Perfect place to stop on the Camino. The rooms seem to have recently been remodeled and are relatively modern looking and spacious. The bathroom in the room was very clean and modern. It is a good place to stop on the Camino as it is right on the route and is a very good price (I paid 56 euros for 1 night for a single use room with a queen bed). Of my 8+ stops on the Camino, it was definitely the best
Superb! This hotel has great facilities, including restaurant, cafe and outside swimming pool. Between Padron centre and Santiago, ideal to relax. Close by Motorway.
Basic facilities, clean tidy rooms. Pool and garden area very scenic. Do not bother with the restaurant. Breakfast is ok but chaotic; poor layout and eclectic options. We stayed one night.
Not near anything, and that's kind of a bummer, but the hotel is great. Would be nice if instead of multiple restaurants they had a little market.
It’s perfectly fine for spending the night while walking the camino, there are a lot of options for breakfast and overall it was a good experience
Nice hotel in Padron with air conditioning. Very nice staff at reception. Good value for money.

Walking El Camino from Porto I was in a lot of different hotels but this was the best for his price. The room was large and clean. In the price included good breakfast. The hotel is located across railway station , with no noise from the trains but good possibility to explore other towns by train.
Charming service and a pleasure to stay there. It is very near delightful gardens and the Rosalia de Castro museum. Food wholesome and very reasonable.
This two star hotel deserves a four star review. Our group of five pilgrims found this hotel clean, comfortable and the service was exceptional. Alisa took great care of us at dinner and breakfast and gave us directions on what we must see in Padron. It is true the hotel is very close to the train station but it’s not the long cargo trains us Canadians are accustomed to but rather a quick and quiet...
Went on the camino and was the worst value place I stayed. Out of town and generally just a bit grim. Food was bad too. That said, I'm not sure Padron has many options

If you're looking for a delicious meal in a refined setting, there is something on the menu here for all pockets, from the 13 euro pilgrim's menu to the zarzuela of fresh fish and seafood. The pilgrim's menu included a delicious amuse bouche of rich cream of mushroom soup, a hearty bowl of Galician stew and a tender and perfectly cooked cutlet of local beef accompanied by a small salad and freshly...
Just off the beaten path. We had a wonderful nights rest. The restaurant was nice.
Very clean and well maintained hotel with an old fashioned feel. They have their own super modern self service laundry just across the road and, boy, after 10 days walking the pilgrimage route did we ever need it!? I rate Chef Rivera 5 ? for the laundry alone ?. We didn't eat there (I thought it looked a bit on the pricey side) but I really wish we had because the food looked fantastic (we had a...
Nice place. Comfortable and clean. Quiet location near the center of town. Restaurant seemed expensive. We didn't eat there.
Food was great here. The chef has even been visited by the King of Spain! Their big and expensive thing is Lamprey. Staff was courteous, but distant. We spent the night in the hotel which was clean, comfortable, but dated, if that's important to you. I'm really into customer service so I walked away feeling more like a number.

This place is what makes the Camino so special. Lovely hosts. Community dinner where you can socialize with others spending the night there. Pool and garden is amazing. Washing machine and dry tumbler available.
A proverbial oasis. Good food, good beer, good people. Did I mention the pool!? Guillermo and his family will nourish you after a hard day’s hike. An amazing way to set yourself up for your final day into Santiago. Be good to yourself; don’t miss out!
Gorgeous property right at a Camino de Santiago pilgrimage marker. Around the 20 km mark. An old stone farmhouse with gorgeous windows, spaced out beds, a lovely pool, a bar, and plenty of seating. There are old stone fireplaces in a few areas, along with individual bathrooms that had a shower attached, a true luxury in a hostel. It was tranquil, clean, and well worth the price.
O Lagar De Jesus is a wonderful Albergue on the Portuguese route to Camino De Santiago. We wandered into the entrance after a long day walking from Caldas de Reis. Immediately we were welcomed like family by the host Eva. O Lagar De Jesus is a tranquil place to stay to reenergize yourself for the final walk into Santiago de Campostela. Plenty of space for both solitude and camaraderie. Comfortable...
The both who host the albergue are so lovely and caring. We made such a great experience over there. It was definitely the best stay during the whole Camino

A very good stay, good environment, large room, clean, and great service! The hotel owner likes to collect art, so it feels like the hotel is also a museum. I will stay again if I come
Great place but the pool is not open to all guest. Unfortunately, we didn’t check to see that the pool was available to guests without a reservation. Nice quality property with friendly and helpful staff. Area is nicely wooded with a stream running along a walking path. We walked into old town and the cathedral 2.2 miles without issue. Food was good quality and reasonably priced!

