One of the few hotels working on system "all inclusive". Ideally located in the Central part of the resort. The hotel has a large area: the apartment is located in the left part, the other part is occupied by a Park, a mini zoo, swimming pools. Cosy hotel with good animation for a family holiday.

Amazing place beautiful gardens and lovely pools especially the hidden pool.
The staff are so friendly and happy and helpful.
Food was absolutely top notch, different choices made fresh and deserts were to die for lol.
Entertainment was brilliant the shows were sooo good and Entertainment staff were amazing different shows every night!

Overall a great place to spend your vacation!
Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by friendly reception staff who checked us in and showed us everything about the hotel which was really helpful. I gave them a laugh as I thought I had managed to lose my passport between the airport & the hotel but having a bag with so many zip pockets it was just well hidden.
The rooms are clean and well maintained. Loved the walk in shower made it easier to use with my sun burn after day 1 (oops).
All the staff were fantastic and truly made you feel welcome all day everyday. Particular shout out to David the bar tender who saw us venturing towards the bar and had the drinks at the ready :). The on-site entertainment had everything you need for adults and Children. The day time and evening entertainers were great, still have the song they dance to stuck in my head haha. I was particularly impressed with the wildlife they have on site (Parrots, Guinea Pigs, Ducks which my son would love, although the parrots could do with being more polite ;)
The food was great, always a bit hit and miss with an all inclusive but this was certainly a hit.
Wish I had stayed longer than 4 days but will certainly be going back and taking more of us along for the fun.

What truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. They were all extremely kind, respectful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Every team member was lovely and attentive.
The entertainment team was also fantastic—friendly, energetic, and engaging. One of them, Fabio, stood out with his warm personality. Talking with him was a pleasure, and his enthusiasm added a lot of positive energy to our stay.
I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!
Location was good too, close to beaches and the main street (was a bit noisy at nights)
Not everything was perfect, I had ants everywhere in my room. Also the WIFI was terrible: entering all your personal data and validating email to connect each time, and it would disconnect after 5 minutes of idleness. They must be doing this on purpose, so that less people are using it.
The staff is very friendly. On my last day i forgot my videostatif in the hotel and the people at the reception organized with David from Tui that i got it back with another transferbus from hotel to Airport. Thank you so much!!!

Tenerife is brilliant
1. Very dirty rooms and cleaning ladies don't know how to do their job. The floor was even dirtier after their "cleaning". Old and not fresh towels. The furniture in the room is quite old and even smells like old.
2. The variety and volume of food was good but the taste.... Looks like grill men do their best to cook all meat/fish/seafood as "very well done" as possible. Everything from grill is tasteless, not marinated or even seasoned. Fruits and vegetables aren't good too, plastic tomatoes and very sour kiwi/oranges/grapefruits. Pizza/pasta/sweets and watermelons were good though.
3. Be ready for cold water in swimming pool in October. It was known in advance that heating is on from November only.
4. Very bad sound isolation between the rooms.
5. In high season (when autumn school vacation started in Europe) it wasn't possible to find free table in restaurant for breakfast. Also be ready to fight for a food for breakfast, not enough when hotel is full. We were lucky to arrive to the hotel 5 days before that massacre began.
6. Wifi connection is weird. I should confirm my email every time when try to connect to it? Even after my phone is locked for 5 mins I should repeat it every time, seriously?
7. Staff is very positive and helpful. Location is amazing and beautiful. Garden/zoo in hotel are very good.
