The hotel works on system "all inclusive" and has an extensive range of services for children and adults, which allows to recommend it for a family holiday. Reviews
The rooms are spacious, modernly furnished, and always impeccably clean. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring you’ll rest like never before.
The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. From the receptionists to the restaurant team – everyone goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and provide everything they need.
When it comes to dining, the hotel offers a variety of delicious dishes that will delight even the most discerning gourmets. The breakfast buffet is abundant and filled with fresh ingredients, while lunch and dinner are unforgettable experiences thanks to the creative menu and local specialties.
Moreover, there are plenty of activities in the surrounding area, from beaches and water sports to beautiful nature excursions.
The hotel’s location is another big advantage – right in the heart of Costa Adeje, just a few minutes’ walk from stunning beaches, luxurious shops, and restaurants.
Overall, AluSoul Costa Adeje is a place I highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday. You’ll feel pampered and leave with the feeling that you’ve experienced something truly special. If you’re planning a trip to Tenerife, this hotel is the number one choice!
Great location, spectacular sea view
Beautiful hotel, if a little run down
Room had everything I needed apart from milk
A comfy bed and an awesome shower
Cleaned everyday
Cons
There was no air conditioning (despite advertised) I asked to repair 4 days, on the 5 th Nunes tells me Spanish law has banned it.
No fan
Fire alarm went off 4.51 am
Receptionist could improve their attitude
Certain areas still being renovated
You will be treated like cattle
I am staying at AluaSoul Costa Adeje under reservation number 35004036 and I am thoroughly disappointed with the experience.
1) Upon arrival, the receptionist, Nunes, was unwelcoming and inattentive, taking calls while I waited for assistance. Despite the hotel not being fully booked, I was denied early check-in and had to wait until 3 PM, leading to a crowded reception area.
2) The hotel has only one outdated and slow elevator, which is inadequate for a property of this standard.
3) While the room is modern and the bed comfortable, there is a persistent sewage odor that makes the stay unpleasant.
4) The all-inclusive package is misleading. Premium coffee and a variety of cocktails are not included, and the limited options available are subpar.
5) The pool area does not match the promotional photos; instead of stylish wooden loungers with white cushions, there are basic plastic ones.
6) The buffet staff appears stressed and unfriendly, with slow service and delays in replenishing items like milk.
7) Evening bar service is understaffed, leading to long waits, and I observed staff taking personal calls during service. Juan Carlos is extremely unfriendly, never smiles and his first reaction on every order is "no is included in All In" even if it is.
Overall, the hotel is overpriced for the quality of service provided. The staff’s lack of professionalism and the numerous shortcomings makes for a disappointing stay. I am seeking appropriate compensation for this unsatisfactory experience.
FUN FACT: Last night at the bar, I asked for a glass of water. One bartender took a bottle of water, but his colleague quickly stopped him, saying, “This isn’t included in all-inclusive; all-inclusive only covers tap water.” They don’t even have a tap at the bar, so I was told they couldn’t serve me any water.
Our room was lovely and the service was excellent.
Most common areas have been refurbished to a very good standard and I do like that it's now adult only (16+).
The pool are has been completely re-moddled and is nicely laid out although It has reduced in size since the refurb and I think is a bit small for a hotel with over 220 rooms. There is only 1 mixed sex toilet for the whole pool area which is a bit poor too.
We stayed B&B in a My Favourite club room with sea view and the room was very nice and the shower was lovely with nice shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in there too.
The breakfast was OK, the cooked food item were not the best with no rotation over the week we stayed and poor quality sausages and the usual strange bacon . The eggs station was better and the cold selection was fine.
But do not go here if you need reliable wi fi. The wi fi in our room was poor, so over the course of my first 2 days there I complained to 3 different front desk staff and received 3 different answers. It was never fixed or improved during our entire 7 day stay.
Also, at one point I asked the front desk how to make reservations for the a la carte restaurant and was told to speak to the buffet staff. When I asked the buffet staff, I was told the a la carte restaurant was closed, and have been for some time. Why didn't the front desk know this?
Last note about the front desk staff...I asked one of them to call a cab. And was told to go outside and get into the first cab that pulled up. 🙄
Beside terrible wi fi, and what I can only politely refer to as a confused and unknowledgeable front desk, my overall stay was great.
The buffet staff were all great and everyone else were friendly.
The pool and pool bar was great.
The next day, we got a beautiful room with a pool view and sea view balcony.
The all-inclusive dining was a pleasant surprise, and the restaurant staff were courteous and professional. The hotel was spotless, and the pool area had all-day sun exposure.
It was a great experience.
Cannot comment on the food as I did not eat here. Even though I was bed and breakfast.
The beds were comfortable and good air-conditioning. The sea views were amazing.