Modern hotel with olde world touches in the rooms. Lovely fountain and open plan vista on the inside all floors can be seen from the ground floor and downwards from the top level (breakfast room) with an array of real plants hanging down from each level.
Not a 4 star hotel, first is has mold in the bathroom as seen in the photos. In desperate need of updating. I do need to say the staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. This is what is missing for me for 4 star rating: face/hand towels in the shower, coffee maker, bathrobes, slippers, water to drink, extra pillows, shoehorn, ironing board. While I was able to ask for and receive pillows...
Lines to check in. Rooms were clean, beds good and AC works really good. Guy at the bar super cool.
This hotel is not small in this town. The location is quite convenient, and you can walk to the center. It happened to be a major power outage in Spain, so the hotel provided us with instant noodles.
A nice reception and friendly helpful staff. The room was a reasonable size with a king-size bed, but the mattress was hard. Parking available below the hotel is 12 € per day. Out-of-town location. About 30 minutes walk to the cathedral.
Nice hotel with its own parking. Breakfasts on the top floor with a beautiful view. The room is nice and clean.

Overall great hotel! The common areas are clean and modern, and the staff is very helpful and polite! The breakfast buffet is good, nothing exceptional but great when you don't want to leave the hotel. The rooms are good, spacious. The walls are a bit thin, we could hear chatter from the neighbours. I loved the hotel. We booked a double room for one night and enough to say I would come back again. Super clean, newly renovated, excellent location. We traveled to Santiago for 5 days. The hotel is cozy and very close to everything. The staff and service were wonderful. Very grateful for everything.
Stayed here after completing Camino. Staff was excellent, location was in easy walking distance from Cathedral, good breakfast. Beds ok for tired "pilgrim", otherwise not good (rooms small - no amenities really). Not in a location with a view of anything. Not really a complaint on these last couple - just obseevations.
When booking the hotel, it was described as having air conditioning, but upon check-in, the AC didn't work, and there was only a fan by the bed. The property offers clean, well maintained rooms, that are quite basic. There is no safe, iron nor tea/coffee provision in the room. The location is great though; a 10m walk from the Cathedral with plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast costs only €5 pp, with cereal, bread, fruits and coffee. Overall good value.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, average breakfast. The room was small, but fully sufficient. One thing to improve would be a missing plug close to the desk.
This is the seventh hotel I have used on this trip and it is far and away the best AND the cheapest! Very comfortable room with a view over the town to the eastern hills. Super bathroom. Had my own balcony to sit in the sun and could watch the sunrise from my bed. Maybe 10 minutes walk ftom the station, and 15 from the cathedral. Highly recommended.
Good location for stay there. Easy to get around. My friends and I like to travel.
The location was good, close to the station and tourist attractions. Breakfast was delicious, although there weren't many vegetables. There was a refrigerator, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and a hair dryer, which was appreciated.

Good hotel for couple of nights after the Camino walk. 5 to 10 mins walk to the Cathedral, 5 mins walk to the start of the Rua do Franco with lots of the Taberna, restaurants and cafes. Room is big, shower is a little dated and only 1 tiny lift.
This is my second visit to Santiago de Compostela since last year. The location is close to the cathedral, bus and train stations. There are many restaurants nearby, and there is a mart on the same line, so the location is the best. You should also try the bakery across from the hotel. They also store your luggage. Staff are excellent and bed was the most comfortable I had on the Camino. Bus 6A from airport stops outside the door and express bus to the airport stop is a short walk and costs 1Euro payable to the driver. It is situated close to the Cathedral and all emenities. Breakfast is good and in my opinion it offers excellent value to people who would like to do both the Camino or visit the city!
Good sound insulation, once we closed windows, it was like the city disappeared. Aircon is performing well and is reasonably quiet too.
For the price I expected better. AC appears to be on a timer because it stopped in the middle of the night, I felt the temp change and turned it on again.
The bus from the airport 6A has stop beside the entrance to the hotel, so excellent location. The hotel is very modern and tidy. The bathroom was big. But the best was breakfast 😍❤️🙌🏻 Very delicious Spanish hams and cheese, omelet with potatoes even Santiago Tarte! Thank you!

We stayed here at the end of our Camino from Lisbon. All of the staff were nice and attentive. My wife came down with pneumonia and was hospitalized for 5 days, causing us to delay our flights home. The hotel General manager extended our stay at a very generous rate and made sure we had everything we needed. The most impressive piece to this was that every staff member from housekeeping to breakfast...
Beautiful spacious room with a soaking tub. Just what I needed after walking the Camino. Awesome breakfast too.

Literally across the Old Town, its location is ideal for travellers with no car. You can explore the city on foot, plenty of restaurants, shops and of course, the famous Catedral de Santiago.

I walked the camino from Burgos to Compostela 500+ km. I wanted to treat myself with a nice place...
Pretty nice hotel with good sized rooms for our one night visit to Santiago de Compostela. The manager was nice enough to accommodate us even though I made some booking errors online. Paid underground parking garage was one minute away but tricky to get in and out.
Excellent location and good value for money

They facilitated our check even when their system is down and also assisted us with our luggage to our rooms. They were always attentive to our needs and always there to ensure we will be looked after. This is our...
