Second time going to this hotel and I would still recommend it. We were seen at reception by a helpful friendly lady and was upgraded to a family room which was a nice surprise. Clean, modern, spacious and good facilities. Hotel is five minutes walk to beach front. 10 minutes walk to restaurants, bars. Supermarket across the road a bit expensive. We took travel kettle and mugs as they don’t have any in the room. Large fridge, safe in room you have to pay for. Air con good. Food ok. We were half board and you have to pay for the drinks at dinner at the bar. Took our own pool towels but saw lots of people with the same blue towels so maybe you could get them for free.

First time using this hotel and was very impressed. I requested a sunny room on a high floor by email and got what I asked for. Rooms are spotless large and have lots of storage - no kettles though so take your own. Food was ok - could have been better at times but there was always something tasty to eat if you had a good look round. Freshly cooked meat and fish always good and great range of salads cheeses and fruits. Smoked salmon and freshly squeezed orange at breakfast very nice touches Spa was excellent- amazing salt pool and large therapy pool also excellent naturist Hamman and sauna. Didn’t use the outside pool as it was a bit noisy however roof sun terrace was lovely. More sun beds needed in the naturist zone and better policing of selfish elderly guests who leave towels at 8am and don’t appear until 11 or noon. I’d definitely use this hotel again- it’s better than local competition such as the Caserio and the HL Suitehotel.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff will be back next year and hope the food variety will change as its seem to be the same for the last 3 years

We thought this hotel was a good 3 star hotel - kept very clean with lovely staff members, lovely little pool with plenty of sun loungers and great to see the rule of not leaving your towel on a lounger and going off for the day implemented! the food was ok, always found something to have although we did eat out a couple of nights as there are great places to eat nearby, spar across the road for water etc, gym very well equipped, nice touch having an indoor pool and large games room. Room itself was very small especially with 3 beds in, but we only use it to sleep in, large balcony with inland view, nice and quiet at night. Although we paid for it the safe didn’t work - asked at reception 3 times for it to be fixed - never was - gave up in the end, fridge and certain plug sockets in the room also didn’t work - all reported to the reception desk- also if you travel with easyJet please have your ‘hotel voucher’ ready - first thing we were asked for after a long day - couldn’t find it, so probably best to have ready!

This hotel is rated at 3 star. I can honestly say what a lovely hotel. It was spotless. The staff were excellent. Very happy to help and assist with anything. We stayed all inclusive and the food was the best standard I’ve ever had for an all inclusive hotel. It was cooked to a fantastic standard and was tasty with a very good selection. I know all inclusive is never going to suit everyone but it was excellent. The spa was lovely and the salt pool was so relaxing. I fully equipped gym to use. I am still trying to work out why the star rating is low. It’s totally baffling me?! The room was clean and tidy and my only moan is that towels and bedding were not changed every day. Other than this it was completely faultless. Absolutely loved this hotel

The facilities ..... think top shelf drinks..fantastic underground spa. Pleasent roooms...wide choice of food and staff who are really fantastic !!! All incl experience just amazing..this is not a 3 star...its a very good 4 star hotel. Only down side is evening entertainment....ok but not great

A very good 3-star hotel, stayed all inclusive with my teenage daughter. Rooms clean and modern, no issues. Good selection of food with different menu each day on lunch and dinner sevice, something for all. Excellent games room in basement to keep the teenagers and adults happy. Spa is a nice touch, had a nice sports massage, too. Hotel nice and quiet at night, couldn't here anything on the top floor. Pool area nice, but no leaving towels on lounger and going out all day, they will be removed, which is great, always found a lounger when we returned in the afternoon to catch the last half hour of lunch. 2 minutes walk to seafront and a shopping centre with restaurants and bars, then down lots of steps to beach. 1 mile walk to main area of bars and restaurants in Playa del Ingles, again lots of stairs to get down, but there is a lift in the back of a shopping centre. Bus stop / drop off right outside the hotel. Went to Aqualand one day, 14€ taxi takes 10mins, to get there early, no fast passes required, very little queuing as well. Great hotel and staff will be top of my list when we visit again.

We booked this hotel from having been at the hotel next door last year and looking into the pool and garden area as it looked lovely. We also like to try different hotels when we visit Gran Canaria for a fuller experience. I will provide a very honest review without judgement and bias. I always read reviews and this helps decide if the hotel is suitable for the holiday type of experience we look for. Let’s start with the pros - Arrived late in the evening to a very warm welcome from reception. Lovely happy individuals pleased to have us stay. Check in was effortless. They had also upheld our request of a lower floor due to a fear of heights which was extremely appreciated. Hotel is spotless. Extremely clean. Yes you may see the odd cockroach however it’s the Canary Islands this is extremely normal and nothing of concern. Hotel deals with it quickly. Staff — all extremely lovely and happy to help and accommodate. Especially bar and reception staff. Rooms - lots of storage. Beds squeak but they are comfy and we had more pillows upon request. Pool - very fresh and clean. Sunbeds at this area we felt were cramped and too close to others. So used the garden area. Garden - lovely sun spot. More space. Beside the jacuzzi which we loved. Location - 20mins to yumbo. 40mins to the dunes. 5 mins to nearest beach and shops. Very accessible location. Taxi rank round the corner and taxis extremely cheap. Alcohol - nice brands. Big measures and always serves with a smile. Snack bar - looked fresh and others in the party used it and thought it was nice. Cons - One thing that is letting this hotel down significantly is the food. For a variety of reasons which I will explain. Breakfast - I have celiac. Restraurant staff appeared to not understand gluten free request and when asked for a gluten free roll or bread pointed to the bread station. If you like German sausage then you have options. I lived on eggs for breakfast. They were nice but sometimes extremely oily. Other items available looked unappealing and the beef tomatoes tasted like a tub of herds was shaken oven them. The fruit selection was atrocious. Three trays (small) of melon that was tasteless, broken and soggy. Smoked salmon and Serrano ham was cut so thick like a gammon slice of meat. Not how it should be served. My partner tried the bread rolls which were a hit of miss. Lunch - This was better than other meals. But food extremely overcooked. Fish full of bones (I don’t mind some bones but not a piece that you can’t eat) very limited choice but presentation better and food was hotter. Dinner- Dinner was not good. Extremely under cooked. Overcooked and little selection. Also the allergy information was wrong on a variety of items. And chiefs would mix dishes up. For example plain chicken on the bone with I can eat as it has no dairy or wheat was thrown into a tray with potatoes that had cream and cheese on. So cross contamination. The hotel food is not in anyway

Exceptional as always! My husband is a fussy eater so I am delighted he is able to always find something he will eat during our stay!! The facilities are fantastic - we come back year after year and this year will have 2 visits! My only criticism would be they remove access to the self serve soft drinks in the evening and this means a long wait inline for a soft drink in the evening and the cocktails on offer are just not worth trying tbh but we go out. All the staff are exceptional, I have to say!! Can’t wait to go back soon

Stayed at this hotel recently having already stayed at the Bull Victoria up the road. Amazing spa areas with all the usual sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pools plus the very relaxing Dead Sea Pool. Buffet food was excellent and always had different options every night. We are vegetarian and found plenty to fill out plates! Would definitely go back.
