A fantastic hotel that instantly reminded me of the elegant decor from the movie Home Alone 2: Lost in New York. The blend of classic charm with modern touches creates a unique atmosphere. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything is spotlessly clean. The central location is perfect—you can reach the cathedral and the university hospital in just a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Generally, a good place to stay, however, it has some drawbacks: (1) it is very noisy - both outdoors and indoors (poor soundproofing!); (2) the prices for the "minibar" are terribly high -worst thing is you don't know the price until you check out :-(. Other than that, it is great in terms of cleanliness, service, and a breakfast!

Room is nice, but a 2 stars hotel room, doors are as per photo. A/C is not working, it makes an awful squeaky noise even with earplugs you cannot sleep. The window opens but you cannot sleep with the avenue of 4 lanes around and the summer heat. Also the internal corridor balcony does not work since the voices and noise from lobby and bar are heard in the rooms. The elevators take too long to reach you and have a disagreeable odor. The corridors’ carpets have patches of discoloration. Needs immediately renovation. Would NOT recommend AT ALL!

Front desk staff was pleasant. Room was awful. Extremely hot and the air conditioning did not work. We complained about it but the room was at least 75-80°F and there was no attempt to move us or fix it. Parking was an absolute nightmare with how tight it is. Would not stay again or recommend.

No working air conditioner and Room is 40 degrees Celsius. Rooms are nice, but I would give it two stars to this hotels not five.

Nice fine dining, dainty white ambience, quiet and peaceful to relax and rest.

Excellent hotel, very cozy space, warm, cozy, clean room. Breakfast dining room, very varied cheese sausages, fruit pastries.... very nice, there is parking and very professional and attentive staff, we felt very welcome hens, we will definitely come back....
