Hotel Miramar Mallorca

Oh wow! We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Puerto Pollensa, staying at the wonderful MIRAMAR Hotel.
We were there about 11 years ago and just had breakfast there. We said at the time, what a wonderful hotel this would be to stay in, and we have now done it!!!!
A beautiful hotel, no bling, glass or anything that will age, but a gorgeous well decorated, cosy comfortable hotel which just has that welcoming feel about it.
Our room was superb, not overlooking the sea, but we thought that the balcony we had was much nicer than the sea view balconies.
But ‘horses for courses’!
Breakfast was amazing, so much food and very well presented and cooked.
It was exciting to go down each morning to see what goodies awaited us.
Most of the staff were very friendly, especially reception, most of the breakfast staff were very nice, but there were one or two that didn’t seem so friendly, but the service was there and that was the main thing.
Where the hotel is situated, we couldn’t ask for more - lovely sea deck to relax and sunbathe just over the other side, nice swimming pool which, in the photo looks a bit soulless but it really wasn’t.
A nice quiet haven for a dip and relax.
Must give a mention to the housekeeping ladies.
What treasures they are, so friendly and the room was immaculate each time we arrived back from our day out.
So many things we could sing praises about this hotel, but I think this will give an idea of what the hotel is really like.
Hopefully we will be back one day, and certainly will recommend.

Staff are great , breakfast and food amazing. Location is perfect.
Beds and pillows are also amazing. Wish I could have taken one home.
I have nothing but praise for all the staff and the hotel. We will stay again .

This hotel is magnificent. May be rated little old fashioned as it is in the traditional Spanish style, but the customer service is second to none the food offerings at all mealtimes are good and the staff and cleanliness are excellent. My wife and I have stayed here 3 times now and are looking already to iur 4th the location and the views across the bay of pollensa are superb

Our second visit to this superbly located hotel in the heart of the lovely resort of Puerto Pollensa.
Staff in every department of the hotel work really hard to maintain great standards.
Lovely, well equipped clean bedrooms, we’ve been fortunate to have had the large sea view balcony both visits giving beautiful views over the bay.
Food at breakfast is substantial and tasty with the added bonus of being seated on the sea view terrace.
2 further visits in the book, which tells what we feel of this wonderful place.

Loved the hotel , staff are fantastic, treat them as friends and they will become friends.. no need to take beach towels they are provided for €10 which you get back when you leave. Kettle is provided. The hotel is right on the beach.

Very comfortable, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff are excellent.

Anyone seen lenny smith there? His known locally as "lenny of the port" his a man with a van with a plan.

Excellent service. I came to the cafe just for a coffee and the nice waiter helped me find a place with a charger since I needed to use my laptop. When the charger wasn't working, both he and the manager helped to ensure the outlet was indeed working and then helped me find a repair store nearby. Overall, I highly recommend.

Lovely clean hotel in a traditional style. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast one of the best I've had, catering for all tastes and allergies, freshly cooked food of a good quality on offer. Ideal for people with mobility issues due to the flat, central location making it so easy to get about. We had a sea view balcony which was a bonus.
