H10 Salou Princess

We have stayed here so many times and it never disappoints. Amazing location , great rooms and the staff are such a credit to the whole H10 chain. Food great as always and activities around the pool are always good fun. The one and only downside for us this year was the music around the pool was way too loud this year and some afternoons all we wanted was to chill out , chat or read my book but it was on full volume all day long with no break. Already booked to return can't wait to see everyone again.

This was our 2nd visit in the same room 355. We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. We were delighted with the updated room, fresh & white with a pop of colour from the funky art work. The new blue bathroom was great. We have an adapted bathroom and it’s great for my husband in a wheelchair because of amputation, we chatted to another amputee and he was delighted with the bathroom as well. The chair in the shower was great. The shower is so powerful and always hot, the bars by the toilet are great. Love the shampoo, shower gel and conditioner on the wall in the shower. The new shelf is great. Could the chair at the desk be changed for a stool that would push underneath? It would then make it a free route to the balcony in a wheelchair. Sorry to see that the huge safe has not been removed from the wardrobe. It gets in the way of hanging clothes. The reception staff are almost all new but just as lovely as last year. I have seen people complain about grumpy staff, I haven’t met them. The dining staff are lovely and work so hard. The food was lovely at breakfast and evening meal. The cold food is kept well chilled but I do wish the hot was hotter, sometimes getting a warm plate helped. The sweets were delicious. We made good use of the bar in the evening and the entertainment was good, never seen Masai Warriors before. The only thing I didn’t like was the ABBA tribute, one of the voices was like chalk squeaking on a blackboard. The Queen tribute was fabulous. The hotels situation close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the glorious sea front is still fabulous. The security man was also a treasure, helping me by putting the wheelchair in the storeroom when my husband swapped to the scooter that we rented through reception. The scooter arrived within a few hours. We have already booked for May next year and for 11 nights. We feel so at home and looked after. Thank you.

What a brilliant hotel, staff helpful and friendly, food was excellent, such alot if dishes to choose from. All areas kept spotless. Entertainment team Axel and Alnia where the very best. So engaging Happy full of energy. So Respectful l couldn't praise them enough, 100% best l have seen in hotels. Such a great location, easy walk to beach and shops

H10 are good hotels. Salou Princess was a lovely hotel. Breakfast good - plentiful. Dinner was ok. It just got very busy and food repetitive in the evenings. Room was nice, and the air-con was just a god send, so the room was always cool. All in all, a nice hotel which we would visit again. Thank you Salou Princess for a lovely stay.

Excellent Hotel Excellent and varied food. Lovely Bar and pool plus wonderful staff. Clean rooms spotless Hotel can't wait to go back. Bravo H10 Salou. Check in was fast and efficient and the Entertainment was brilliant for all age groups. No steps and a straight walk down to the beach. Sean Woods Trim Ireland. Visited 17th to 24th April 2025.

The hotel is excellent. 5 points for all services. Clean in everything and everywhere. I recommend it to everyone.

The Hotel: Great location for quick beach access, bars & shops, 10/15 mins from Reus airport. Room (501) is clean and cleaned everyday. Bed comfy and shower etc all in good order. It’s by the fire exit and lift shaft so it’s noisy all the time. The balcony is tiny and never sees the sun. Breakfast room is huge and there’s a lot available and all you can eat style . I would recommend NOT paying 6€ top up for breaky as there is a nice coffee/pastry/supermarket next door where you can sit in a much more pleasant atmosphere for less. The pool area is small for the size of hotel and it’s not v relaxing. There is a kids club so there’s music pumping out of portable speakers during the day with sport sessions in and around the pool and bingo etc so it’s not good if you are looking for peace and quiet by the pool. The beach is vast and there’s plenty of places to hire a bed. We went to Tropical/Pepe was the boss. Comfy beds with little safe/lockers, you get a private loo and bar etc. Salou: If you turn left as you are looking at the beach it is neon lights, English bars, lots of touts, touristy, tat shops, Spanish shops cheap, some nice eateries thrown in. However, if you turn right and walk towards the port there are more up market shops and more local/authentic eateries. This was a really good destination for me and my daughter. Still plenty to discover if we come again. We also did a trip to the Central Parc shopping centre in Taragona - it’s definitely teenager shopping heaven. We recommend.

Loved this hotel, the rooms were basic but nice with a good balcony. I wouldn’t rate the buffet awfully high but that’s coming from a fussy eater those who aren’t said it was fine. However, the pool bar is amazing & the surrounding area has heaps of fantastic restaurants and bars especially down near the beach. It’s also within 10 mins of the beach which is great for day and night. There is a supermarket just next door which is also great. The pool area has plenty sun loungers and pool was a good temp. Overall a great stay.
