Location: 18 km from Tenerife South airport, 2 km from the centre of Playa de Las Americas, on the second shoreline (500 m from the beach).
Included in the group of HOVIMA hotels.
Consists of one 4-storey building with an Elevator and one 2-storey building without a lift. The hull is built in the shape of the letter "P", so part of the rooms with views of the ocean and the other overlooking the street and pool.
The hotel has 174 rooms.
Beach: public sandy (beach of Fañabe), 500 m from the hotel (2-coastline). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Poolside umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free (except for beds). Pool towels: free. The beach is 1 km away.

The staff are all extremely helpful, friendly and seem to be very happy in their work.
The rooms are well equipped, although a couple of bowls for the evening dips would be fab! Always extremely clean, towels and bed linen freshly laundered.
Pool facilities are superb and clean, very well maintained.
Restaurant provides a selection of dishes each evening. There is always something to enjoy.
Over all a fabulous break mainly aimed, in my opinion, at the more mature visitors!
The drinks in the pool area are reasonable (cheap by London standards!). Food is plentiful and there is a great choice. It’s a 10-minute walk to the sea, the beach is quite small but nice. Restaurants are excellent and there quite a few shops although most sell exactly the same thing.
Minor criticism would be that the Wi-Fi is quite poor depending on where you are in the building and the evening entertainment can be quite loud if your room is near the pool area.
Overall if you’re looking timeout by the pool or on the beach or if you’re looking to save money by eating in, this is the place for you.
Away with a teenager and a 9 year old, we have all loved this holiday.
Rooms appeared to have been just redecorated. However, bathroom needs some TLC. Bath not very deep, not refurbished yet, as of Jan 25. At 8.45 pool opened, at 8.55 most sunbeds taken but not a single person on them till at least 9.30, some empty most of the morning. Life guard tried to remove towels on some that were vacant. Food was good some nights, and ok other nights, always something to eat. Lunch snacks were much better in my opinion.
Drinks ok, but says a large beer is 0.5litre, but is served in a 0.4l glass, one lady waitress never filled glass to the mark, and added lots of foam, when served by her, I only got about0.25l beer! So I stopped buying it, please make note Hovima. Overall it was a good stay, good location if you are mobile, close to shops and marina. Shame they could not make use of their roofs as great sea views from there. Would I stay again ...yes. pillows need changing for something more comfortable. Cleaners were good.
The staff at the hotel were truly outstanding—always smiling, kind, and eager to help. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Cathaysa, a lovely receptionist who made us feel very welcome.
While the hotel is nice, the bathrooms do feel a bit dated, and the cleanliness wasn’t quite up to the standard we expected. As for the food, it was decent but lacked variety, especially at dinner, where the menu seemed repetitive. The breakfast selection was also a bit underwhelming—there was no fresh fruit, no gluten-free options, and not many sweet choices.
That said, aside from the food and the cleanliness, everything else was fantastic, and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the wonderful team for making it such a memorable experience!
