First of all remember this is a one star hotel.
If you are going to and from the airport and looking for an overnight state, this is definitely value for money. It has a really good location close to the airport, but also close to the beach and a lot of restaurants and bars.
The service was super friendly and very fast
The room was very simple and the very short, but it had a balcony.
So my 4 stars are based on this is only an⭐️1 hotel. Lot of value for money.

Flight canceled so had to get a hotel for 2 nights it's a real gem 5 mins from beach nice restaurant nice pool Very helpful staff

ame to Raxa for a weekend trip from Friday to Monday, and it was perfect for a short stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were made fresh every day except Sunday. The staff were very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Great location for a short trip. Would definitely return!

Great place to stay.
We had 2 apartments on the top floor, with a big balcony all around.
The rooms and apartments are a bit barren, but the location is perfect if you want to enjoy the beach (2min walk), the charm of the Can Pastilla marina (20min walk) and the wild parties of El Arenal (20min walk). All this close to the airport, but in a calm side street. There is also an outdoor pool, located in a patio (not streetside), very enjoyable.
Connection to Palma city centre by bus, easily accessible, direct.
Special thanks to our hosts : they were very helpful, speak Spanish, German, English and a tiny bit of French, are very accommodating, and all their recommendations turned out to be very good experiences.

Me and my girlfriend had a lovely time at Hotel Raxa. Sadly we enjoyed our trip so much that we didn’t take that many pictures. We ate a lot at the hotels restaurant which was a great decision, food was always fresh and tasty, for a fair price. The restaurant is run by an Italian chef and the food tastes just like the one in Naples. The rooms were also delightful, very clean and comfortable and with a great lateral see view. The location was great too, close to the beach and also a bus station that can take you directly to Palma. Lastly we want to thank the staff who always made sure we were having a good time and provided us with information on the best places to visit. We will be back!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Traveling alone, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The location is perfect; the hotel is literally two blocks from the beach promenade. The bar tender was super nice and the food was great! Everything was clean. The pool was inviting, clean and perfect temperature with plenty of lounge chairs. The restaurant is right there, so you can eat poolside, inside, or on the terrace facing the street. The only downside was that as an older person, aches and pains tend to be an issue, and the bed a little too soft for my back.

A great budget stay in a great location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The beach, shops, bars and restaurants were only a 2 minute walk away. Rooms are basic but perfectly adequate for the low cost. The best thing about the hotel is the unassuming restaurant. They have recently taken on an Italian chef called Francesco. The quality of his food is amazing and his passion for food is obvious by his enthusiasm and presentation. The bread is home baked and everything is made and prepared by Francesco. The portion size is very good and by the end of the meal I felt guilty for not being able to finish everything.

For the money this is a brilliant hotel with great staff and a good location. Our twin room was small but clean with a good shower and a little balcony. My only gripe was they had no drinkable tap water to fill my bottle.

The apartment was spacious and lovely. The kitchen was large and open to the living area. The bedroom was a bit small, but comfortable. The bathroom was nice too, but overall, the place could have been better cleaned. Our feet got extremely dirty just by walking around barefoot and we found miscellaneous hairs scattered about the apartment. My friend had issues sleeping with the noise from the street, but I slept fine. Easy to get around Palma (and surrounding areas) as there are buses running about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Bonus: you have a small porch area that overlooked the pool. The staff that greeted us when we arrived was friendly and spoke English. Nice place, would recommend for a stay in Mallorca.

Lovely wee hidden gem we ended up here after losing our passports and found this hotel as it was close to the airport the lady gave us discount due to our circumstances we stayed 2 nights and they helped us in every way they could the hotel is spotless and beds are super comfy it's in a prime location a 2min walk to the beach. The food was lovely in the restaurant also. we will definitely be back for a longer stay next time this hotel definitely deserves more than a 1 star rating. Thankyou for your help
