H10 Las Palmeras

An absolute amazing hotel, my sons first time abroad in his wheelchair, hotel so accessible and staff really attentive. A night in the Italian restaurant was included with our all inclusive and food was amazing, cocktails including in all inclusive too. We had a little issue with my sons shower chair but within a couple of hours one of the receptionist helped us out and had the correct shower chair delivered 😃 the location was perfect for access to beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel, all staff really friendly and accommodating 😃

From the minute my wife and I arrived it was just perfect.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were so friendly. The food was good and there was always a good selection.
We spent most of the time in and around the hotel as the pool area was very spacious with plenty of sunbeds to go around. The pool activities were excellent as were the entertainment staff with a special mention for Xavier and Laura.
We really enjoyed our stay as it was both relaxing and activity full (if you wanted to join in the activities).

What a wonderful hotel, staff on every level were exceptional. Food was excellent, only used buffet restaurant as was so good. Family of 5, got rooms next to each other, paid for sea view, our room did not get sun but did not spoil our holiday. Very clean and exceptional house keeping. Booked A/I only 2 of us had some alcohol. Worth every penny. Only fault we only stayed 7 nights. Will definitely return. This hotel is a must. Just some ignorant guests who put towels on beds.

The animation team, Javier, Marta and Yumara were absolutely fabulous and made the holiday. They were so friendly, helpful and funny. They were the face of the hotel and did an amazing job. The hotel is everything that is needed for a perfect holiday. The rooms were small but more than adequate. They were kept clean and maid service was excellent. The facilities were perfect and never ant issues getting a sun bed. The entertainment in the evenings was superb. The food is typically all inclusive and not always warm. All in all an enjoyable holiday.

Stayed here multiple times as a child and always remember what a lovely hotel it was so thought I would bring my partner. Just as I remembered an amazing hotel! Damion on the front desk went above and beyond for us, what a lovely man. The food was amazing each night and the breakfast was lovely. Great location and lovely rooms! will definitely be back next year!

Very good hotel in a nice location. Only complaint is that room was not cleaned a couple of days and sheets did have noticeable stains, so have not been changed. However Staff are great, Javier is very friendly and welcoming (should be pro in table tennis). Night entertainment staff are very enthusiastic and great with children

The animation team has been absolutely fantastic, bubbly and so much fun. We had the best time at evening entertainment and day time activities. However, we felt the food in the buffet was not the best as there were little to no vegetarian options, as well as the service being awful by your employees. They have been quite rude when we ask for help at reception and the buffet. I have also been disappointed with the room cleaning service as nothing was cleaned daily, they only managed to make the bed. I will not be returning to this hotel ever.

The hotel is in a good location if you like to dance, drink and bar in night. It is just next to the beaches. If you like parties, it may be a good choice. If you like quiet, suggest you to find another hotel away from Las Americas.

I come with my family (4 persons) and got a family room next to the pool side. It is quite spacious with 2 storeys, 2 bedrooms in upper level and a living room and pantry in the lower level.

The interior of the room is a bit age but it is clean and tidy. However, the power of the room trip for a couple of times during our stay (4 nights). I guess it is related to the age of the interior. They did response quickly on this. A bit annoying but not have big impact on our stay.

The staff is nice and helpful.

I need to say thank you that they noticed my wife's birthday and did some small surprise to my wife which make this trip even wonderful.

Stayed with my partner and a friend and we absolutely loved it, breakfast has plenty of choice but not one of our favourite meals anyway, dinners were also good mixing it up each night. Cocktails were unreal, all the alcohol served is premium brands if you ask for a Malibu they pour you one, they don’t use local beer or alcohol. Beer is estrella, and they have a gorgeous lemon beer too. The snack bar (pool bar) was amazing for dinner you order and They cook for you, there’s also a buffet inside. 2 large pools amazing we loved a nice chilled day whilst we were round them so relaxing. They play water polo every day and have other various day time entertainment. Perfect location short walk to hard rock and fountains, lovely beach down there, about 10 minute walk to Veronica’s which is each to there own. Some nice beach clubs that way, beach front has loads of restaurants plenty to do round here. Overall we had a fantastic stay here. Would definitely recommend and return. The only downfall for us was the entertainment there is only a small area for it so hard to see past the trees and wasn’t great we only stopped in one night which we were only planning to do once anyway.
Rooms are spacious if you have a “street view” like us it was still a lovely view of the mountains. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. Thank you for an amazing stay.
