Hotel Riu Bravo - 0'0 All Inclusive

It is not my choice to stay here. We booked this place because I am coming over for my friend's birthday. She had mentioned how good this hotel is, but things are not going so well for me.
First, we arrived late, around 10 p.m., and the hotel welcomed us with cold food left for late check-in customers. The front desk personnel told us that we could have drinks, including alcohol, from the bar, which is included as free of the dinner package. However, we were asked to pay the next day. The staff who checked us in did not provide us with the WiFi password, forgot to return one of our passports, and their network system was down.
On the second day when we were asked to pay for some taxation costs, we were also asked to pay for the alcohol drinks from the first day. My husband is disappointed with the front desk staff because they refer to the TUI agency.
So much discussion needs to be made, we just dropped the case.
Things get worse when there is so much noise in the early of the day start from 5am. Sounds from the street and the room next door which is the entrance of the housekeeping. In that room, there is a lift and I can hear every morning that the housekeepers slamming the door and pushing their carts in and out. A holiday that I could not sleep at all.
The door of the shower does not close well leading to water leaks into the room.
Pool area: all chairs are taken even though there is no one there. Though there a rules from the hotel stating the customer should not leave their towels on the chairs if they are not there, it seems like it is not the case.
Overall, front desk staff should know the English language for better communication and come with a smile.

We only stayed here for 1 night as we missed our flight, upon arrival we noticed the staff weren’t the most pleasant and seemed very uptight and almost as tho they weren’t happy we were staying, instantly we were told non of our drinks would be included in the all inclusive which seems a little wrong as we payed a ridiculous amount for the all inclusive. The room was lovely and very tidy and the entertainment was very nice, however the next day we felt again slightly uncomfortable due to the loud music being played throughout the hotel from 11am on speakers, and we could not get comfortable wherever we sat.

Unfortunately I’ve lowered my review as it seems the hotel is more interested in addressing the no drinks being included in the all inclusive rather than the fact me and my partner felt uncomfortable staying here due to staff and other guests - we aren’t too bothered about the drinks not being included as we aren’t big drinkers but I think the price should reflect correctly when booking this hotel. We are more than happy to pay elsewhere for our drinks at a better quality and a great value - sadly we will not be booking with Hotel Riu again.

I quite enjoyed the RIU in other locations but because of this one I'm not sure I would book the RIU again.

I wouldn't say that the staff were polite, on the contrary they were blunt and a little rude at times. Apart from the Capitan in the main restaurant(who was excellent btw) and a couple of other members of the staff in that restaurant and the pool bars, most of the personnel were not so kind.
Not sure what's happening in this hotel with the management, I'm disappointed.

The pools don't seem that clean.

The food was ok for me, actually better than in other RIUs except for the Palace ones.

Views and pool were great. Food was not good for the price in what you pay. Got served raw meat at the American restaurant. Food has been very cold at majority of places to eat. Not much to do on the resort but go to the beach and swimming.
