H10 Gran Tinerfe - Adults Only Hotel

We spent 7 nights at the hotel and enjoyed every moment. The reception team was warm and professional – we arrived early and were able to use the facilities straight away.

Spacious, clean room with a sea-facing balcony – the sunset view was stunning.

Great variety of food in all four restaurants. The bars were lively, and the drinks – even on the all-inclusive – were high quality and beautifully presented.

Daytime activities included games and pool foam parties, and in the evening there were excellent live shows.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive holiday with great service. We would definitely come back!

Just returned from a fantastic stay at H10 Gran Tinerfe, and there’s so much to praise about this hotel.

Positives:
• Exceptionally clean, friendly, and well-maintained throughout.
• The staff are outstanding—especially Salvia on reception and Elvira and Maryanna from the animation team, who both went above and beyond.
• The main buffet offers a great selection with freshly cooked meats prepared daily by the chef for both lunch and dinner.
• There are three on-site restaurants available to some board guests for more varied dining options.
• An in-house coffee shop serves cakes, coffee, and ice cream—perfect for a midday treat.
• Three pools: Two larger ones kept at a lovely temperature, and one smaller square pool that’s more peaceful and suited to older guests.
• Daily animation schedule, evening entertainment with quality acts, and plenty of activities including tennis, ping pong, and a pool table.
• Rooms are modern, spotless, and cleaned daily, with a mini-bar restocked with 2 Cokes and 4 waters each day.
• Amazing air conditioning, plus three jacuzzis and four VIP beds around the pool, all free to use.
• The hotel is perfectly located—right by Playa de las Américas but without the noise of the strip. It’s arguably more Playa than Costa Adeje, but in a peaceful zone.
• Adults-only, which helps keep the vibe relaxed and calm.

Minor Negatives:
• Bar snacks need improvement—options were limited to pre-made sandwiches, salted crisps, and basic snacks.
• The confusion between American and British terms was a small but noticeable issue—especially when “fish and chips” turned out to be fish served with crisps (potato chips), not fries. Clearer labeling would help avoid this kind of mix-up.
• No self-serve drinks at meals or poolside—it’s all bar service. At busy times this can mean a wait, especially for second or third rounds. That said, waits were rarely more than 3–5 minutes outside and usually no wait indoors.
• Some room furnishings show light wear, which is understandable given the volume of guests (estimated over 3,000 at full capacity).

Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations. Great food, welcoming atmosphere, and top-tier facilities—highly recommended for a relaxing adult getaway.

By far the best 4star hotel i have ever stayed at ...the food quality,variety and choice of on-site places to eat was superb. So so clean and the friendliness and service from staff was amazing.
Excellant facilities and I would recommend going all inclusive...only negatives for me personally is some of the decor in the rooms is a bit dated/worn however still spotless. Also the smoking area is right next to the table tennis...overall I will def return ..well done this is how a hotel should be run!

Had a beautiful week here and have already booked for next year. Very clean hotel, the staff are amazing, friendly staff. Three beautiful pools and three jacuzzi. We went for privilege and absolutely loved the experience. Not one issue with finding a sun bed, no matter what time of day. The only thing was the meals in Mirador were so large, we struggled to eat a whole meal but the food was lovely with really nice speciality restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want a bit of luxury, that is near to everything.

We stayed at the H10 for a week and I can honestly say, it was perfect as well as the location in Adeje.

The room was lovely and clean with a wonderful maid who cleaned our room each day leaving a little flower.

Reception was fantastic, nothing a problem and always went out of their way to help.

Restaurants with a great selection of food for breakfast and dinner were so yummy that we had to keep trying... the menu changed each night so you never got bored.

The highlight was all the staff, they really want your stay at the hotel to be the best it can be... we will be back again very soon.

We just came back from our holiday and I would like to share my opinion on my experience at the hotel. The hotel looked nice both outside and inside, and the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and always clean. Food's good too. However, the pools were so cold that most just ended up in the jacuzzi or stayed around the pools. The pool water was colder than the water in the beach. One downside was that, even though it was an all-inclusive hotel, there was still a deposit required for beach towels (which you do get back). You also had to pay €1 per person every time you wanted to change it into a clean towel, which was inconvenient. The safe was also something you had to pay for. Booking dinner each day became frustrating as well. When ordering drinks like water, Fanta, Coca-Cola, cocktails, or beer, anything in the all inclusive deal, you had to keep scanning your wristband each time. Additionally, you couldn’t take a bottle of water or a snack from the main restaurant, which made going out for tours more difficult.

For an all-inclusive, I felt a bit monitored as there was a lack of casualness or freedom compared to other hotels that I've stayed at. It was the small things that became annoying. But overall, the stay was really nice stay, and I'm still grateful for the memories there.

The 5 stars are well deserved. The staff was super friendly. The buffet has so many choices that there is always something for anyone and the room was beautiful and new. A lot of activities all day around to enjoy. A special thank you to Pedro who went the extra mile for our tv problem.

Just a quick 4 night break here in the sun. Sea view room with great views. Food was very good (only used the buffet restaurant). The restaurant gets very busy and you have to book for an evening meal. Entertainment was very good every night and again it gets very busy so you need to get a seat early. There are three pools. The rectangular pool by the spa and gym is the warmest and is in the shade for a lot of the morning.
