy but had a good range of activities running if you want to join in/ watch such as water polo, darts, water inflatable etc.) The Reception team extremely polite and professional and always ready to help. Housekeeping team amazing! The slightest downside is that the Dining room service could come across a little rude at times, mainly when the dining room became busy. Hotel is immaculate and smells clean and fresh. We had a large family room which was lovely and included the extras such as kettle and safe.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at H10 Princess Hotel in Salou
I am extremely disappointed with my current stay at the H10 Princess Hotel in Salou. As a loyal customer of H10, I have previously had satisfactory experiences at other H10 hotels, but this stay fell far below my expectations.
From the moment we checked in, we encountered numerous issues that greatly impacted our holiday. Firstly, our room (number 509) had insects in the beds, which not only disturbed us but also left us with uncomfortable bites. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
Additionally, the behavior of some neighboring guests was disruptive and offensive. The constant noise and inappropriate discussions made it impossible for us to relax, and even worse, exposed our baby to an unsuitable environment. It is shocking that a family-friendly hotel would subject its guests, especially infants, to such disturbances.
Furthermore, the breakfast quality was extremely poor. The options were limited. This is a significant departure from the delightful breakfast experiences we have had at other H10 hotels.
One of the most frustrating issues is the sun lounger reservation problem. Guests queue up at 9 am to reserve sun loungers by the pool, only to disappear and leave them unattended for hours. This made it impossible for us to enjoy the pool area with our baby, as there were no available sun loungers. This practice is unfair and prevents guests from fully enjoying their holiday.
Despite the room upgrade offered by the reception, it did not adequately address the core issues we faced. We kindly requested a transfer to the H10 hotel in Tarragona, where we had a highly enjoyable experience previously. However, our concerns were not adequately addressed, and no satisfactory solutions were provided.
It is worth noting that the reception is aware of our complaints, but unfortunately, no suitable resolutions have been offered so far. As we are currently on holiday, we urge the hotel management to take swift action to resolve these issues and salvage the remainder of our holiday.
In conclusion, I urge potential guests to reconsider staying at the H10 Princess Hotel in Salou. The lack of cleanliness, disruptive behavior, poor breakfast quality, and sun lounger reservation issues greatly detract from the overall experience. I hope that the management takes our feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests and families.

Visited this hotel in may/June for 14 nights. Lovely hotel with very friendly staff especially the reception staff that were 5*. Great selection of tasty food at meal times, very clean, room was decorated nice, bathroom was a bit dated but fully functional, ( you don't spend your holiday in the bathroom)entertainment staff were very good especially the children's entertainers, our little granddaughter loved snow white. Overall a very enjoyable holiday and would definitely stay at this hotel again if visiting Salou.

Just got back a few hours ago from a two week stay at Salou Princess, we've had a fantastic time. We were in room 306 which is at the side of the hotel, in a pretty quiet position. Our bed was huge and so comfortable. The fridge and hair dryer were fine, however there is a charge to use the safe and like a lot of Spanish hotels there wasn't a kettle but we had taken our own. The rooms were cleaned daily. Shower could be challenging with the water going from boiling to freezing on a whim.
The staff in the restaurant work so hard and are very efficient, there are a couple of fierce waitresses, with great hand gesticulations and eye rolling, however, some diners deserved it 😊. Plenty choice of food and amazing desserts.
The bar staff were also super efficient and drinks reasonabley priced.
Though we didn't have any children with us, I would highly commend the animation team who kept the little ones entertained and it was a joy to see their little faces light up when they saw any of the crew. Unfortunately didn't get the lady's name, but tall, dark hair, glasses, Snow White was loved by the children. What can I say about Daisy, she certainly kept every age group laughing and as Daisy's alter ego water polo player, he was great fun.
Can't wait to come back. Thanks for a great holiday.
