Nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent food. Can be recommended for all categories of tourists, and, in the first place – for families.

Location: 110 km from Barcelona airport, 15 km from Reus airport, 20 km from the centre of Tarragona is 800 m from the tourist centre of Salou, 200 metres from the beach. The nearest bus stop – 10 m, taxi station – 900 m, night bar 500 m, restaurants – 300 m, supermarket – 200 m, pharmacy – 500 m ATM – 100 m.

Consists of two 7-storey buildings.
The hotel has 315 rooms (non Smoking). There are 7 rooms for the disabled. Access for the disabled to reception, pool, restaurant, bar, restrooms, Elevator.
Beach: public sandy beach in 200 m from the hotel (2-coastline) (Llarga, Playa Capellans or Playa del, 200 m). On the beach umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge. The beach is 1 km away.

From the reception staff to the cleaners you couldn't ask for more friendly and helpful people. Rooms are lovely. Food is Good. Pools great with plenty of sunbeds. Shows every evening.
Food good with buffet islands within the dining room and attentive staff to assist in finding a table and offering advice on the various hot and cold food available.
A 15/20 minute walk to the main large and sandy beach behind which a pleasant park and the busy town can be found.
The food is honestly good for the price I paid. This is not a 4 or t star hotel and I didn't pay 4 or 5 star prices so for what I paid the food was good. Drinks at the bar are cheap and easily available.
The facilities are good as well. The pool is clean and the kids love it and also a smaller kids pool. Plenty of loungers to chill on (get there early). I loved the firm bed and memory foam pillows, best hotel sleep I have had. Note that you pay to use the fridge in the room, I need to store my insulin in a fridge so was not charged (appreciate the consideration).
Restaurant staff and reception are great. Housekeeping is a bit on the slow side when something is requested.
This was a really great value for money stay.

Firstly, I must commend Alina for her exceptional service at the hotel's restaurant. She was not only extremely efficient but also remarkably attentive to every detail. Although everyone in the restaurant is extremely attentive, Alina took the time to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfection. Her willingness to accommodate special requests made each meal a delightful experience. Alina's dedication to ensuring that guests leave with smiles on their faces truly sets this hotel apart.
Equally impressive was the hotel manager, whose attentive and caring nature left an indelible mark on my stay. On the day of our departure, we were faced with an unexpected challenge – there were no taxis available in the area, and we were at risk of missing our flight. It was the hotel manager who stepped in to save the day. He not only arranged for transportation to the airport but personally drove us there to ensure we wouldn't miss our flight. This level of commitment and care is truly rare in the hospitality industry and made our stay unforgettable.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was beyond my expectations, thanks to all the hotel staff's incredible attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile. I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. If you're looking for a hotel that understands the true meaning of customer service and takes it to the next level, look no further – this is the place to stay.
