The hotel is good. As an allergy sufferer, I was very pleased that there were signs with allergens in the restaurant. The hotel itself has 3 restaurants: by the pool, Spanish and general. Every day fresh fruits and vegetables, a large variety of dishes.
The hotel is not far from the sea, the beach is amazing. A 30-minute walk from the hotel there are beautiful cliffs with a stunning view of the sea.
The rooms are cleaned every day. The rooms are comfortable and cozy.

I quite enjoyed the RIU in other locations but because of this one I'm not sure I would book the RIU again.
I wouldn't say that the staff were polite, on the contrary they were blunt and a little rude at times. Apart from the Capitan in the main restaurant(who was excellent btw) and a couple of other members of the staff in that restaurant and the pool bars, most of the personnel were not so kind.
Not sure what's happening in this hotel with the management, I'm disappointed.
The pools don't seem that clean.
The food was ok for me, actually better than in other RIUs except for the Palace ones.

Views and pool were great. Food was not good for the price in what you pay. Got served raw meat at the American restaurant. Food has been very cold at majority of places to eat. Not much to do on the resort but go to the beach and swimming.

Very nice hotel, only thing that I would recommend is renovating the rooms (or at least painting the walls) and probably the outside pools.
But these are small details, 300 meters from the beach very nice and kind staff, excellent service in the dining room and food was also delicious.
Understand that this is in Palma. If you go during the summer there will be a lot of drunk people shouting on the streets, loud music playing etc. It didn’t bother us that much. If you rent a car be prepared to “hunt” for parking spaces - it is doable, we had a car for the whole week.
But these are small details, 300 meters from the beach very nice and kind staff, excellent service in the dining room and food was also delicious.

The room we had was lovely, but know that the frosted glass at the shower/ bedroom is very seethrough so was awkward at times. Pool was pretty small for the size of the hotel but they’ve made the most of the area they have. Honestly couldn’t fault the hotel itself.

The woman pictured below was AMAZING.
As for the rest of our experience. Check-in was super inconvenient, booked through a third party and when we arrived, the staff said there was no reservation and "recommended" we wait an hour for their system to update. It was 1130pm, wait an hour??!! Instead of offering us some water or trying to be accommodating in any way, they rudely told us to leave the counter so they could help other people.
The rooms were good. However, the beds had little to no support, they needed to be replaced.
The all-inclusive was nice. The food was similar to cruiseship quality. The 3 alcohol drinks at lunch and dinner was also nice. Overall, it was very convenient.
At check out, I asked for a final bill, and the same lady who was no help when we checked in said that there was no final bill... the women next to her overheard and had to show her how to print it out.
The only saving grace for the staff was the women pictured below. She also overheard us asking for a late check out of 1 hour (which was denied) and offered us a room for our luggage and invited us for lunch while we waited for our taxi.
If I were the owner, I would absolutely promote this woman to manager if she is not already one. I saw her smiling to every guest and very helpful! This was completely different from the rest of the staff, and it showed. I am sure one day soon she will be rewarded for her hard work, whether at this hotel or somewhere else.

We arrived at 11:30 pm. Our flight got canceled, and we booked this hotel online.When we arrived, the receptionist said they didn't have our reservation and started to ignore us. We asked to check again, and they said the same thing but also asked us to go somewhere... how rude is it!! We were tired and didn't get any help until the third party customer service called the hotel, and then we finally got to check in. The whole check-in experience was awful. Hotel reception is unkind and also very rude. We dont feel welcome...will never come back to this hotel again.
The room is old and definitely not a 4-star hotel. BTW, the reception said it's not all-inclusive ( no included alcohol drinks).

The staff was amazing! They cared a lot that we enjoyed our time at the hotel and took good care of any request!
The food is not pretentious for a 4-star hotel, but the quality is impeccable (which is often hard to find when the service is buffet-based)
It only takes one minute to go to one of the best beaches I’ve seen in the island - you can rent umbrellas and beds too! However, we have never had issues in finding a spot by the pool!
Due to new laws in the island, they cannot offer alcohol beverages included in an “all inclusive” package - yet, you can enjoy cocktails (fair price for Bacardi and Coke) without feeling the pressure of ordering any! Good Job!
Remember to book the restaurant “Olè” for some Spanish vibes, or “grill”, you can see the picture of the steak in my post!
Rooms were clean and modern and the air conditioning system works nicely!!
