H10 Gran Tinerfe - Adults Only Hotel

Beautiful hotel. Very clean, staff are extremely friendly. It's a beautiful setting to holiday. The dining area and bars are overlooking the sea. The chill bar is a relaxing area to chill out in the evenings. Plenty of sunbeds available around the three pools. The only thing I can comment negatively on is that all inclusive bands are cut off when you check out, even on a late flight so you have a voucher for lunch but have to pay for drinks even though we didn't arrive until 11.30pm on the first night loosing a whole day of all inclusive. Also you pay a deposit for the pool towels that's given back , you have to pay a small charge for them to be changed . Dany, the entertainment guy was fab, looked forward to his antics every day. He would sit and chat with us in the evening, he was a great guy. We would definitely go back

From start to finish this holiday was amazing, the first holiday we've been on where we did not want to come home. We have been to Gran Tinerfe twice before and enjoyed it but it has definitely upped its game since our last visit. The hotel is central for everything and quite flat, 7 euros to get into the heart of Playa de las Americas. We had 10 days, AI, superior room with sea view on 5th floor, what a view, room was cleaned daily by Innes who was fabulous, it was lovely to come back to a clean fresh room daily. All areas of the hotel are spotless, I am peculiar about toilets but they were exceptional, except the outside pool bar although that was no fault of the cleaning staff. The restaurants have always something to suit all tastes, my husband can be a picky eater but never came back from the buffet with an empty plate. Men do not have to wear long trousers in the summer, smart attire is expected at dinner but i think that is not to much to ask. The bar staff work extremely hard to keep all guests supplied, we never had to wait any longer than 15 mins to get a drink, less at the pool bar, politeness is the key here, I heard a few guests being rude to bar staff because they had to wait, this is unacceptable. The entertainment is fantastic, through the day and night, Dani and his team are brilliant, although we did not join in, due to limited mobility, we had so many laughs watching the activities and evening shows. Everything was just fabulous, we have already booked for 14 days for next September

This is the 3rd time this year we have stayed at h10 gran as we really enjoy staying at this hotel. We book or upgrade to privilege every stay which gives you a la carte breakfast and evening meal which is the main reason we book. The staff in the restaurant are amazing so friendly and give a great friendly service and nothing is so much trouble. Most people are repeat clients which says it all. There’s lots of other great things about this hotel, privilege lounge, pools, bars etc. great location and good value for money, but most of all the service. We will be back again in December.

We're at the hotel now and wanted to say,this place is amazing,every meal has been spot on,plenty of choice,we are all inclusive. Lobby Bar is a nice relaxing place for an evening drink,terrace bar is also great for a sunset drink. Some reviews say service is slow,NOT in our experience,as soon as you sit down be it in the restaurant or the bars at night you are asked what you would like by the bar waiters. Never struggled to get a sunbed. The Italian is also a must visit,great experience. Hotel is in a great location for shopping and restaurants but with food this good why go outside. Another happy H10 customer,we have been to many and never disappoint.

We spent 7 nights at the hotel and enjoyed every moment. The reception team was warm and professional – we arrived early and were able to use the facilities straight away.

Spacious, clean room with a sea-facing balcony – the sunset view was stunning.

Great variety of food in all four restaurants. The bars were lively, and the drinks – even on the all-inclusive – were high quality and beautifully presented.

Daytime activities included games and pool foam parties, and in the evening there were excellent live shows.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive holiday with great service. We would definitely come back!

Just returned from a fantastic stay at H10 Gran Tinerfe, and there’s so much to praise about this hotel.

Positives:
• Exceptionally clean, friendly, and well-maintained throughout.
• The staff are outstanding—especially Salvia on reception and Elvira and Maryanna from the animation team, who both went above and beyond.
• The main buffet offers a great selection with freshly cooked meats prepared daily by the chef for both lunch and dinner.
• There are three on-site restaurants available to some board guests for more varied dining options.
• An in-house coffee shop serves cakes, coffee, and ice cream—perfect for a midday treat.
• Three pools: Two larger ones kept at a lovely temperature, and one smaller square pool that’s more peaceful and suited to older guests.
• Daily animation schedule, evening entertainment with quality acts, and plenty of activities including tennis, ping pong, and a pool table.
• Rooms are modern, spotless, and cleaned daily, with a mini-bar restocked with 2 Cokes and 4 waters each day.
• Amazing air conditioning, plus three jacuzzis and four VIP beds around the pool, all free to use.
• The hotel is perfectly located—right by Playa de las Américas but without the noise of the strip. It’s arguably more Playa than Costa Adeje, but in a peaceful zone.
• Adults-only, which helps keep the vibe relaxed and calm.

Minor Negatives:
• Bar snacks need improvement—options were limited to pre-made sandwiches, salted crisps, and basic snacks.
• The confusion between American and British terms was a small but noticeable issue—especially when “fish and chips” turned out to be fish served with crisps (potato chips), not fries. Clearer labeling would help avoid this kind of mix-up.
• No self-serve drinks at meals or poolside—it’s all bar service. At busy times this can mean a wait, especially for second or third rounds. That said, waits were rarely more than 3–5 minutes outside and usually no wait indoors.
• Some room furnishings show light wear, which is understandable given the volume of guests (estimated over 3,000 at full capacity).

Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations. Great food, welcoming atmosphere, and top-tier facilities—highly recommended for a relaxing adult getaway.

By far the best 4star hotel i have ever stayed at ...the food quality,variety and choice of on-site places to eat was superb. So so clean and the friendliness and service from staff was amazing.
Excellant facilities and I would recommend going all inclusive...only negatives for me personally is some of the decor in the rooms is a bit dated/worn however still spotless. Also the smoking area is right next to the table tennis...overall I will def return ..well done this is how a hotel should be run!
