Had a good time here, the rooms are spacious, even the single room. The bathroom was renovated, the bed comfortable(the pillows could be better though). I liked the room layout a lot. There was a lot of food, not all of which was tasty but I could always find something to eat. Unlimited drinks at the bar as well. At dinner you get to share a table with some other guests but I think it's a good way to meet people.
Location was good too, close to beaches and the main street (was a bit noisy at nights)

Not everything was perfect, I had ants everywhere in my room. Also the WIFI was terrible: entering all your personal data and validating email to connect each time, and it would disconnect after 5 minutes of idleness. They must be doing this on purpose, so that less people are using it.

I ve been in this hotel first time in 1992. Now in 2025 i came back to see my favourite hotel from the past and i still love it. Especially the tropical garden, the pool area and the short way to the beach.
The staff is very friendly. On my last day i forgot my videostatif in the hotel and the people at the reception organized with David from Tui that i got it back with another transferbus from hotel to Airport. Thank you so much!!!

Tenerife is brilliant

our first time in Tenerife and so happy we chose this hotel. Location is perfect, the staff are all so friendly and helpful. We didn't spend much time in the hotel but when we did it felt like home from home. Food is amazing, so much choice, and the saltwater pool is paradise 😍 thank you for a lovely stay x

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has its own atmosphere, its very cozy and makes you feel at home. Awesome job done by the animation team! I mean they basically have done all preparation for New Year’s Eve by themselves! Even all decoration were handmade. The shows are good and we really really miss the mini disco❤️🦛 We would give the hotel even 5 stars, but SADLY NOT ALL POOLS were heated - especially the kids pools with the slides. It was actually our biggest disappointment. There were basically no kids in these pools. I understand that it’s has its economic reasons, but that’s really made us sad. Otherwise, the food is also ok for 3 stars standards and the restaurant team is doing great work. We would really love to return, but the pool issue will be definitely the dealbreaker. Anyway, thank you amigos!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Food 10/10 clean and stunning place to stay

We stayed from 4.10.2021 till 11.10.2021 and were very happy with the place. The location is great - with plenty of beaches and restaurants/shops real close around, but it s quite a challenge to park close to the hotel if you rent a car (be prepared for a long wait and lots of circling around). The room was nice - not extremely large, but the fact was compensated by a nice balcony/terrace. I liked that the sleeping area was separated from the "living room" area - u don t get that often in modern hotels these days. Everything in the room was clean and although the furniture seems to be a bit dated, nothing was broken/dirty/bad - the rooms, including equipment and bathroom, are well maintained. The room was really comfortable to stay in, although the mattresses seemed a touch too soft to my liking. The layout of the hotel is great - many atria with lots of plants, feels very "open" and "airy" - in a good way. The same goes for the swimming pool area. Really felt like being in a park. They even keep their own parrots and guinea pigs. The hotel grounds are well maintained and clean, swimming pool and floors were cleaned regularly. The same goes for the rooms. Food was absolutely great - many choices, some items retained, others changed each day over the course of the stay. The whole restaurant staff deserves a big thank you and a hat down. The pizza was among the best I ve had ever. The capacity of the restaurant was limited, due to Covid measures, which made it sometimes difficult to find a table - if the whole room was allowed to be used, Im sure there would be no issues. The staff did their best to deal with issue as well as they could. Dont pay much attention to some of the negative reviews - yes, there are stairs and no elevators, but I can imagine this being a problem only if you re with a really small kid or if you have a movement disability. I did not mind the stairs at all. Yes, there is no air conditioning in the room - we did not at all miss it and it was pretty warm over our stay. Only saw one cockroach on a tree in the garden - I guess it s normal there s a bug in a garden and then, it s really not like the kind of roaches we get in Europe. Not a single one anywhere in the room, balcony or any other hotel premises. If you re looking for a nice, well located, calm, and simple place, this is a hotel for you. It s not one of those "posh & expensive" places that scream "price tag", but it s everything (and more) you want for a relaxing holiday. I d have no problem coming back again, which is as good a recommendation as any.
