Excellent service all the way around. The hotel rooms are well setup and the staff is extremely friendly and supportive. For instance my wife were cutting the timing close to get to the ferry and the staff had our bags in a taxi all ready for us to jump in and go. In the end we made it on time. Also there was a strong storm which blew through and the staff was working very hard together to service the guests and ensure the furniture was secured.

Simply the best experience. The property has a wonderfully relaxing environment. The staff is amazing. On several occasions we spent time speaking with the staff about Formentera, Spain, and local must see locations. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The dishes were excellent. This was our second stay in 7 years at this hotel. The quality has remained high. We highly recommend this hotel.

From check in to check out - great service and friendly staff. The entire resort is spotlessly clean. Breakfast has a huge variety of hot and cold options. Swimming pool area is amazing but with so many beautiful beaches it is hardly used by residents (we stayed September 9th onwards). The hotel room (24) has a huge comfortable bed - great nights sleep!!! Location is fab - 3-4 mins walk from the beach and main nightlife area. Lots of eating options nearby. It’s a quiet hotel but exceptionally well kept - with happy staff

Clean and comfortable rooms. I didn't like the very soft beds, and some irritating noise maybe of hydrophore that is heard all night in the main building.
Food at the pool bar is very good, unfortunately available before 8p.m.

The hotel is wonderful. Exceptional breakfast, very attentive and helpful staff. Pool area with bar and comfortable sun loungers. Super cozy room, large and with balcony. They lend towels to the pool area and it is allowed to take to the beach. I would always return to this paradise!
