I chose this hotel because it was perfectly located for my trip and was relatively inexpensive. I am very sensitive to noise and while you can hear some noise from the hall and other rooms it was mostly quiet during my stay. The room was basic but clean, the water in the shower was hot the pressure was good and the heat worked throughout the night and was also quiet. The hotel reception staff was friendly and helpful and there is an official taxi stand out front which was amazing. The hotel staff offered to keep the key for housekeeping while I was away which I declined, I felt safe (the hotel room doors lock with a single deadbolt). Overall I would stay here again.

The room is ok but there is lot noise in the morimg and night also there are ants in the room and hair they didn’t clean it very well also only 1 towel for 2 people I’m not impressed

Tv stuck on channel no volume no remote
Bad smell of drains it rained heavily i was on the 3rd floor
I moved out of the hotel inside of 3h i did not stay the night
On the plus side the location was good. Staff friendly room clean and air con was brilliant

Heavy construction going on on same floor. No chance for relaxation or remote working.
Staff, especially the cleaning staff, very friendly and helpful. Receptionists seem numerous and more or less helpful. All able to communicate in English.

don't stay here! it's a last resort type of place. there are better pensions & hostels in Murcia in the same price range- stay somewhere else. smelled of raw sewage coming from the bathrooms. unwholesome sounds all hours of the day and night. The staff is unpleasant, the hotel smelled of drugs and cigarette smoke in the halls sometimes it comes under your door or through the windows. The staff is unpleasant. There was other people's hair and the smell of smoke under the bed even after switching rooms. Don't come here if you have any other option. Also it didn't feel secure.

Not many services in the hotel, but a nice (albeit small) room, very good aircondition and a good WiFi connection. Good location with many ships and restaurants nearby.

The room was nice for the price. Clean and simple. The only problem was the noise coming from other rooms. I would recommend if it's a short visitar and you don't want to expend a lot

This is a perfect place for an affordable basic room in Murcia. Nice staff and the room had the necessities. I would stay here again. It's also quite easy to find on-street parking for free nearby.

Amazing experience here, staff are so kind and generous. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are warm and clean, we had a lovely night and new year here, will definitely come back

This hostel was so bad. The room was okey, but the service... We were sleeping and at around 1am in the night, a man of the hotel called us on the phone in our room and then came knocking on our door, telling us (in Spanish) to not be so loud. We were sleeping.... The moring after, we were preparing ourselves when the cleaning lady just step in to our room. Mind you, I was naked. We still had one hour to go out of the hostel. What a bad experience, never have I ever experienced such a bad service in my entire life of visiting a lot of Hostels.
