My husband has brought me hear for my 55 birthday. We're having a amazing time. Beautiful food x lovely and clean, great facilities x amazing staff. Thank you to all the calma hotel staff from room 146 Steve and Sharon.

Room is good. Food is tasteless, even the chips. I struggle to eat anything at breakfast, so I have a cake. Even the jam is tasteless jelly. Plastic cups for all drinks outside of restaurant, I feel like a child. But it is majorca and I love the place. Eating out is fabulous.

The Food is great and more than enough at every meal. The hotel is a 3 star and you get what you pay for a 3 star. The rooms are average and cleaned daily. It’s a busy hotel so lots of People are coming in & out daily which might make it look dirty but they try their best each day.
The Pool area is great, just need a few more chairs around the pool for guests and hotel is very close to the beach which is lovely.
I definitely think WIFI should be included in your stay we live in 2021 now but the stay was worth the money and guests age from young to old so it’s a mixed variety which is great. We had a lovely stay.

On the day of arrival , I had a very nasty discussion with the receptionist named LAURA , who was rude and no eye contact while speaking.All I asked was if there is anything vegetarian in snack menu as I am vegetarian, she gave me exasperated look and said ''You cannot come in a hotel and say you don't like fish. '' , I was like , excuse me!! I am vegetarian , I don't eat meat and I am just asking if you have anything vegetarian in the menu. She was not approachable at all , and giving me all these irrelevent talk that I need to talk to my travel agent if I don't eat meat , or may have to eat somewhere else though I paid for all inclusive. She didn't even let me speak with her manager Alex Dale. I would presume working in a hospitality business requires a customer service. She just ruined our whole day.
Our room was in 5th floor and every morning and night we could hear the plates bashing from the restaurant in ground floor which was very annoying. Very noisy. Staff aren't really friendly , may be friendly to those who speak their language. But not for english people.
Wouldn't recommend this hotel !

"Free WiFi" (really slow) as in anywhere except your room and the restaurant. (Lobby + swimming area)
Food was Nice.
We had to buy shower gel because they did not give just every 3 days :/
The back of the bed was loose so whenever I moved it hit the wall causing noise to the neighbor room.
The staff was great though.

Nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Much better than expected for the price paid. Food very reasonable with plenty of choice. Overall very good value in good location.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I have no complaints whatsoever. All staff were always helpful . Meals excellent. Abundance of different beverages including alcohol .. hic! Nightly entertainment for grown ups and not grown ups . So why would I want to leave!?!
