Bellevue Vistanova Hotel

I don’t even know where to start with this disaster of a hotel. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the pictures online were a blatant lie. The lobby smelled like mildew, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping guests—rude and dismissive doesn’t even begin to cover it.

The room was even worse. The sheets were stained, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and there were insects crawling around. I found mold in the shower and a weird sticky substance on the floor. The AC barely worked, making the room a humid nightmare, and the noise from the hallway was constant all night long.

Breakfast? Don’t even bother. Stale bread, watery coffee, and fruit that looked like it was salvaged from the trash. Disgusting. And for the price they charge, I expected at least some level of basic decency.

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Less than a 5 min walk to Palmanova and all the gorgeous restaurants/bars and the beach there. Other than that this place is an absolute dive. When we booked our holiday with Jet 2 this was advertised as a 4 star hotel. It is barely scraped 2 stars in my opinion. It’s probably best for young people who are looking to out on the strip in Magaluf. Other than that don’t bother booking here. Balcony door did not lock, mold on the bathroom roof and holes in the ceiling.. our actual bedroom door did not shut unless you slammed it and the door frame was practically hanging off the wall. Rooms are not cleaned beds are just made and toilet roll replaced. Staff are just unhelpful and miserable in every sense. I wouldn’t of minded these issues if we had paid £300/£400 each for our week stay, but at £650 each i expected at least some cleanliness. It is also not accessible, there is a small ramp leading into the hotel but to get down to Palmanova/the beach/strip it is a very steep hill so if you struggle walking a distance I wouldn’t recommend either.

Well what can I say, just back from a weekend at this cesspit and will never visit again. From the cockroach and ant infested rooms on floor 9 which is below floor 1, to the repetitive nature of the food, this place makes a stay in the worst prison seem attractive. If you have booked to stay here then good luck, but if you’re offered a room starting with a 9 then run and run fast!

Location was good so I can’t fault that however the reception staff are rude I’d explained that if left my hoodie in my room after I’d checked out and asked if I could go get it or if the cleaners had picked it up to be told there’s nothing in the room and I can’t look as there is now people in there however this was before check in?? I know if left it in there so just think this is really odd also the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything going on in the rooms beside you and outside of the room the beds are rock hard and you’re given 1 flat pillow also the food was all tasteless wouldn’t recommended staying here at all
