Pure Salt Garonda - Adults Only Mini-hotel

Nice place - good location
Beds are way too soft but overall a solid property

We had a fantastic stay at Pure Salt Garonda, the location, room and breakfast was 10/10. A special mention to both Miguel & Toni who made sure we were catered for, they provided an excellent service and had such bubbly/happy personalities, always had a smile on their face and so polite.

We had the best chilled out and much needed holiday in ages, even though the hotel is in a very busy resort, which has changed so much since we were last here 10 years ago.
The rooms are clean, light, airy, and very spacious with plenty of amenities. The AC was a bit poor as the weather was really nice for the end of April. This is truly my only negative.
The pool and terrace areas are on the first floor, and even though the strip is filled with constant groups of high-spirited Germans, the laidback playlist and breeze seems to block it all out.
There's also a rooftop bar with a small pool and loungers, which we visited on arrival, but I preferred the spacious first floor terrace.

I enjoyed the spa and used it most days as i found the pool and sauna really relaxing. I booked the special offer treatments with Cati. She was superb. I enjoyed her massage technique on a day I really needed it. I left feeling as if I was floating and booked my partner in for the following day to benefit from Cati's touch.

We were on a half board package, and I didn't really read up on the restaurants and expected the usual buffet and thought we'd probably head through to our favourite Palma restaurants if it was. I was wrong and most impressed. Yes, breakfast is a buffet, and it offers everything you'd want and more. There's are 3 restaurants to dine with, Mikel & Pintxo, which is a Spanish tapas restaurant on the ground floor. Always busy and we enjoy our meal the night we ate here. A block away is L'A, which is an Italian restaurant. We dined here half of our stay as the vibe, food, staff and their very friendly service made it always a great experience. But our favourite was Salty, on the first floor of the hotel. The food was excellent. It was more like a fine dining experience. We so enjoyed here that we booked several times. The staff here are superb, Jose, Tony, and Miguel, who was an absolute star during our full stay. They were all very approachable, chatty, and friendly. We felt so well looked after, and nothing was a problem.
All staff we encountered were the same, from reception to housekeeping. The hotel has a great team, and we enjoyed our time so much, half way through this holiday, we rebooked again for next year.

We had a great time in this amazing hotel. Great breakfast, ocean-view, close to Palma, everything very clean und the stuff is amazing.

A Fantastic Stay!
I am just back from 5 nights in your hotel and have had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A few things I would like to note is that it should be mentioned at reception when checking in that you must book your spa time as we were not told this and we thought we could go whenever. Our room also smelled very musty when we arrived which lasted for two days before we aired it out leaving the balcony door open. We also noticed a similar musty smell in the porch of the hotel at the hotel’s entrance. Otherwise, the spa was so lovely and very clean and the hotel is very unique and well laid out. We will be back!

Had the best time here. I wanted to say a huge thank you to Jose and his team on the rooftop pool area. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and the service was exceptional! Sofi always had the biggest smile and was so welcoming. Thank you for making our time so amazing (and for getting me a cheesecake :) )

The hotel was superb. We used all the facilities, the gym was small but had everything for a quick workout, the spa was amazing, and the roof top pool was heavenly. We used 2/3 of the hotel restaurants and the quality of the food was unmatched! Highly recommend the Italian and tapas restaurants. The rooms were clean and lovely for our quick trip and all the staff were so lovely. The breakfast was also included and the variety each day was amazing, even though the buffet area is small they still have everything you would need. Highly recommend this hotel and would return if I go back to Palma.

Overall the hotel is comfy and nice. Breakfast spread is amazing. I came in mid April and air conditioning in room was not on and the room was very very warm. Would have appreciated knowing this before going.
